Where to start.... Contacted them several weeks ahead to schedule oil change as we were going to be staying in Scottsdale as part of s vacation/business visit. Great response online everything taken care of pre-arrival.Fast forward to coming into Phoenix. Chain on 1 bike decided it was going to need replacing. Chuck in service was terrific. I ordered chain and they had it installed the next day.Incredible service. Great people. The dealership is top notch.And theyre open on Mondays!Thanks Go AZ Cycles. You guys are the best

First time here and never coming back. If you have questions or part’s questions they make it seem like you are not worth their time. They pay attention more of you’re buying a bike and get get better service. The worst part was when the parts man was like go check the service counter of we can work on your bike I am like why don’t you. So I just left will be going somewhere else.

Brand new rider here. Swung by GO AZ just after getting my endorsement and had the good fortune to be helped by Natalie. She was so patient, answering all of my questions in depth and adding color that only a truly knowledgeable, experienced rider could offer. We then walked the floor, sitting on various bikes with her pointing out all sorts of subtle pros and cons to consider before making a final choice. Throughout, she was consistently happy to explain and re-explain concepts in ways that were completely accessible to a beginner. Never was there any pressure to make a hasty decision, etc. - Totally focused on me taking whatever time and doing whatever research I needed to get just the right bike for my individual preferences. Cant recommend enough checking out GO AZ after this awesome experience!

Came back after a visit 6 months ago and bought a new Triumph. I cant tell you what a great experience it was. Chris was my salesperson and he was just so cool and knowledgeable. If he didnt know, he went and found someone who did know. The financing girl, whom for the life of me I cant remember her name, was nice and not pushy. Of course she tried to sell the extended stuff but she didnt pressure me and was just a pleasure to deal with. The merchandise rep was cool too and helped me with a few accessories for my bike.If you are looking for a MC I wholeheartedly recommend Go AZ Scottsdale. Big dealership - tons of bikes and different manufacturers. Good stuff. Ryan in sales and Katie in finance were a joy to deal with - and the GM and I even talked “Hey Dude” shoes for a few before I left the place...ha ha. If you’re reading this - keep in mind, a LOT of people (probably) make unreasonable offers to dealerships and get upset when they can’t drop 25% off the MSRP of a particular motorcycle. Disregard their “these people didn’t want to deal” reviews. Do your homework. These folks were reasonable and accommodating to me and my schedule and the service dept took extra measures in prepping my new KTM so I’d have a rock solid platform with which to rip through these Arizona trails. Go and visit these folks. Talk a little motorcycle racing with them. Share some stories of good times you’ve had on two wheels and you’ll leave with a new bike, new friends and a place that you can for sure visit again when it’s time to add another horse to the stable :)

People are generally nice here is why I gave two stars but the used bikes are way over priced and even the new bike I ended up buying was priced over msrp. I can’t recommend any place that takes advantage of low inventory with a take it or leave it attitude. Also, service visits are more pricey here than other places so check around.

So I went there just to meet a friend but I do happen to ride and had been in the need for a good motorcycle jacket. I was looking around for a bit and finally a nice guy approached me and I told them I needed help finding a jacket and I was looking to buy today. So the salesman said I dont know jackets that well I only know bikes let me get you someone, which he did. The gentleman he brought over was named Garrett and boy he was phenomenal he helped me find the right fit the right style the right safety features everything I was looking for I wasnt even concerned with price he was helping me so much... And I was very happy with my purchase he never tried to upsell me was never pushy he was only trying to do what was best for me as a rider and Im very thankful.... And now because of this experience I wont go to any other motorcycle shop in the valley. Thanks GARRETT YOU ARE AWESOME!!!!!

This was my first purchase from GO AZ and I can confidently say that it wont be my last. Natalie was extremely helpful and made things easy. I knew exactly what I wanted and they made it happen. For anyone apprehensive about walking into a motorcycle dealership, I can understand because they probably walked into the other large chain, but this place is awesome. Overall excellent experience. I worked with Tyler and he was great super friendly and great with my little ones. I put a deposit down with Tyler for a bike and got a call immediately when it was available. I was coming down from Flagstaff and then team worked hard to get things moved along quickly. Having little kids this meant a lot. I would definitely recommend this place and Tyler for your motorcycle needs.

