The staff is so nice and made my pumpkin cream cold brew better than any other Starbucks thus far. I had an accidental lock/hold placed on my card and thank God I had cash on me.. but I could only pay for my pumpkin cold brew and not the other coffee so I told them to forget the other coffee. I was so embarrassed.. When I picked up my cold brew Johnny gave me the other coffee on him and it honestly made my day/morning! It gives me hope that there are genuine and kind people in the world! Thanks for making my coffee experience great! I will be back soon ❤️

High priced and too strong

Appearance of the place is great.Atmosphere is really nice.Considered strongly as a mid class brand.The coffee definitely is strong but can be really expensive. It is normally beaten by prices of other coffee shops in Scranton PA and is known to be given warnings about staying away from any Starbucks location mostly due to prices. 5 dollars for a coffee is not needed to be that much and can even be cut by half the price to match 2.50 or even 2 dollars when compared by others.According to the taste it can depend but hearing from many people who are Starbucks fans it is recommended to only come to Starbucks if you want a strong coffee. Better brands can be found in a grocery store and even at another coffee shop. Prices are a big issue when it comes to Starbucks and i have known from personal experience. This place is great but others can be better. 4/5 definitely worth giving.

Went to this place and two girls were fighting over how to make Frappe. I clearly ordered an iced drink because I showed the girl what I was talking about, and got a hot one which was made terribly and there goes 5 dollars for a bad drink and bad customer service

Great space. Always clean. This branch brings professionalism with a very down to earth, neighborly vibe. Many college homework hours were spent here. More recently, many writing hours and reunion hours and volunteer hours are spent here troubleshooting and master minding. Five Stars!

I come to this Starbucks almost 5 times a week. Between work and classes, I usually swing by and grab a coffee. The staff is always extremely accommodating, kind, professional, and including. There have been times Ive been here for hours working on homework and really enjoyed my night. Great location! Great staff!

First time at Starbucks. This one was very festive and quiet and nice. I ordered a peppermint mocha which was good. Nothing amazing. At least not for almost $6. 1

Ive always been greeted respectfully by the employees. The coffee is always served up fresh and fast. Clean environment & plenty of comfortable seating.a Variety of drinks to choose from. Also seating outside in a smoke free zone.

The service here is excellent.. Weather you need just a cup of water or ordering you get treated the same. Staff is always friendly up beat and customer orientated.

Best Starbucks in the area! They have a higher employee retention rate, which allows the employees to train better and get to know customers.Parking is a pain, but Id rather deal with that than go to the Clarks Summit or Dickson City Starbucks.

The employees make this the best Starbucks in the area. My coworkers and I come in here every morning and I dont think Ive ever seen anyone in a bad mood. Theyre fast, friendly, remember your name, and probably offer a more personalized experience than some of the smaller coffee shops in the area.

People are very friendly and helpful. The coffee is to die for. It is comfortable and relaxing to sit down and enjoy a latte.

Im really big on customer service because I work for customer service and I understand how it can be but if you come in so nice and they are so rude and mean to you for no reason and then you give them the benefit of the doubt and return back again and still get treated with a attitude again for NO reason then there has to be a problem. Can you guys just at least TRY to be nice to people. Starbucks is my favorite coffee and I dont even complain about how many times you get my order wrong so as you can do is be nice to your customers which spend money there almost everydayAnonymous

This place was absolutely disgusting there where only two customers in there and the two employees standing behind the counter we’re too busy talking to each other instead of cleaning up. There is no reason why there was garbage all over the floor and the tables were not wiped down. Also on top of that there’s no reason being that slow that behind the counter should be so dirty that It made me not want to buy anything there. But having traveled all over the country to different Starbucks I know this is not a normal practice for them but I would not recommend anybody going to this particular store unless you like eating or having your food or beverage made in filth

I literally spent $10 on only two items. How can anyone charge so much for a cup of coffee that I can make at home while barely paying their employees? This is the exact reason why I dont buy fast food, or ridiculously overpriced coffee. I can get a cheap coffee maker somewhere and make a pot of coffee for a lot less, or I can get coffee at work for free.The only thing that I cant blame the Starbucks baristas for screwing up names (people have weird ways of spelling names for some odd reason.)This is the end of my rant, signing off.

Would give 5 stars in beginning but when i got my drink only to find a strand of hair in my frappuccino told them. They made me a new one and gave me a gift card for my next visit bc of the issue. Very polite and helpful staff.

I came in around 8:20ish this morning. There was a couple who entered before me so ofc they ordered first, with no problems. While thy were being taken care of, I was checking a notification to make sure I was ordering the right items, bc I barely go to Starbucks. I approach the counter waiting for my order to be taken, which I thought wouldn’t have been a problem since there was 4 people (3 men and 1 woman) behind the counter. The lady was outing on her apron or some sort of attire so I didn’t expect her to take my order, however the older bald gentleman with the glasses was staring at me for most of my duration so I thought he would’ve been help. I looked at him expecting to say something, yet he just stared. I turned my back and then turn back around c I saw that the younger bald gentleman who take care of the prior two customers was gonna assist me yet not one uttered a single word to me asking if “ I was ready” or “ Did I still need more time”. The four employees were all just chatting and not being attentive.. A customer sitting by the window saw how I was not being serviced and said sorry to me as I was leaving, still not being attended too. This is highly annoying bc I had to go out of my way to Dunkin Donuts even though the coffee shop I was origninally planned on getting my food and beverages from was open and had no other customers being waited on since there was no one else on the counter and in the line but me.
