PC repair issue. This was by far the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The owner was both knowledgeable and friendly. He was friendly and walked me through the repairs step by step. Great rates and went out of his way to get my problem fixed same day. I still can’t believe how great this was. I would highly recommend going to this guy for any repairs you with any electrics you have!! He is great and fast! He is great, he had no problem with taking my old Sony 42inch flatscreen tv in. He even told me things that I didn’t even know about my TV that he found out so I highly recommend him on sending in your TV PlayStation Xbox or phone his way.

I was told by a number of shops that my flat screen tv was too old, about 10 years, to get parts to repair a problem turning it on. It took about 10 minutes to get it turned on.This gentleman returned my call and asked if I had followed a simple procedure which I had not. He told me to try it and call him back if it did not work.I did and the problem was solved in a matter of minutes. It was an annoying problem I was happy to be rid of. I called him back to thank him and am more than happy to recommend him to one and all.

Phone wouldnt charge so I went there BC I frequently drive by the building. Joe (owner) cleaned 4 years worth of junk out of charging port. Hes a Friendly and personable guy and explained what happened to the charging port. Much better experience than any of my past visits to the competition, and I didnt get ripped off for once. 2 thumbs way UP!

Worst place i ever chose to repair my daughter’s tablet . I took my daughter’s Amazon tablet for replacement of charging port the guy said it was fixed took it home in less than a week the charging port failed. We took it back and he held my daughter’s tablet for one month I told him I’m coming to pick it up I got there to pick it up now he mentioned that the power bottom don’t work before the power botton work fine not the reason we brought it there was the charging port in the first place . I don’t understand how it is I bring in my device to fix one particular problem and joe create another new problem! .

My sons ps4 wasnt working and seemed to be overheating, the buttons on his paddle were sticking so my friend told me about this place so we took it and he took care of everything. Very professional, great attitude, easy to talk with. Will return should I have any trouble with any electronics that he can fix.

I left my Playstation with this guy and he never called me for.months until I got.ahold.of him and he couldnt fix the hdmi port, which is a 15 minutes fix. Good luck using him.i had to call everytime we spoke and he wasnt able to fix this simple problem. I could have taken it somewhere else but he said he could do it 90%. But he never called me or anything bad communication.

Was having some issues with my iPhone browser. Kept kicking me off when trying to load a page. I took my phone in to Electric City Repairs before driving over an hour to the nearest apple store and within minutes Joe fixed it for me. This place is fantastic i look for a place to repair my phone screen on scranton Pennsylvania but every place tried to charge me ridiculous amount even sometimes more expensive than the original phone so I see on maps this place so I call am I have it a quote after make ma way there, the guy who work there is really nice and friendly he will help you out and give you the best prices as possible and quality,I really recommend this place for every electronic repair you will not found anything similarly with those prices on scranton.This place is fantastic I was looking for a place to repair my lg k51 phone in scranton Pennsylvania but all the places where I went wanted to charge me sometimes even more than what the phone was really worth so looking for I found this place and called the phone and made one Quota of how much it would cost me and to my surprise it would cost me almost half of what the other stores were charging me at the beginning I went to the store and he helped me choose the quality of my screen, it was very usefulThe attention was very good and the final work even better.