This was my second dealership experience looking for my first motorcycle. These guys warmly welcomed me, asked me what I was looking for, and showed me exactly what I had came to look for. After showing them the proper documents I was allowed a test ride, unlike the last dealer I had visit. Quickly fell in love with the bike I had been eyeing and sat down to seal the deal. Everyone that helped in the process was amazing and made my brother and myself feel very welcomed. You won’t be disappointed with them unlike some chain dealers we have here in Phoenix. Donnie was great and I highly recommend him to help you whether you’re a first time buyer or an experienced rider.

Just bought my ktm from here. The service was terrible. They said they had me approved BUT when i got there they gave me the run around for two days still running my credit to get me approved. They added 4 inquiries to my credit report and ran my credit with over 7 lenders. Dropping my credit quite a bit. I had to get a hotel and stay the night in the area because i drove 4 hours to get a specific bike. So they dropped 100$ off and acted like they were doing me the biggest favor. Next day when i came in they dumped the sale onto another sale lady there. Luckily she was honest, straight forward and got them to work with me to get where we wanted. I would highly recommend avoiding these guys if you can! Not a good place to buy from. When you try to work on there listing price theyll keep saying “we know what the market is like and if you dont buy it someone else will” the attitude was horrible around there. If your like me looking for something specific, sometimes you dont have much choice but go to a place like this. If you have to then ask for katie, shes the only one who was honest and straight forward. If shes not there id walk out, not even joking. If you can avoid this place altogether, do it

I grenaded a rear wheel bearing on my 2012 Ducati Monster. Jason took the wheel in first thing in the morning and started looking for parts. I originally thought that it was going to take a week to source new parts and complete the repair. I left with brand new bearings that afternoon. A+ stellar service and effort.

Brought my Royal Enfield Himalayan into the service center for an oil leak. They diagnosed it, ordered the part, had it fixed under warranty, and ready to go in under 5 days.I am traveling through Arizona and Jason at the service center did everything he could to make the process quick and easy and kept me up to date the whole time. Highly recommend this place and with over a dozen different brands to choose from you cant go wrong if youre looking for a new bike too.

Sales people are delusional trying to sell scratched up used bikes for brand new prices. If you don’t want to be treated like fool I would look elsewhere. Their business practices aren’t the best here.

I went to this Indian location 2 weeks ago to have a look at the Indian Challenger Dark Horse and the Chieftain Black Horse. I was helped by Natalie. I really appreciated her helping me with the test ride and getting pricing. I really like that you dont get that car dealership vibe. I would definitely recommend this store and will go there for my future needs.

I bought a BMW from GoAZ Scottsdale this summer. I really liked my salesman, John Murrietta, I would say I even trusted him. And the woman who did my document closing, Katie Hemenover, was really good too. She didnt try to force a lot of add-ons just to jack the price. Overall it was a good purchase experience, and Ive dealt with other dealers that I will never go back to. I will buy from GoAZ again.

Every time I take any of my stuff in to get it fixed the auto shop manages to mess something up. They obviously don’t know what they are doing. Just took some tires in and they cracked a wheel and punctured my tube and said it was already like that when I inspected it all before taking it in and were trying to say that I did it myself. I asked them to just put it back together and left it all apart and refused to finish the job. Really wish starisland was running that place. Highly don’t recommend goinng there to have your toys worked on.

I just bought another bike from these guys and yet again Im impressed with the level of professionalism and yet fun factor of my buying experience. This time I had the pleasure of working with Tim and Jr they were both very attentive and friendly. They really know the right balance of helping without being a pushy salesman. I will definitely be returning for my next purchase!

