I said hi to the person up front and they did acknowledge me. I asked for a fitting room, they took me but never said a word to me. The other person working was bubbly and nice but what person in retail doesn’t know how to acknowledge someone?

Went to check out their Halloween costumes. Not much selection. Lots of small sizes. Very helpful staff, so they get 4 stars. Prices on some items seemed high for the quality, but the items on sale were totally worth it. Worth checking out again for fun sexy bedroom attire.

2 major factors when choosing a store: cleanliness and lighting. I dont like dark, grungy stores, esp not for these types purchases. This location is always very well kept and nicely lit. The sales ladies are really helpful and knowledgeable also.

I tried calling to see if they had some things at their store and the last that answered wouldnt leave the office to search the SKU number and then told me she had some of what I was looking for but definitely didnt have some of it. When I went to pick up what she claimed was definitely there wasnt and vice versa. The girls at the counter were super friendly to me but completely ignored my boyfriend and left him feeling disappointed. Decent selection of lingerie and apparel, but mostly toys.

Horrible experience at this location! I needed help with looking for an item and in the fitting rooms for lacing. I walked around for about 30 mins looking for someone to help. I finally went to the cash register and waited for about 5 mins for the employee. To finish a conversation, she glanced at me and walked the opposite direction. Mega castle has much better service!
