Lovely lovely lovely store! One of the first stores I checked out when I first got to Scottsdale. Super friendly, happy staff. Wish they shipped to Canada... really neat how they sell both new and old classics which you never come across ever! worth every dollar for sure!!

I ordered 4 house numbers in May. Two of the numbers shipped and arrived but I did not receive any information about the other two. After making two inquiries, I was finally told there was a delay and the other two would ship on June 3. June 3 came and went with no numbers. The associate I chatted with them told me that I was wrong and there was no delay. A manager later apologized. I was assured after writing this review that I would get updates. I did not. The remaining two numbers finally shipped on 7/15. DWR, stop blaming your poor customer service on the pandemic and improve it. I won’t be back.

Great products - however - delivery is a problem. Three weeks ago I received an email stating my product had shipped. They also billed my credit card at that time. The shipper has now had possession of my product for 3+ weeks and still no delivery. Worse yet - DWR customer service has not been able to definitively tell when I can expect delivery. Very frustrating.

Epic FAIL on Delivery .... After several delays my order finally arrived. I appreciate that we are living in a COVID world, but DWR is completely misleading customers on estimated delivery dates. Not only do they miss their delivery windows -- they DO NOT provide any proactive communication to customers other than lame banners on their website about shipping issues. Customer Service agents have ZERO answers and provide ZERO follow-ups. This is suppose to a premium/luxury brand and as a such I expected MORE

Nothing gets done here. Stay clear. It will take you 4-5 months to get a package that was quoted 2-3 weeks for you. I had some friends who moved to Scottsdale & they are also having the same problem with this company.

We have dealt with this store periodically for years and have always found their staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Recently we took advantage of the Living Room sale to buy a nice lounge chair. Liza Harper, who is the Studio Proprietor (i.e., the boss), was exceptionally helpful and patient with us. In addition to having wonderful furniture and accessories, this stores customer service truly is exemplary.

Very poor experience shopping for furniture. There is almost no follow up; its over three months after the purchase, no furniture delivery but moreover, no apology or kind gesture. You have to call, to write emails, to wait and in return, you get this very sufficient attitude. Really sad because the furniture they sell (mostly form Europe) is beautiful.

Edit, not sure how I reviewed this before with 1 star, I have a client in the same building, my phone may have been unlocked and I hit it by accident. Ive never shopped here, my client has and they said it was a great experience. I asked and they said give them five, so there you go!

Customer service was definitely sub par.

Came into the store last Saturday. Tested different Herman Miller chairs and thought the Cosm felt best. Walked down the stairs - and was leaving! - when Ken stopped me to ask a few helpful questions.I mentioned the Cosm chair then he helped me consider the best options for me. He showed me everything A-Z about the Herman Miller chairs and after I was fully informed, it was quite apparent I wanted the Aeron B chair. Wow, what a great experience at exactly the right moment in time!I am so thankful Ken asked me questions on the way out. Thank you for saving me so much time now and in the future, Ken. I look forward to sending business clients and personal friends to Ken at Design Within Reach!

The worst experience shopping for furniture-the sales people take your money and do not follow up or care how your experience is.It is over a month later, no furniture delivery-and no call or email. If I did not hound these people for my delivery-I would not have gotten it.I will never go here again and I hope you do not either!
