Vera Bradley is always a great place to shop. It is pricey, but everything is great quality and they have good sales. The customer service is excellent every time as well! Totally would recommend!

Mindy greeted us on entering the store with a smile and great approach. She was more than helpful in assisting my daughter and I in trying to find the right products for us. She extended the VIP offer to us despite me not having the card with me for an additional 30% off the 30% sale price items. I would highly recommend Vera Bradley and Mindy as the Sales associate. The other two associates were equally as helpful and friendly. I own upward of 10 of their bags and many accessories. The products hold up and my two daughters and I love Vera Bradley. The staff here were incredible. They were kind, courteous and friendly. I stayed longer than an hour and spent near $800. Completely worth it! I love the products and they made perfect gifts for family. Highly recommend!!

Older sale associate needs to work on her wording with customers. Her attitude was vaguely rude and unwelcoming.

I love Vera Bradley bags and have a couple and was in the mood to buy another. But not at this location. The saleswomen that were there today were rude. Ive been in sales for my entire career and if someone walked into my store they were always greeted even if I was helping another customer. Neither one even said One of us will be right with you! I have no interest in doing business with someone who doesnt acknowledge another person.

Went it with wife to purchase a new purse for wife. We were ignored. When asked for a price on a purse, she said that shell be with us in a moment. 15 min later, we left.I guess we didnt look rich and snobby enough.