Had my motorcycle serviced there for the mounting of 2 new tires. Because of a glitch with their computer, the rear tire was never ordered and I was not notified until I dropped the bike at their facility. They apologized right away for their error. They had my bike picked up and returned at my house a few days later. They also adjusted the cost for the inconvenience. They are great people to work with. Mistakes happen, but what does not happen often is the business acknowledging it and doing whatever it takes to help the customer. They did just that and I want to personally thank Chuck for fixing the issue.

I called up to the dealership on a Friday to see if they had the bike I was looking for. I spoke to the Indian Brand Manager Natalie, who confirmed the bike was there and set an appointment for me to come down on a Sunday. I wasnt able to make that appointment but she was really cool about it and rescheduled me for Monday. I showed up about an hour before they were supposed to close but they treated me as though they had all the time in the world. Natalie was really cool and showed me around, introducing me to the individuals that would be assisting me with the purchase, Don and Katie, both of which were fantastic as well. After the very straight forward and smooth buying process, I had the bike I wanted, with a full tank, and rode off very happy. Thank you Natalie and the rest of the Indian Motorycles of Scottsdale team for earning my future business and referrals.

Great service! GoAZ makes buying motorcycles TOO EASY! Just picked up a little Honda dirt bike from GoAZ Scottsdale.. Seamless buying experience, from start to finish. Brad Obrien was very knowledgeable about the inventory. Katie Hemenover got all of the paperwork squared away and offered some great extended warranty options for my new Honda. Picked up a 2021 350 SX-F from these guys. After a little shopping around (as every consumer should do) These guys are head and shoulders above other dealers in the valley. The price without any haggle was very fair compared to the other dealers. They were straight forward honest and I felt very non-pressured. This will be be my go to place from now on! Natalie at GO AZ Motorcycle in Scottsdale provided the best overall vehicle purchase experience i have ever had. As a new rider i came with a lot of questions, a head full of web research and an basic idea of the direction I was leaning. Natalie patiently took the time to hear me out and then was able to isolate the key factors that arose in our discussion and provide me with context, comparison, and personal experience in regards to those factors. The result was a process that was simple, smooth, efficient and exciting. Also, it was quite effective, as the bike i landed on was exactly what i was looking for, which is impressive because i didnt realize some of the crucial things I was looking for until Natalie uncovered them! This is exactly the situation you get when someone is genuinely interested in your satisfaction in the end. It wasn’t about the sale or the price point or her personal opinions, it was about helping me find the bike that was going to fit me perfectly so i could enjoy the same thing she does... riding. Im not the best at writing these reviews so I am going to make this short and sweet. After walking into several dealers in the area Go AZ was a breath of fresh air. My salesmen who was Brad listened and was receptive to what I was looking for and helped me find a bike without pushing me to buy the biggest or most expensive one on the floor. I felt like i was amongst friends. Tony the sales manager was great even though the team had to jump through several hoops to get me approved because I had just moved to phoenix. For the life of me I cannot remember her name but the lady who took care of signing all the paperwork was awesome as well and took the time to show me a lot of different options as far as protection plans for the bike and explained each and everyone of them without being pushy or trying overly hard to up sell. I would give Go AZ 10 stars if I could and they have earned my business for life.

#bringbackColten! So I originally gave this place a 5 star review because Colten always went above and beyond with me. But last Sunday I called wanted to order two Dainese jackets ... Already knew size and color but never received a call back. So three days later I walk into the store and out of an entire store only one poor guy is doing orders with three people ahead of me. There must be at least a half a dozen other people working including a manager yelling to the guy with a line I needed help. I waited fifteen minutes and the line hadnt moved. So here I am placing an order directly from Dainese because clearly these people dont want my money. All the lovely folks I saw working there over the summer dont seem to be there anymore, so clearly something changed. Sad to say I will not be returning.

Jason in service is my go to resource for all things. I have an Aprilia, and he has really been a great point of contact and resource for information. I helped me get the new tires on my bike, along with Aaron, and Jason has really helped me keep my bike in top form and on the road. It is great to have GO AZ nearby, especially as an Aprilia owner, and I appreciate the top customer service Jason has provided.

