Hunter and Leah were extremely helpful. They took time with me to answer all my questions and guide me toward the best purchase for what I was seeking. Customer service is still alive!

Lea was Extreme very helpful. Explaining everything step by step and the metro by t-mobile policy. Very good trainer also. Has a new hire named emalissa I was watching her train her and she did a very good job explaining everything on how to do a new line plus adding 2 tablets at a time and a trade in . I highly recommend Leah. Made sure we left with a smile on our face . Thank you Lea for ur hard work .

My girlfriend was refused by a worker to be given her account pin just because she didnt pay for her due balance. This upset my girlfriend so much she didnt want to argue and just let instead.Glad to know you guys do not serve people at all, unless customers give you money first.

I didn’t end up buying anything but I can see what everyone else has been saying. I didn’t trust the sales rep and she told me atleast one thing I knew was a lie about what plans I can get.

Great staff and great store. I dont know why theres so many negative reviews. It must be from people who are mad at T-Mobile as a company, and not the store itself. Its an all-around great store with very helpful staff.

Tried to push products on us by telling us its free, but in actuality they just get added to your bill every month. Sales guy was hitting on my girlfriend when I left the store to the point he gave her his number. Would not recommend

The manager is such an d*ck. He is beyond rude and they promise you free stuff ... but actually it gets added on your monthly bill and youre stuck with it. When you tell them that you were told it was literally free, they deny it and call you a liar. DONT GO HERE. Its the worst place... better off at the other t mobile. Disrespectful staff and the manager especially should be fired.

Im not one to leave negative reviews, but my experience today was just horrible. The manager was rude and the staff did not have any customer service (especially the manager) whatsoever. Never coming back to this location ever again.
