This is strictly for the pharmacy because it it THAT TERRIBLE!!! Not even sure where to start… the pharmacist (and some techs) attitudes? The partial fills? Not having everything ready despite getting the automated calls? The lack of truly wanting to help customers? Or double checking drug interactions? It’s appalling.

Man ole man these folks are gheeeeetttooooo!!!! I came into the drive thru asking for a specific product, the lady at the window was confused and said “if I didn’t hear about it we don’t have it” I decided to come in, I came in grab one of the products off the shelf that wasn’t supposed to be there, I asked the alleged “pharmacists” jj or John if they look in the system because I was lied to, he claims she didn’t lie, which I already proved she did because she didn’t check nor asked for someone to check, and I found it, anywho I went to the front after JJ was being beyond rude about it’s not their job and that’s what the front does. So I went to the front with cashier Ashley asking in regards to the second missing item I needed she was going to call the back pharmacy to look so I told her pharmacy said that’s her job, so Jessica comes over and I’m asking her to look and she said if I don’t see it on the shelf then they don’t have it, which my reply was I have bad eyes I didn’t see it but I found the other one, she shrugs her shoulders and goes whelp that’s all, I then proceed to ask for the names of these folks so I can report them for horrible customer service, when I asked Dana the manager for names instead of actually really caring if I received the service for help, she rather give attitude and argue about the unclear job title to patrons. Horrible horrible service.

I never leave reviews, but this deserves one. I waited in line for 20 minutes, get to the register, the lady that attempted to “help” me was extremely rude and did not know what she was doing. When I picked up my prescription, they would not accept the coupon that I was told I could use and ended up paying 70 dollars for something that should of cost 20. I couldn’t just leave it there, however, because I needed the medication. To add, my medication comes with needles and not only did they not come with it, but they failed to let me know this before driving another half an hour back home. When I came back, they told me they did not have them in stock. The only reason I have two instead of one is because the person that helped me when I called and came back was extremely helpful and polite.

Ever since Christopher left cvs life has been good Everyone is soo nice. My son Abraham works there and he’s finally able to smile at work. Dana OMG I CANT BELIEVE SHES STILL AMAZING. But the one person I can’t stand the weird lady? At pharmacy

Its a cvs, just outside the city. The staff is plain rude. Get what you need, pay, and leave. Not worth a second trip, unless its convenient for you.

Last time I went here I got the wrong dosage of meds and they wouldnt take it back. They keep refilling meds on auto fill even though I ask them to stop. This time I went to make photo prints. I asked for help. He set the machine up the same as I did, hit start, same as I did. He didnt even wait to see it fail. He just walked away and so did I. I am done with CVS.

Employees there are very rude, theres a pharmacist there on some kind of power trip who plays games with peoples prescriptions by not filling ones he doesnt feel like filling and and makes others wait for their prescription even though they are ready to be picked up!!! But the biggest thing is how they demand the wearing of masks!!!! This kind of treatment and behavior is unnecessary and demeaning. This type of treatment from any business or employee is unacceptable

Called this CVS at 8:30ish tonight to get my prescription transferred from Hamlin to here because I wasnt going to get to Hamlin on time. I was told that the Hamlin CVS had my prescription on hold because the doctor hadnt answered them even though Ive been getting texts for the last week or so saying its filled and waiting for me. The lady I talked to said that there was no point in her calling the Hamlin CVS because she wouldnt be able to fill it for me either since it was on hold. Considering I used to work at a pharmacy I know youre lying and just dont want to call the Hamlin CVS to help me. Im completely out of this medication but thankfully its not going to kill me to not take it. I bet others cant say the same when you do this to them and they dont know better.

The manager Christopher stopped me from buying tissues, I have 6 rooms including bathrooms to buy for and there was no sign saying a minimum. He looked at my order and said randomly”um you can only buy 4” I asked why and he said that’s the minimum. He was very nasty and short with really no explanation. I’m sorry all stores post minimums on items and 6 boxes is not a lot. Anyway they usually sell value packs that size! I would have spent over 70 dollars on other various other, but took my business elsewhere! Will not do business there and will be moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy!

Terrible!!!Went this morning to pick up meds from jessup at 530 am, that were supposed to be filled at 3am and manager tells me its too early,when I called a few days earlier to make sure when I could fill and they told me today .He just didnt feel like doing his job and decides to mess with peoples health and lives by choosing to fill whenever he feels like it!

Attendant at the register was RUDE, seemed annoyed. Tall, blonde lady with angry bird eyebrows.

Me And my friends went to CVS to find a tripod and one of the workers there was a woman when we asked her if she had tripods she flat out said no. She didnt even say it nice. We asked another worker if they did and he said yes. The worker lied about it. I might not want to go back to the CVS that this woman works at. 🙄

The staff is very rude and disrespectful to customers and one employee almost runs me down with a shopping cart and doesnt say anything to me I WOULD NEVER EVER go back to this CVS if it was the only thing open. Should fire everyone that was working on March 16th 2018 at 8am and hire new people with BETTER customer service skills

Notified that RX were ready for pickup. Waited in long line to pick up. New insurance. Go to Consultation line. Wait in line again. AMY entered data then told me to go back to first line to pick up my RX. I objected to waiting in another long line and was told by AMY, Thats the way the world works! Too many providers to put up with that nonsense. Had RX transferred to Rite Aid!! AMY needs training!!

Best experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. I needed pain meds for my girlfriend who fell and needed to go to the hospital over memorial day weekend. The pharmacy was out of the prescribed medication the doctor written. The pharmacist personally call the hospital I came from and asked the doctor to write a new prescription for medication that was available at CVS. Thank you.
