Ive been getting mine and my daughters brows done for 2 years by Elena. She always does an amazing job and we are always super happy with how our brows look. She does such a great job, so much so that my fiance who has NEVER had his brows touched, actually made an appointment with Elena to get his done!! And he loves them too!! I brought my 13 year old daughter to see Elena for her first eyebrow waxing! I actually had brought her on the WRONG DAY so I had no appointment, but Elena skipped her break just to take my daughter and do her eyebrows anyway. M a beautician, so I am very particular with my hair and brows. Elena for benefit is literally the best brow technician I’ve ever met or dealt with. She has taken me from crazy overgrown misshapen brows to super sleek brows that perfectly frame my face. Not only does she help with the way she does them, but she has taught me so much about how to maintain them longer in between services and to make them go from patchy to clean, but natural. I recommend her above all other brow techs and I tell all my friends to go to her. I live 45 minutes away and still only let her do them lol. I highly doubt you could have a single complaint about your experience!! I know I’m a difficult client, but not a single time have I felt that way in her chair. Been coming here for almost a year and the service is always wonderful and every experience is very nice! Elena does an excellent job on both my brows and my mom’s. We always have so much fun coming here and definitely recommend it!

I rarely get my brows done, but when I decide to treat myself, Elena is the only person I will go to. She is so warm and friendly. I went to the benefit brow bar and booked a brow wax and shaping with Elena! I had never had my brows waxed before and was afraid of a reaction, I also wanted to try false lashes so she applied the false lashes . I was delighted with the results and in the mirror in awe of my new brow shape! and felt beautiful again!She also filled in my brows ! She was super professional and all around a pleasure to sit with, very personable and wise about her services that she offers . I would highly recommend her services, as well as mention she is a huge asset to the Ulta beauty community and Benefit bar service, anyone who would question that is unbelievable ! She is the only reason I will be returning, especially after covid, she makes me feel safe, and well taken care of in her chair !

I had high hopes from reading reviews when I went to get my brows tweezed/shaped today. I NEVER touch my brows because they’re naturally full, but I just wanted to give them more shape and clean them up. Let me just say that I was completely underwhelmed. I expected a detailed brow shaping for my face that would follow my natural shape while giving me more definition, but I just left feeling so regretful. All she did was tweeze around and way too much, losing my shape on the one brow completely. For $27, I knew I should’ve left them alone honestly. I’ll never go get them done again because now I’m eagerly waiting for them to grow back in. I immediately bought a bunch of brow products right afterwards which I have no idea how to use properly because I’m so used to full, thick brows that it’s usually unnecessary for me. Ugh, learnt my lesson. So disappointed.