Bought a Triumph Speed triple 1200 RS!! Dave was salesman. He. Did a good job. Also mng tommy?? And finance Katie all great people. Took me over 4 hours to decide on the bike they were all patient. Will buy next bike from them . Also will recommend them. Hands down better then ride now or Nashl/!!

We bought a motorcycle over the weekend -- and even though it was really close to closing time, the staff there was excellent and worked late to make sure we could ride it home that same day. Wed especially like to thank Donnie Walker, Tony Little, and Ryan for helping us, and also Jason N in service for taking time to talk to us about the maintenance. Great crew and bikes - thanks!

UPDATE(2/8/21, read below for original review):Steve, GO AZ service manager, contacted me within hours of posting my review. He apologized for the experience and offered to make it right. Go AZ picked up my bike and transported it back to the shop. They did an extensive review of the bike. This time finding things like a loose engine mount and an unbalanced wheel. After some investigation, it was determined that the previous owner, welded on to the OEM footpegs. The bike was then delivered to my house. I give the service department 3 stars now as a neutral review because even though they did what needed to be done, it got done only after an online review and second trip to the shop. I hope that if I have to use the service department again for anything, that it will be a better experience.Service Department gets 1 stars.Bought my first bike(used BMW) from Go AZ Scottsdale in October. The sales and finance teams were very friendly and helpful through the whole process.(4 stars). In January, I began to notice a vibration that was not there when I got the bike not even 90 days before. The vibration was so bad that my feet would go numb on short 30 minute rides. Made an appointment for as soon as possible and had to wait a week before it could be seen. The appointment was for Monday morning. I called Tuesday night for an update and was told someone would get back with me. Waited until Friday and still had not heard from anyone. When I called Friday, I was read the technicians notes: Found no issue on test ride. The foot rest are not standard.[...] The bike felt similar to other bikes. The foot pegs are OEM and state so with the manufacture logo on the top.(See photo). If the service department would not take the time to know what they are working on or keep the customer(me) informed, I would not trust them to perform other services correctly. The vibration issue is still not resolved.I would not recommend the service department to anyone and I will not be returning for service.

This review is only for the parts department since I haven’t purchased a bike here or dealt with service. Colton was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Urals (sidecar motorcycles) I called in and he was able to research and find me all the parts I needed and I had them within a week. I’ll definitely be coming back when I need more parts.

Had an awesome experience with Natalie checking out a used bike. She was super nice, took really good care of me even though I wasn’t buying a new Indian motorcycle. Unfortunately financing didn’t come back like I thought (my fault, not Nat’s!) But I will be sure to go back to her when I better my credit situation. I highly recommend Natalie for all your new and used Motorcycle needs!

Worked with Tyler this past weekend to secure a sweet Ducati Monster 821. Had some initial complications with their inventory and it turned out the bike would need to be shipped in from their Peoria branch. Tyler kept it very professional and courteous and was able to get the bike to the dealership for me to take home that day and cut me a pretty sweet deal on top of it. He’s a great guy that stuck with me through the whole process and made the deal go through smooth despite the initial bump in the road. My wife and I had a very good experience at Go AZ Motorcycles. We worked with Natalie, Don and Erin; they were helpful, professional and we never felt pressured. Natalie was very attentive and friendly; paperwork can take a while, but she was there to keep us company and made sure we were taken care of. They answered all our questions and also made sure I was purchasing the bike that I wanted. The facility was very nice and other staff personnel also made you feel welcomed. I recommend these folks, if you are in the market for a new motorcycle.

Stopped by this morning and asked for help with adjusting rear suspension on my Scout. Zach from the service dept. Took care of it. No charge. Friendly and quick service. Highly recommended.

