One star its a lot for this company sent me a broken lamp which a paid over $250. Called them left massages never called me back. Shame.

Purchased warehouse hanging cord 14 lamp from this company. The light is pictured with a wire guard in the listing. The light comes with instruction that include the wire guard as being part of the light package. However, it was not included when I received the light. I contacted customer service and was advised that the guard was not included and that it was an additional $30. When I told her that the instructions that were included with the light listed it as a included part and told how it was to be installedon the light. She advised me that she didnt print the instruction. No customer service and deceptive in the way their products are presented. Id never do business with them again. Id give them zero rating if that was possible.

I placed an order, rather costly for 2 items....There were to be delivered 5/19/20.....NOTHING Then I try to call, due to the Covid-19 unable to talk to anyone, only email......4 emails have been placed, no kind of a response. We are home builders and our client choose them for their home. If i would of known that they were unreliable, I would not have purchased anything through them. They are so fast at taking the money, but slow on everything else.

This is a terrible company to due any business with. Stay away from this company. They tell you you will receive a email regarding your order when it will ship it never happens. STAY AWAY From This Company.

They owe me $250. Run far FAR away! Horrible customer service and I doubt Ill ever get my money back. Dealing with this company was a COMPLETE NIGHTMARE ---- NEVER again.

Would never use this company again.
