Go to Seductoons down the street if you want any type of customer service. They have a decent selection though, not as big as the one on Colorado Boulevard and Virginia but okay

Bought a remote controlled vibrator from them and the batteries died so fast and when I went to change then it smelled like a Porta potty. It was so gross. Did not stop smelling that for a few hours it was nasty. Definitely don’t recommend their vibrators that need batteries. I am sure the rechargeable ones are fine, but that smelled gross

I love this place.! The selection is huge and one of the workers made it his mission to find me the best vibrator. Im a frequent visitor of this fascinations along with the one on Colorado and have always enjoyed the sales people and their knowledge. I was in earlier this week and the manager, Kimberly, was having a very unprofessional interaction with what sounded like a previous employees friend. I had to leave but Maura and Danyale helped me when I returned. They were very drama free and knowledgeable.

I went in this location after leaving the location off of Colorado blvd and I was so relieved to find what I was looking for. The lady helping me was so down to earth and willing to help me find everything I was looking for. I was walking by one of the dis play tables and saw this sex toy I had never seen, the lady came up and just starting naming off so many reasons why I should buy it. When I came into the store I knew I wanted to buy something but I wasnt 100% sure exactly what I wanted. From the moment I entered I was greeted by a lovely sales representative named Niecey, she smiled and I instantly felt comfortable enough to tell her my likes and dislikes, she showed me the multiple toys they had on display and explained each toy to me in detail. I felt like I had a real connection with her even though we had just met! She is the reason I will be returning to this Fascinations time and time again!

They were very helpful and answered all my questions. They never make you feel ashamed. They even suggested a Christmas item that was a lesser cost of the item I was buying.

Normally I find exactly what Im looking for in this store. However, my last experience has me very upset. I went in to purchase an ohmibod vibrator that was sound activated. I made it clear that I needed it to react to sound. The sales associate reassured me that the bluemotion Nex 2 had an app for that._ Sales associate # 1942. Upon going home and charging for 2hrs, it dose not work. It is not what I wanted. I was sold on BS. 120$ later I called back to see if anyone could help. I was then told I don’t know I even have one of those toys and dont know how it works…... Wow.My boyfriend and I enjoyed going to this store, but now we will be heading elsewhere with people who have a basic idea about there products.

Im very disappointed. The staff mistakenly marked items the wrong price. After getting to the counter, they refused to sell me the products for the marked price. No wonder customers are purchasing more products on the internet and the store is having to close earlier to save money. They arent taking care of their customers.