I had some issues with my Indian Chieftain while traveling out of state. OC Indian charged me for the alleged repair and denied the warranty claim. The issue persisted and brought my bike to Indian Motorcycle of Scottsdale and they throughly checked my motorcycle to make sure their diagnostic was accurate. They were very knowledgeable and granted me the warranty repair. I worked with Brian and he was very good at explaining everything going in with the motorcycle. Brian was very patient with my questions and made sure I had a good understanding of the situation. When I asked for some additional service and parts, they were able to recommend exactly what I needed and not what they wanted to sell. I evolved into a return customer to the service department three more times due to their excellent service and transparency. At this time, Zach and the team at the service department are helping me with some performance upgrades and it has been a good experience as well. I will update my review once I receive my bike back. I feel confident that they will do an excellent job even with the special order parts I took for them to install. The great great customer experience continues to build and will lead to more personal and refferal business without a doubt.Keep up the honest work and taking care of your customers… Many us appreciate your business.

Had a liter bike dropped off 04/13 for a battery check up (battery provided), full syn oil change, hand grips (provided) and tail lights (provided) to Zack. I had to finally call them on 04/17 to find out whats going on, Nate answers and said battery was replaced and oil change done but mentioned fork seals need to be replaced (I got this service done 2 months ago by another shop, so I doubt it). I ask what about the tail light and grips I provided, he has no clue and will call me back. An hour later, they find it and it wasnt done so asks if I want to get it done with the fork seals, will be ready by Thurs 04/19. I said no on fork seals but the rest done because thats why I sent it to you in the first place. Nate says okay and will give me a call once its finished. I call Wed afternoon 04/18 to find out they werent done, I spoke to Chuck who said that it was noted to have the grips/tail light done on Thurs... why on earth would I have simple fixes take 2 days? So Chuck said he will get it done first thing in the morning and offered free delivery but that wont be until 5pm... great. Here I am on 04/19, I get a call 11:50am the bike is finished. So I decide to speak with the service Manager Steve.... no response. Great communication guys... takes a week to do an oil change, replace a battery, hand grips, and a tail light? Something so simple, good luck folks getting REAL work done here.Update 04/19 1500 hours: Steve and Brian compensated $250 off my bill.....1620 hours: received the bike ...

Had an excellent checkup on my bike, shop identified excessive cupping caused by heavy parking this year. All set with a new tire and battery tender. Shop gave great advice on maintenance and accessories to make bike durable and reliable. I was willing to spend more, but the shop advisor suggested I see how things are now before I consider spending more. Great advice and concern for my happiness with my bike.

I love this place the staff is always so welcoming and kind and its a great place to just hang out.

These guys are horrible. I walked in and managed to walk thru the whole store and not a single person greeted me or said hello. Not cool, go to the Peoria location and talk to Stott. Because of him I bought a Aprilia and my friend bought a Ducati. Greet everyone that walks thru the door.

Said before and I’ll say it again, the service here is exceptional. First time there they fixed my bike in about 5 minutes while still on the trailer. Second time there (today) and Chuck took care of everything in excellent fashion.

Spoke with Jay Johnson originally about an Indian Chieftain set an appointment to meet, and I drove from Flagstaff to meet with him and what I thought was my new bike. When arriving no pressure just like meeting with an old friend looked at the beautiful Chieftain exactly what he said it was, but more bike than I wanted. While contemplating my options found my new bike, or should I say it found me, I drove back to Flagstaff and couldnt get it out of my mind. The next day called Jay Johnson, made a fair deal on an already great sale price. The cherry on top, is this a Bob Parsons owned business. (look him up) BITCHIN BIKE!!

Im not a big review guy but I have to share my experience working with Natalie at GO AZ in Scottsdale. First of all she was super responsive on communication and text was a very friendly way to communicate. As new rider she provided a wealth of knowledge and information that was very helpful in me making my buying decision. I highly recommend GO AZ and Natalie for all your motorsports needs!

