My dishwasher broke down just before I expected seven guests. Mike came in two days and on time.He listened, new what was needed and fixed it in record time. I give as accurate reviews as possible. If i could give a negative star I would. This was the hardest place to work with. I bought 4 appliances and within the first month there was a problem with the dishwasher. I called to get it fix. Long story short 7 months later one flood to the first floor many lies told to the point they could not keep track of them. I got the dish washer replaced. I bought a dish washer with a stainless steel tub and got a replacement after 7 months of waiting with a plastic tub and none of the options I purchased with the original. I gave up and I am just dealing with it because of the headache and lies I had to deal with for over 7 months. Do yourself a big favor and shop somewhere else.

Mark came in last minute at 6PM to help us out. Very affordable easy to work with. Would 100% recommend!

Great service. Mark Charland arrived just a few minutes into the 2 hour window he provided, removed the old dishwasher, and installed the new dishwasher. Most importantly, he was good about keeping the door closed, so that my kittens (and heat!) did not escape. He also did a great job of cleaning up the mess.It was the day before Thanksgiving (a SUPER crazy time for appliance installations and repairs; Marks phone was ringing off the hook), and my old house meant that the installation took longer and required more work than planned, but despite that Mark did not charge extra.Very satisfied, would recommend and will use again.

I reached out right before Thanksgiving and Mark came through. He installed brand new dishwasher - no muss no fuss. Great guy, great service.

I have NEVER known a more honest, reliable, helpful, knowledgeable service company.Mass Appliance has made service calls to my house to repair my dishwasher and clothes dryer, so I speak from experience!We placed a service call Tuesday at 8:30am and Mass Appliance was at my door by 9:20. Mark had a packed schedule, but was able to squeeze in my freezer repair in the summer heat!So thankful! Everyone associated with Mass Appliance was courteous, friendly and CLEAN! Mark and Ray even cleaned my floor!Awesome experience!

Shout out to Bobby and his folks. He actually had me wait just a day so my new used washer and dryer would MATCH..... Great price and so far so good; clothes get clean and dryer actually dries. Easy delivery and set up. Would recommend at this time; plus Bobby is really friendly.

They told me they would be there between 10AM -12PM on the Friday before Labor Day weekend for a refrigerator that needed a new compressor fan. They never showed and finally the fan died and now the refrigerator is completely toast. Totally unprofessional service. Don’t tell me you’re going to be there between 10 & 12 and then never show! Unacceptable. I would’ve simply called someone else who could’ve made it out. In a service industry communication is everything and they simply missed the boat. Bummer.

Mark was such a big help today! He had come out to look at my dishwasher that unfortunately could not be fixed and was able to replace it with a brand new one at a price that couldnt be beat and in a very short time. Thank you again Mark . I highly recommend this business.!

My refrigerator was leaking from the freezer, took Mark no time at all to diagnose the problem, and fix it. I also needed a new adapter for my ice maker to work properly. He went the extra mile to go get and install one.VERY much appreciated .... Now I dont have to call back the plumber. :)

Do Not do business with Mark Charland at Mass Appliance Services. Mark told me he has a dishwasher he can sell me for $500 installed however he failed to mention it was an open box with scratches & dents. I get home and the Dishwasher is missing the kickplate. Mark told me he forgot the kickplate at the shop and he would come install in on Tuesday between 1-3pm however he never showed and never called me to cancel appointment. Ive called him several times only to be blown off. Mark you have had an entire week to make this right however you choose to ignore me. Best Buy has this same dishwasher brand new on-sale for $379! Id be willing to bet the reason why Mark did not show up on Tuesday and refuses to call me back because he doesnt have the kickplate to the dishwasher he sold me. Mark I paid you $500 for a new dishwasher not a damaged dishwasher missing parts! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and taking legal action against you on next week unless you make this right.

Mark Charland at Mass Appliance is the best repair person Ive ever worked with. He is professional, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and fixed my refrigerator in less than 48-hours for a very fair price.My 6-year old refrigerator stopped cooling. I called Mark, he answered on the 2nd ring and was at my house within a few hours. Within 20-minutes, he diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement parts. The next morning, Mark received the replacement factory assemble ($250) but then went out of his way to sourced just the fan requiring replacement. Within 24-hours Mark returned, replaced the fan in 45-minutes and charged me a fraction of the price I would have otherwise paid.If you have an appliance which needs to be repaired quickly and you want a professional, honest and knowledgeable repair person, Mark Charland at Mass Appliance is your man!

The WORST place ever. Bought a refrigerator which leaked all over my pergo floor and buckled the floor. They finally came over to repair. After 3 attempts they did get it fixed but they were rude, dismissive with no professional skills. I overheard the ? owner/repair man Mark speak so rudely to a customer on the phone that I was embarrassed. Delt with him twice in the last 5 yrs and hes ALWAYS like that. I cant believe this place is still in business.
