I have just completed my third purchase with HD of Scottsdale. If you are in the motorcycle of trike market I would highly recommend this dealership. This has been for me, the best Harley Dealership in existence. I am new to the brand and riding. I have now come back twice to purchase after attempting to purchase elsewhere. The staff is great, and the vehicles speak for themselves. Best place to make it happen!

Don’t ever bring bike here for a Diagnostic, Harley Scottsdale is 0-2, bring your bike to a performance shop and save the headache. The first time they told me I needed a new battery when it was my fuel filter that was shot. Ramjet found the real problem. This time I asked to get my fuel pump, fuel regulator, and door seal replaced. They told me the bike was holding fuel at psi, and ended up charging for a $121 diagnosis even though I never asked them too. The service guy told me three different prices over the phone starting at $160. When I told him that’s not fair and I never said to start a diagnosis he was asking me what I think is fair. Lol what I think is fair? Is this a Harley-Davidson dealership or a street festival? After I told him I need to think about ( debating on calling for the boss or just pay the price and get my bike back) I ended up paying $141 just to have my bike back because I decided against throwing the service people under the bus. This shop has a lot of cool people and a cool shop but NEVER go there for service.

2 weeks ago I bought a Pan America Special from HD of Scottsdale. I passed 3 other HD Dealers from my house because they gave me to best deal by $2,500, and Ive never done business with them before. From the time I got there I was treated with professionalism from Judi in Sales, Desk and Finance. They took me to motor clothing and Sarah was great also. They took me to parts and Service. Tanner in parts was able to track down all the parts from other dealers that I wanted and John my Service writer helped with getting my bike set up. They had their Tech Jake do the work and he did a fantastic job with all the upgrades and found a couple of things that Harley didnt get right in production and got those handled. Excellent experience all the way through and I look forward to having them work on my other Harley also.

Had an amazing visit to the Scottsdale Harley Davidson. What a huge facility, Arcade, Barber shop, food, drinks, 2 freaking stories tall!!!

Great people, great motorcycles, great prices. I never thought Id buy a bike in Scottsdale but I think I stole this motorcycle. However what I did not like was the fact that I paid a $500 documentation fee and for that much money you dont even get a title. You have to establish an account with the Arizona DMV which is a royal pain and then buy the title. So for all that money they dont buy a title for you you have to buy it yourself. Thats pretty cheap, isnt it Harley-Davidson.???

Bought my 2019 Street Glide Special from Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. We stop by about once every couple of months to look at clothing and any new bikes that may have come in.

This place is pretty big shopping store. Interesting items and bikes. They have nice boots. BUT, one thing I did not like was being followed around by store employees watching me around every corner I went. And nobody ask if I need any assistance of any kind in the store. Thats very sad your being judged of who your are.

This dealership its pretty interesting they have a chapel, tattoo parlor, a barbershop, a venue, and motorcycle dealership.

We talked to multiple dealers while waiting for new Pan American to come out and Russ was only sales person to call when time came to order. He was great at keeping us informed and getting us a great bike as soon as it was actually possible to get one. Great service and great bike!!

Alright ladies and gentlemen if you’re in the market for some new gear, clothes or even a tattoo this is the place to go. I came here for a new helmet and was lucky enough to be helped by Dasia Lopez! She was able to answer any and all of my questions. Helped me for what seemed 45min or more grabbing different helmets and sizes and really making sure it was the right one. It was the worse experience buying our motocycle!! My mistake was mentioning that I really disliked buying cars, etc..... because they all take so long. Well, It took us all day!! As a matter of fact, we were there 45 minutes after they closed.!!!!!! When we left, my husband and I and the sales guy were the only ones there!! How does that happen!!! I rather felt like it was done purposely. So not a good experience at all. We went back a couple weeks later to get some things added to our bike and the guy that sold us the bike completely ignored us!!! Rather rude!! So not at all a good experience.

Davidson Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale is truly an experience you have to try. Not only do they have Americas greatest motorcycles for sale but they have a tattoo shop, a place to get married, and a multitude of other things to do. Place is so big theres even an elevator to the second floor. The staff are friendly and nice and offered help multiple times. I would highly recommend Harley-Davidson of Scottsdale to any and all Harley-Davidson enthusiasts.

Nothing worse than talking to a sales person wearing a mask. Huge store and they had only 3 rain gear sets, all xxxl and no idea when the next shipment is coming in. At least it is what I could understand through the mask.