Bought my new Indian from Go AZ. JR (Jason) and Erik were amazing. Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and willing to go the extra mile to provide great customer service, without being pushy. I researched my bike and went to several dealerships, but decided to work with Go AZ as they had great bike and accessory inventory, amazing sales associates and a great test ride program. This is despite the fact that Go AZ is more than 30 minutes from my house and there are several other closer dealerships. I have not taken advantage of any of their events yet, but I am excited to see that they have many opportunities to do so. I would definitely recommend this dealership and sales associates to family, friends and anyone else. I will definitely buy my next motorcycle from Go AZ and JR/Erik.

Customer service staff Are informative make sure that I knew what was going on fixed and repaired everything that needed to be done at a reasonable rate and the staff is very cordial and help out a lot if you have any questions.

I had such a wonderful buying experience with Tim and his crew! I am a petite woman and was looking for my first street bike. I felt no sales pressure or ego the entire time I was there and for that I was grateful. After sitting on several bikes over the course of a week, we found me the perfect bike! They even let me test ride it on their track in back before I decided to buy. I highly recommend Tim. Top level technician certification from Indian with a streamlined customer interface means quality service and a great customer service feeling. Went into GO AZ and was lucky enough to run into Natalie who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Im a 52 older woman and a new rider...not the easiest client. Ive been ready to move up to my next bike, but usually walk out of the shops feeling disappointed and pretty limited due to my small stature and skill level. She took the time to understand who I am as a rider, showed me a couple confidence boosting tricks for handling the weight of a bike, and helped me find several viable options. She could even chat knowledgably with my husband, a veteran rider of many years. If youre in the market for a new bike, go see Natalie!

My experience here was great. Nathan helped my wife and I learn about Vespas, and took the time to help us figure out which scooter met our needs. They even did an emergency trip to Peoria to make sure we had our bike the same day. The whole team was great, from sales to finance. Laid back atmosphere, and no pressure at any time. We look forward to working with these folks for years to come.

I came in excited because this was a brand new experience for me. I had an encounter with 2 salespeople. Both were polite and nice when trying to buy a motorcycle from GO AZ. I said I was going to think about my decision more and left. I ended up going with a motorcycle from another place because I got a better deal. I still wanted to buy a helmet, jacket, etc from GO AZ. When i came in the day after everyone was very nice until they found out I had bought the moto from another store. They approached me and as soon as I told them I went with another store the salesperson walked away as I was mid sentence. The salesmen and the person who helped pick out my wear that were initially kind and helpful became callous and apathetic even though I was still purchasing from them.

Very satisfied with GOAZ, Chris Wild and Kevin Haymore. I purchased my BMW S1000RR site unseen from across the country and they were very professional to work with and kept great communication through the entire sale, purchase and shipment process. Even post sale Chris kept me informed on delivery status and even found some missing parts and got them shipped to me with no additional charge. The bike arrived as described and in perfect condition. The title took a little longer that I thought to get but it finally did arrive. The only thing disappointing was not with GOAZ but with the shipping company they recommended. Maybe for shippers in and around Arizona they would be fine. But I had my bike shipped to eastern PA and it took too long. The shipper out sourced the shipment. I was under the impression they would pick up the bike from GOAZ, put it on their truck with their driver and drive it to me. They picked up the bike once the sale was complete and it wasnt picked up from them and on the its way to me for over a week. I would have been more comfortable just going through USHIP and managing the shipping myself. If it wasnt for Chriss communication with the shipper I never would have known where the bike was or when it would be delivered. All around Im very pleased with my experience with GOAZ and its employees and I absolutely love my Beemer. Ill probably keep it until it kills me.

Worked with Tony on a 2019 Honda CBR600RR it was the best buying experience I have ever had at a motorcycle dealer. He was kind, friendly and had great knowledge of the bike. I liked the passport experience of walking around to each department. The parts guy was hilarious and very knowledgeable. The finance guy was quick and to the point no BS. A lot of dealers say they are customer service oriented but these guys prove it through their actions. Will be back. Thanks again!

Had an okay experience. I was never updated on what’s going on with my financial situation. I always had to be the one to call or message first. Very annoying especially when told I’ll be updated. Nice location and building however.
