Terrible customer service. I accidentally typed in the wrong city when ordering the product and didn’t realize it until a month later. My package was sitting in there warehouse for weeks. They never contacted me to tell me or anything. They don’t care about the customer. When I called customer service a lady answered the phone, she claimed that the package was “hand delivered” to someone in my neighborhood when in reality it was in their warehouse. When I wanted them to re-send it they were gonna charge me $10 more. Maybe if they would have informed me about the incident I would have payed it but I felt I shouldn’t have to. When I got frustrated she stated getting an attitude with me and told me to “Get a refund or pay the 10 dollars and call me back when I made up my mind”. And hung up. All in all will never purchase anything from this company because of how poorly they handled this.

Before making a large purchase, I wanted to try a small purchase to see if I had enough confidence in Diamond K Brass to make a large purchase, particularly considering the mixed reviews I read. I sent in a few questions about a potential order. The responses were slow to arrive. When they did arrive, the basic message was that we wont go out of our way even a little to be helpful; take it or leave it. Ill leave it. As a particular, one of my requests involved checking the inventory for a specific type of casing. The companys website says We will personally check inventory and try to accommodate even the toughest of orders... I was told they were too busy to check the inventory to fulfill my request. Based on this disappointing customer service, I dont have confidence to place an order with DKB

Excellent service! I ordered 100 pieces of brass once fired and I expected them dirty... I received 101 pieces, cleaned, resized and annealed. Im very happy with the quality and service.

Really liked the customer service. However IF you are ordering 45 acp please be aware more than half of my order was small primer brass. In a time where primers are extinct you will need large and small to reload.

I reload Nickel Plated 9s and 45s exclusively, I find Diamond K Brass a very good source for for these cartridges at a reasonable price.Their staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. And they have a quick turn around time for shipping. I do recommend them to my counter parts that reload.

Got 300 Lake City .308 and a little over half were reloadable (im a bit picky though). Called them to inquire and the customer service was awesome. They asked for pictures via email, i sent them over, and in about an hour got a reply that 200 more cartridges were on there way to me free of charge. Be aware that you may get a mediocre batch but they do stand by their 100% reloadable garauntee.

They charge more for dirty brass then others charge for tumbled and the first order I placed was short. Dont beleive the BS they feed you.

Ordered 300 pieces of 7.62x51 once fired military brass and received commercial range brass, some had already been reloaded. Turned out to be a hiccup and they are making right.Update: Replacement brass arrived and again it isn’t once fired military 7.62x51. It’s a mix of once fired and commercial range brass. How hard it this?

On my first purchase from here i had to call in because i was buying tear down rounds. the gentlman i talked to on the phone was a pleasure to talk to and took care of me seamlessly over the next two days while i got my sign off paper worked signed and mailed in. i got exactly what i payed for and am looking forward to what i can salvage from this lot of 1000 .380 auto rounds. the count was well over the 1000 and the customer care was excellent.i have now since bought 2 more times and in all cases so far i have recived exactly what i ordered and in a higher number at least 1-4 over on every item. he answeres question promptly and called and informed me of a delay on my order. an offer was made to substitute or wait i oppted to wait and got what i ordered after only 4 days. when the package arrived it was torn badly by the delivery handling but because of the individual wrapping of round typed and the sedcondery bag all rounds made the trip.on my third order i recieved the same high quality service i have come to expect from diamond k brass. i was looking for some special cals and amounts and was more then taken care of. thanks diamond k your my go to brass guys

PLEASE BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM THIS DEALER, I ordered some .22 TCM 100 count with the tumble polish about a month ago, customer service was AWFUL!! I didnt get the my order for more then 2 weeks after they said it would arrive a week earlier. When I called to find out where my order was the lady I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude, and did not want to help me at all. When I finally received it, the quality was so bad that I would be afraid to use these as they might blow up, he should be jailed for selling this kind of cheaply made products.I would never recommend this company to anyone. Im surprised about his good reviews, makes me think he deletes the bad ones on his website and only posts the good ones or he writes them himself. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!
