My pen broke and Jeanet, the rep who sold me the pen went above and beyond to help me with the process of getting the pen repaired. I highly recommend seeing her for anything Mont Blanc! She is flat out awesome!

Been eyeing this store for years. Everytime I walked in I was met with a greeting face and a smile. Then I finally decided I would buy a pen years after coming in here. As an avid writer I have always dreamed of holding a beautiful pen that suited my hand. The staff was patient and collected when it came to my insecurities and numerous questions about purchasing a name quality pen.They took care of me and guided me into the pen that suited me,not for the price but the pen that felt right in my hand. I will buy from them again in the future.😊

I always enjoy myself at the Montblanc store. The people at the boutique are extremely service oriented. Its a super amazing experience, you can have champagne, they are extremely well trained in their product. You can have a history lesson on the birth of the brand, the design and use of the product that you are buying, uneven down to the packaging. The presentation at Mont Blanc is always on point.

Miguel is wonderful! He helped us with our order for a wallet and was friendly, approachable, and provided great assistance! We picked a wallet and loved it. We left happy with the service and the merchandise.

I can’t say enough about this store! I came in with an older style pen that I wanted to engrave-and had the origional certificate for. I hesitated even asking for engraving on It because this is “montblanc”. We own a business in old town and understand a little background of course with the standards of a higher class business...especially the essentials in luxury items. Bringing in a certificate of a simple engraving on a pen that was not purchased at this location brings in no sale or revenue, I expected to be “looked down on” and maybe even see a little bit of an eye roll attitude...but I have never been so wrong. Staff was also exceptionally knowledgeable of questions I asked. This establishment prides itself in its employees and it’s business stance. I can’t tell you how blown away I was by the staff (two different gentlemen) and how incredibly I was treated...even though I was not contributing to a sale or financial benifit of any kind with my business there. This will by far be my every stop no matter how far the drive. Thank you for going above and beyond on EVERY customer who walks in your door, no matter the need. Sincerely, a forever customer.

Horrible service, horrible manners, and horrible sales approach..... if you even call it an attempt to sell anything. I was going to buy the pen I wanted for quite some time, the sales associate made me walk out immediately. Ill take my business elsewhere.
