Aldi is always a pleasure to visit... even though we always spend a lot of money when we are there. This is because we get a LOT of good stuff, and the prices are a welcome relief.

This Aldis always stocked with product and the employees are always polite, friendly, and even happy. Even when they are busy. Today on 6/13/21, several employees were stocking shelves as quickly as possible, and they still took the time to help customers who needed assistance. When we shop here we ALWAYS Leave Satisfied. Over all Im not displeased with this store. I would not recommend buying any kind of produce from here, how ever. Today I purchased a watermelon and when we got home and cut it open it was completely rotten and moldy inside. Other than that, this store is relatively clean and has a wide variety of items for well discounted prices.

Arrive at the store prior 8pm and already had the doors closed. Store closed prior working hours. Ask if i could come in and they said no. Do not recommend their management.

I shop here all the time. The store is clean and organized, the food is fresh, and everything is high quality. Its a 40 minute drive but I make it every week, even though I have 3 grocery stores within 10 minutes of my house, including a Walmart super center. I only go to these when theres something I need that I cant find at Aldi. The organic selection is pretty good and very reasonably priced. Im in and out in usually less than 40 minutes even with a cart full of groceries.

Great prices, floors need cleaning

I hadnt been here since before the remodeling. WOW, I was pleasantly surprised at what I found. Its quite a bit larger than it used to be and theyve added to items they carry. The lady at check out was really fast, they were normally fast but this lady was way faster than I have ever seen there. The topper was even as fast as she was scanning, none of my bread or rolls were squished, no boxes were crushed or dented. A wonderful experience for sure.

0 Stars! This was the worst experience at an aldis Ive ever had by far!I am an avid aldi supporter, but after today I will never return to this location. I was having an issue with my card and had to call my bank. While waiting on hold for about 15 mins. I handed the cashier my card and let her know i was going to begin bagging my things while I waited on the phone. She politely said thats fine. After i badged my groceries I said I needed to use the restroom. And jokingly fair guard that card with your life and laughed. A moment later another employee barged into the bathroom screaming at top of her lungs that I needed to come out and take my card immediately. As i was already in the stall sittinf down . I tried to explain why I had left it with her. She wanted no explanation and contined to yell that i cant do that and slammed the door while i was talking.Long story short an employee should never corner a customer in a bathroom and scream at them. Especially when I had not done anything to warrant the behavior.Terrible customer service!

It’s a two star because I have always come here but the service in recent months near us has gone down hill. Me and my husband are standing patiently waiting in line among other people. There are three lines open lane 2 had a women with a lot of items and a women loading behind, line 4 similar and 6 had the most amount of customers. Our cashier Kristin in lane 4 has horrible manners and kept yelling out someone can go to lane 2, lane 2 is open. The cashier Kristin called this three separate times not even within three minutes. Now as a customer I almost felt bullied to get out of my spot to go wait in another lane that was not even empty. I understand the frustration with customer service as I have done similar jobs and am a nurse currently, I cannot out of frustration get aggravated and start yelling on a unit as a frustrated nurse, why should anyone working be able to act like this. The women, Kristin seemed to know he wrongs and did apologize to the customers in front of us stating that she needs coffee, when myself and husband approached we didn’t receive an apology but she did compliment an item of mine and tried to be nice, personally I don’t care how nice you are if your cannot act professional as well.

Staff is always friendly. Cashiers are always helpful and let me keep my kids in the same cart to make it easier on me instead of putting them in a new cart when checking out. They may not notice it, but it makes my day all that much easier. They also have great prices for everything and awesome sales

ALDI is my first stop for any grocery run. They offer basics and specialty items in addition to assorted home goods, and ALDI Finds, which are products of very limited quantity. ALDI does not have the whole gamut of products, but what they do offer is anywhere from 30-75% off what you will find at any other geocer, even when on sale. Their store brands are comparable to whatever you would want to find elsewhere.Im routinely impressed with the flavor and quality of everything offered. When I first started shopping here, I was a little sheepish, but with each passing week I try more and am left satisfied. Just make sure to bring a quarter for the cart and your own bags!

Who knew Aldi has delivery?! I live in Carbondale and they only charged a $5 service fee to drop my groceries with NO contact on my front porch. (I also had the option to increase the that fee- which all goes to the driver) Anyways, Im beyond impressed.Side note: they had these german Christmas cookies that were a treat that my grandma would give us kids on only very special occasions because her family would only send her one box of them from Germany per year. Its so nostalgic to have these for the holiday season. Perfection!

Here, youll find the cheapest produce and chicken compared to other markets. I once challenged myself and brought only $20 with me. I left with almost 2 weeks worth of food for 2 people.

The staff is friendly and personable. Most of what we want stays in stock. Things are organized and clean. Prices are the best around. Once the covid restrictions lift, this will be a great place to shop.

Love these stores. Aldi has amazing products, a lot of their products are just as good any name brands. They are often super busy and there is a good reason for it. The employees are so nice. Its a smaller supermarket so maybe I should say super...market!

I love the great deals on every day food items, their specialty import food items and the Aldis special buys aisle or the As Seen on TV aisle...I usually find some cool little purchase. Because the prices are good I some times run into out of stock issuses.

Fair shopping experience for the value of what i bought. Aldi carries generic products that are generally close in quality to big name brands and are sold at some of the lowest prices in the industry. My only complaint today was that the wait to get in the store was long and the store was overcrowded anyway. Worth the trip.

I love the selection to choose from but horrible customer service. First time shopper and the lady at the register was super rude to my boyfriend. She gave him attitude for organizing the groceries as shes hurling them into the cart and even more attitude when he forgot his wallet in the car.
