Best service and best coverage for service.

Stopped in today and was greeted by Ty who was very pleasant. Ty helped me pick out a phone that was best for me. I do not write many reviews however, it was very nice to have great customer service which you rarely see anymore.

My wife and I went to boost mobile to get our high speed Internet back on and we did. Thank you Boost Mobile. Happy New Year.

After calling this store for 3 days with no answer, I decided to go to the store (because maybe they were THAT busy). There was a little post it note that said “be back in 15” on the glass door. After myself and another customer waited for about a half hour (in the meantime 2 other customers came and left) an employee finally returned to the store and told us “yeah the door is broke”. Then took his good old time by connecting his phone to the charger, searching for the music he wanted to play, and taking a drink of water, THEN he asks the other customer what he needed. The other customer was very surprised as well that this employee played his music (he thought it was me!) Very rude and I will probably NOT be switching to Boost Mobile because of this experience!

Alien and Xavier were terrific. Fantastic customer service. Knowledgeable, had my problem fixed and out the door in no time.

I experienced a misunderstanding and was beyond angry when returning to the store but Dominic was wonderful. He fixed the problem and sent me on my way completely happy.

First I would like to say that my fiancee have been without a phone for a week because my stylo 2 just stopped turning on. I called boost mobile and they advised me to call LG because warranty is still good on phone. LG takes to long for me to wait for a phone so I decided to buy another phone. He needs his phone for work purposes. Well yesterday I walked Boostmobile store in Scranton, PA on Lackawanna Ave and the lady working was extremely rude to my family and I. First she didnt offer to help us find a phone. When we finally asked about a phone, she didnt bother to look up from the computer and replied by saying the price of the phone. I was also considering porting over and had lots of questions about plans. The lady just stay seated and played on computer while ignoring us. My fiancee and I stood at counter staring at her waiting for some good customer service. We then felt like she was being racists which is why she didnt want to help us. We then asked her is it not help us day. She then said are we serious. We said yes that she is being very disrespectful and we want her manager. She then looked back at her computer and continued to ignore us. We ask again for manager and she says the manager is the owner, he is my boyfriend and wont help you anyway . Let me mind you that my kids were with us and we felt extremely hurt that we were being treated this way. Especially in front of our children. Please help report this store, its on Lackawanna Ave in Scranton, PA. Thank you in advance.

I have no problems with boost mobile been with boost for a long time

I had an issue with my plan and Tony straightened it out for me and got me exactly what I wanted! Pleasant and very professional

The associates are not helpful at all. They are rude and ignorant and cannot help you with simple questions or concerns you may have. I tried to bring my own phone from another company and everything was eligible and they couldnt help me. Please save yourself time money and aggravation and stay away from this place!
