My washer broke and I knew it would be challenging to find a replacement that would fit in the space. I called Liz Jutras at Appliance Warehouse and in a matter of days I had the perfect replacement!!One phone call and my problem was solved! Excellent customer service and the price was great!!! This is my 7th appliance purchase with them and I’ve never been disappointed!!! Thank you!!

Can’t believe we didn’t just shop here. Bought a Lowe’s gas range and no lp kit.Called Dan he said come on in I have one on my desk for you. They are always so helpful. I bought my washer and dryer here a few years ago and I love them.

When our washer unexpectedly failed us, I called around looking for advice on the best brand that was in stock and ready to pick up! The great staff at Appliance Warehouse were the best- so knowledge and helpful. Best of all their washer was fairly priced! Ill be going back again for all my future appliance needs!

I used them for my home (kitchen) renovation. Their prices were good and Dan, our salesman, went the extra mile on a number of occasions to make my project affordable and keep it on time. I would definitely use them again.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not shop here, Appliance Warehouse in Seabrook does not care about you, it only wants your money. Once you purchase an appliance there and walk out that door, dont bother calling back if there is a problem with it, they will not help. I bought a close to $4000 range from them and after waiting 3 months for it to arrive at my home 2 of the 4 knobs came off. The knobs would not go back on and I have contacted them (DAN FULLER) to fix the problem and between them and the warranty place nobody cared to help. I have called weekly, I have emailed weekly, I have been told weekly that a manager will contact me back. It now has been 5 months since I first contacted them and throughout all the promises and forgetting weekly who I am, the range oven is still broke and not working. If I could give this company a negative 100 I would. Please dont waste your time there, they dont stand by their warranty or their word!!!!!!

I placed an order for a washing machine that was on backorder. Unfortunately, my existing machine bit the dust altogether so I had to get something quicker, but Appliance Warehouse refunded my deposit with no hassle whatsoever. Thats good business...I will definitely do business with them in the future!

Incredibly unsatisfied with the scheduling problems with the delivery of our dishwasher. We were patient enough to wait the two weeks it took to get our dishwasher in stock (that, of course, was out of our control) and easily scheduled our delivery. However, within the two weeks we waited, an issue with the delivery route was not caught, which caused great inconvenience and frustration from my family and our installer. This could have easily been avoided and remedied within our two week wait. We were told we would be called to arrange another delivery time. This never happened. The following week we still heard nothing from the company and I had to call Appliance Warehouse and Furniture myself to arrange a delivery. Very frustrating and a complete mess of a situation.

What a nightmare it has been dealing with our salesman and store manager. We ordered top of the line appliances that were recommended by our salesman, Dan. After spending over $10,000 at the Seabrook, NH store and taking delivery, we still can’t use our American Range gas stove! The stove arrived with loose parts rolling around and malfunctioning burners. I contacted my salesman who told me that it wasn’t their job to fix the loose part or to adjust the burners so that they worked properly. After going round and round, I finally contacted the manufacturer in CA, who sent out a technician to assemble the loose burner part and adjust the other burners. The technician informed us that 2 of the burners could not be adjusted and were defective. After contacting Appliance Warehouse, they have refused to do anything to rectify the issue, even though the appliance has a 5 year warranty!When they sold us our washer and dryer, they never asked us which direction the doors needed to open (if the washer would be in the left or right off the dryer)so when they were delivered and installed, the doors were wrong! When I called them to inquire about it, they blamed ME for not telling them when we ordered them. I asked if they could send someone out to switch the doors around, they refused and told me that they weren’t going to pay someone to drive to my house (20 mins away) to spend 3 hours swapping around the doors! I guess once they have your money and the appliances are in your home, that’s when their customer service ends!If you’re looking to purchase an appliance with where your satisfaction matters and is guaranteed, then steer clear of this place!!

Liz worked really hard to get our order through despite all of the shut downs and set backs due to the pandemic. Really thrilled to have this piece.

Looked all day for a washer all on back order...thought I would try this place before heading to Lowes in Seabrook.Found a washer was willing to pay $600.00 cash for floor model...nope no can do not allowed to sell floor models.Just a set in stone no.Apparently the store does really well during the pandemic..who turns down $600.00 cash these days.Disappointed beyond belief..and never to return.Thank youLowes for my brand new washer to which I upgraded and paid more.😁

I have been purchasing appliances from the same vendor for 30 years. Decided after some negative repair service to look elsewhere. Worked with Dan Fuller in Seabrook NH and had an excellent experience. He beat prices from 3 other vendors and did all of my paperwork by phone or email. Service was excellent, and I would highly recommend Dan if you are purchasing appliances. He is outstanding!!!

My wife and I went into Appliance Warehouse expecting to just look around and see what was available. Previously we had looked at other appliance stores and chain stores for a range and a refrigerator. We were greeted by a sales representative Harry who was very professional and knowledgeable with the products that they sell. He actually opened our eyes to other products that we would probably not have considered. We left that day sealing the deal and purchasing the items we needed. Harry also followed up after the appliances were installed and answered any questions we had. We would highly recommend Appliance Warehouse if you are in need of appliances !

They have so much more than just appliances! Grills, small electrics,Patio furniture, recliners, industrial kitchen supplies, too. I purchased my fridge from there. They were amazing to work with and I got a great deal from a local business.

I worked with Harry on the purchase of a outdoor kitchen grill. He provided excellent customer service and was able to offer me a great deal.

Knowledgeable sales people. My 7 year old washing machine died. My local appliance technician friend and Harry at Appliance Warehouse diagnosed the problem based on my description via phone call. They were word for word accurate. They both recommended to stay away from Samsung and go with Electrolux. I was amazed at Harrys knowledge. Harry and my appliance technician friend do not know each other. I bought the Electrolux over the phone. It was delivered yesterday. The value of this store is not simply price, but their education on product history, honesty and integrity. Highly recommended!!

Company is a joke. Took over a month and 3 visits to fix a washer machine. Each time it was someone different. Each tech was dumber than the last one. Stay away.
