Sheetz store in Dickson City is the best I lost my wallet and they held on to it for me. Great & always friendly employees.Thank you Dawn for recognizing me & keeping my wallet safe. Best Sheetz Ive ever been to. Well managed. Relax at inside or outside tables. Great food, all the best, up to date conveniences. Clean restrooms, clean in general. Always a pleasure to stop here. That was the old one! Im sure the new one will be even better.

Good job ruining a good gas station by removing the second row of pumps and replacing that area with a curb and grass. You are lucky if you can find a open pump, and really lucky if you are able to make it back around the pumps to the exit without getting hit or even to find an opening. Two diesel pumps that there are always cars at filling up with gasoline at, and the diesel pump is right next to one entrance sometimes blocked by trucks towing long trailers. What a horrible layout......Should have left it alone!

The place is absolutely trash since they remodeled and removed half the pumps. The parking lot is a zoo. Stupid people in North East PA dont help the confusion. Just dont go there.

The worst experience I’ve ever had!! We wait Over an hour for the food to be cold!!! The store was packed with people who were also waiting for their food and I was not the only person to complain

I was really impressed with the cashier. He let me have a toothpick to help with my windshield sprayer, which was clogged and suggested some windshield wiper fluid that wouldnt freeze on me, which I bought. Problem solved. Great customer service, nice people and clean store. Plus... the music while I was pumping gas was great! Lol

Removed second gas section and now there are constant lines for gas, i’ve been waiting 30 minutes to put gas in my car.

Definitely the best Sheetz in the area. Ive been here all times of day and the staff are always really kind. They always get my order right.

After working 15 hours in a hospital, I wanted a simple bacon wrap. Somehow, they messes it up. I paid $7 a $1, terrible item. Staff was more concerned with chatting. ALL SHEETZ ARE AWEFUL.

Absolutely terrible.. had to ask for my food after waiting a half hour. Was told it wasnt done yet.. finally get it and it was by far the worst chicken sandwich Ive ever had.. it was obvious the French fries had been sitting in the bag the entire time I had been waiting.. cold and soggy.

Chicken Parm w/mozzarella sticks on it sandwiches are AMAZING!!! 👌 👌

I stop there every night before work. Only gas station thats opened 24/7 or was. I wish I knew why they closed for an amount of time. Looks to being remodeled yet again. Please open sooner than later!

Might want to educate youre employees on what a valid drivers license is now. New state regulations no longer require a new photograph to renew youre drivers license due to COVID19. I came in my temporary and old invalid license, and got this 20yr old kid telling me he knows he cant sell me tobacco products. I called corporate and the dude said not even he knows the new regulations. Wasted my time and gas money. Educate yourselves, things are hard enough right now as it is and youre employees are acting like Gustapo guards

Late night customer service is very bad. Even doe there is not a lot of customers ordering food or coffee from 2am to 4 am. They act like is a hang out job and don’t pay attention to customer orders.Some people may not agree with me, but when you spend your money, you expected a great customer service

Had to grab lunch since i work for PennDot and cannot leave, opened it up and its turning a green hue. Its really gross and i wasted almost $4 on food i cant eat unless i wanna get sick. It says its only good until tomorrow but the cheese is hard on the outside and the color of the beef is gross...i think u guys need to re evaluate fresh until dates or at least discount it so people arent paying full price for expired food. I havent had sheetz in about 6 months now i remember why. Gross and disappointed and hungry now..horriable experience.

Awesome food and coffee somewhat pricey but worth it! Awesome quesoritos! They are huge for the price!

Great Sheetz. Cleaned and remodeled. Fantastic service and I rarely wait long in lines. The prices are good and the food is great. The best part is by far the staff. The morning crew is friendly and engage in kind conversations. I love going here. You need to make sure that your signed up to their rewards program. Ordering ahead is also a must do.

Update: 11/29/19Reconciled issues with Sheetz corporate and reimbursed for losses. Excellent customer service at the corporate level. Dont recommend getting fuel on you though.10/25/19Its been over 48 hours since we got gas at this location waiting for corporate to reach out. First, I failed to annotate and document the fuel incident at this location, which leaves me bereft of evidence proving that the fuel hose on pump #6 was damaged and spraying fuel on my right shoe and pants. Second, I was naive to believe that I would be notified by leaving my contact information at the desk for some type of reconciliation. Lastly, despite the kindness of the staff, if I were the owner of that station, and realized nothing was properly documented or reported, then I too, would not report this up and leave the customer to suffer potential ills in the future from the exposure. This post will be updated as soon as Sheetz reaches out in the next day. Until then, I will be inquiring for counsel.

Great spot along the highway for an easy on/off. Plenty of gas pumps and parking. Good sized convenience store with a ton of snack, food, and drink options

Clean, easy to access, ample parking and generally the lowest price in town for fuel. Getting food here can be a bit slow but not too bad. The new car wash works well and you can buy the wash at the pump. Restrooms are generally always clean and accessible.

Really large store and great selection of products. The bathrooms were really well-maintained and clean. Overall great experience.

This place was a hot mess compared to the sheetz franchise that I know and love. Took about 25 minutes to make my order, which wouldnt be the worst, except they made about 10 orders that were placed after mine and I watched 90% of my order sit on the counter the whole time. So once I get my order they put the wrong items in my sampler and my sandwich contents were all on the outside of the sandwich anyways. They offered my a $5 gift card, which was considerate, but I really just wanted my food. This is fast food, not rocket science.

Come here alot and the food can either be pretty good or pretty bad...lately its terrible.3 people standing around while 3 people waiting for their MTO stuff and 1 employee doing the work. This is like the third time Ive gotten something where it seems the final step before handing it to the customer is to LITERALLY step on it. Hard, stale bun. Food popping outta the wrapper. Condiments on spots. My 3 year old could do it and fit right in.Terrible.

I had to wait 1 hour for my food which was only 2 burgers then I get home and the burgers I ordered were made wrong with non of the toppings I ordered.

This sheetz gets extremely busy, but cashiers are kind,l. They have all the food choices and drink choices you could ever imagine.

Easy access with traffic light. Newer building. Typical sheetz.

Prices are always a tad higher than other places, but its open 24 hours and has a car wash, which is really nice (and inexpensive - a basic wash is $5!)

If the line wasn’t so long for the car wash it’s good. Just don’t jack up the car wash prices now👍🏻

Pros: free air, good food for a convenience store, clean and bright store. Good HoursCons: gas prices are a higher than average, employees can be slow and distracted.

Clean, easy to reach gas station off the immediate highway. Not the best option for gassing up quickly off 81. For that I would suggest the Dunmore location, though the Dickson City location a much bigger parking lot.Pluses for those from outside the area: Next to everything else (Wegmans, Walmart, Target, Chiptole) in Dickson City. Outside picnic tables. No fee atm.

Horrible. Just slow service. 3AM on a Sunday. Not enough people working at all. Waited for over 20 minutes for 2 milkshakes.