I worked with Scott Craig and he was phenomenal at showing me everything, super patient and very knowledgeable. I also worked with Krishelle and she was very sweet and easy to dealing with in the accounting department, love this place, freaking awesome, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

Went in the first day service was great. The ladies on the floor took care of us in finding what we needed. Went back the second day to get a tat and the service was horrible. Telling me my son needed his birth certificate by law to get a tat. NOT TRUE! Read the law, says nothing like that. He had a Driver lic and a passport. Found this out after being jacked around for a half hr. Then asked to speak with Doug the manager but he must have been to busy in his perch to come talk! Finally left and I wont be back. Dont waste your time going here. They are big from financial backing not from complete service thats for sure.

So, full disclosure, Im not a Harley fan, and visited this place as part of a corporate event. That said, if you are a Harley fan, you should come here. They have everything from some unique and special bikes to clothing and equipment. You could eat off the floor in the service area, its that clean.Just come for the experience - its everything you would expect and more

I had been looking for a new seat for my road glide and couldnt find one in stock until i called these guys. They were very helpful the salesmen on the phone even went to the stock room to make sure it was in stock and held it form me until i got there. Will be shopping here again for sure.

This place is awsome. Friendly and not pushy sale people. They have everything in parts and accessories. They have a barbershop inside, a tattoo location inside, a theater, a huge grill area, a upstairs overlook with a huge deck. Story is they donate all of their money to charity like wounded warriors, and others. Makes it that much better.

I had been looking at getting a Harley-Davidson for some time. My experience started online and eventually I went down to the dealership to discuss the details further. It was a great experience. Ive already had my bike in for the first service, bought a few parts to customize my ride, and of course got some boots, shirts, etc. Everyone has been a pleasure to work with here and I would highly recommend this dealership.

Russ and Johny were awesome! My husband and I just stopped by as we are starting to look for our next bike. Russ took us on a tour of the facility, spent time talking to us about each bike we were interested in, and treated us with respect. We didnt find what we were looking for today, but when the right bike comes in, this is where we will go. We live closer to Arrowhead HD but were completely ignored when we walked in. Well worth the drive to this location and ask for RUSS!

I am traveling cross country on a 2013 heritage and was in bad need of new tires. I stopped briefly in Scottsdale and contacted Rebecca in service who did an absolutely wonderful job of squeezing me into a full schedule to accommodate my trip. Through her and the sevice managers spectacular efforts, I was able to get in at 3:00 pm and had new tires and an oil change of all 3 fluids by 6pm. And to top it off, their detailer was able to clean away 4,000 miles of road grime and bugs, making my bike look like new. While I was waiting, I had the opportunity to have a good conversation with Joan in merchandise while picking out a few T shirts. She was extremely helpful and I was impressed that she took time out of her busy day to add a personal touch. I wish to give Rebecca, Joan and the entire service staff at Scottsdale Harley a 5++ rating. I have been to Harley dealerships throughout the US and this was by far the most personal, professional and best service I have ever received. Excellent! I bought my first Harley here and its been great. The buying experience was fantastic. I had motorcycle class at Go Az across the street and we got a tour of HD during the class. After seeing a nice deal in an email, I clicked and scheduled a test ride. Justin reached out and we had a quick chat about motorcycles. No pressure. He asked good questions and understood what kind of riding I do. The dealership is ridiculous. Awesome design. Lots of buzz, lots of fun energy, everyone has a smile on. Rumble Zone to hear those famous pipes. Sound studio room- try out the speakers using your phone. Huge selection of bikes. They have bikes in stock other dealerships didnt which was nice to see everything in one place to compare- convenient. Justin got a few bikes out and I gave them a spin which was awesome because most places only let you sit on them. I made my choice and the paperwork was easy and quick. I met up with the department reps so I found out I can get all my maintenance, modifications and gear there, too. Theyre even open for service on Sunday. They had my bike ready to go the next morning. They have a badxss gong you get to bang- loud af. This place is a party- love it! Pretty much every Saturday they are hosting some awesome event for charity. They have stuff like food trucks, rides and rockbands. Really cool community. Im looking forward to being a part of it. I highly recommend you start your search at HD Scottsdale. Ask for Justin. He knows his stuff and is very informative. Did I mention they have a tattoo parlor?
