Did a great job refurbishing my headlights. Helped me avoid $2500 worth of two repairs that the dealership rated as fail but Bosone said I still had 1-2 years of life left on those parts. Not five stars because took three days to do an over view of my vehicle and had to continually call for an update. Bosone did take time to talk things over with me in-person when I picked up my vehicle and apologized for the unecessary duration it took

This shop is old school and I love it! They always give us a good price on repairs. Can be a little slow but they do their best to diagnose issues completely so there are no surprises. Recently our car flooded and they checked it out at no cost to us, then stored it until insurance could come get it. Great hometown shop.

Bosone is the place to go if you need your car worked on. All of their mechanics are certified and their prices are fair. Jeff is honest (am uncommon trait in the business) and he delivers the work that is promised. Not only that, but he even calls you after to make sure everything is working out ok. I recently moved near here from Houston and, with a 20-year-old car, was worried about finding a mechanic I could rely on. I am very happy to recommend Bosone and THAT doesn’t come lightly.

Cant recommend these guys enough! Locally owned auto repair shop that obviously cares about what the customer wants. Great prices compared to others nearby. In addition, the owner and staff were very considerate, even offered to drive me to work when I dropped off the car. Fixed a pretty bad dent in the door in under the estimated time and looks great!

Went in a few months ago for an A/C problem and not only did they take longer than they claimed the first time, but they didnt fix the problem. Brought it back a second time and things went smooth after we voiced our complaints. Low and behold my A/C is once again not working a month later. Its one thing to mess up once and own it, but twice?

I was told one price. 10 minutes before the wrecker driver met me at the impound yard. Than said I would be charged a 50$ Certified letter fee. Come to find out the letter was created the next day and sent out. Find 1 lens of my 300$ rayban sunglasses.. I would never take my car here. Crooks!!

The owner is straight forward and very honest.... and you can take his word seriously if he tells you a price. That what it is going to be. Also I would recommend him and his work to anyone and that is hard to say about many business and people now a days.

These guys are my favorite when having my vehicles worked on. They just replaced an engine and transmission on my Cadillac Seville and did a good job. Thanks Henry, for making sure this was taken care of when I was out of state.

Bosone was a huge help. My old truck needed a new EcoBoost engine and they found one and replaced it quickly. They went above and beyond to help me keep the cost down. These guys are our new mechanics. Went to someone with the same name as I and that guy couldnt call me back after saying he would. Wouldnt get me the new engine and eventually said he didnt want to do it. Bosone really saved my butt. Thank yall very much.

I just got an 18 wheeler towed by them, from Columbus TX to Houston. I was a very reasonable rate. Im very satisfied with their service. I was a big difference compared with the other that I had quoted. If you need to tow a big truck, this is the place to call.

After being repeatedly lied to by a mechanic on the other side of the lake, I decided to try Bosone. I am very glad I did. They do what you ask, explain everything and dont try to find/make other things to fix. They will pick you up and/or give you a ride home if you live close enough. I have taken my 99 Jetta over there 3 times and have been pleased with the result and the price each time. Highly recommended.

Towing services were fine, however DO NOT TAKE your car there for repair. My car is still not the same after it was serviced there, take your car to Ash Automotive Repair on Hwy 3, highly recommend their service, professionalism and knowledge for car repairs.

Learned of Bosone through AAA after my car broke down in the area. Chuck Bosone made the repair quickly. I gladly recommend them.

TL;DR:Took it in for oil, brake light, check engine, and a/c. Didnt get any information on brake light, check engine light, or a/c. Left me with dangerously low levels of oil when I picked up my car after they claimed to have done an oil change. Didnt charge me for the oil change, so that when my cars engine would break down, they wouldnt be held liable.Went here cause its near my house. Took it in at opening and asked them to look at the check engine light, brake light, oil change and the A/C. The mechanic called me a couple hours later asking for specifics on my A/C, I gave it to them. He told me hed call back. He didnt. When I called back near their closing time, He said they were working on the oil change, and hadnt looked at any of the other problems. I said okay. I needed my car for the next day, so I called them a little later and asked if I could pick it up. They said they didnt know how much longer an oil change would take. I asked him to check please, and he (the mechanic, henry?) said Just come down and Ill make sure its done by the time you get here. Cool. I walk over there, the mechanic says your cars out front, the keys are in her you can just take her. The front office was closing, and I asked, shouldnt I pay. He said, Dont worry about it. I thought, Wow, what a nice guy. comping me for not being able to take care of my car When I started driving, I notice the engine stuttered a bit. As soon as I got home, I turned off the car, waited 30 minutes for the car to cool, then checked the oil level. It was near empty. I had to perform a night-time last-minute oil change, and I hope that its enough. But now I know why he didnt want a record of an oil change being performed.

I cannot speak to the other services offered here but the mechanic Henry is great. Ive been taking my truck here for about 2 years now and he has fixed all issues that have come up (rusted wheel assembly, check engine light, power steering pump failure) with it each time with no recurring problems, including a stubborn check engine light that several other mechanics could not determine the cause of. Service has always been fast, and they have worked with me in finding times that coincide with my work schedule.He has also never tried to sell me on services I *didnt* need and has been honest about the drivability of the truck. He has told me which problems I can let go and which ones need imminent work.I will definitely keep bringing my vehicles here at least as long as he is working there.

Chuck Bosone wont fix anything unless he actually knows what is wrong first. He worked on some hard electrical problems for me, spending way too much time diagnosing problems the dealership wouldnt really even try to fix. When he finally figured it out he charged me a pathetically small amount (a part and the related labor). I felt like I had taken advantage of him actually, but he was very gracious. For his sake I hope most of his repairs are much more straightforward than the ones I laid on him.

Tow trucker driver is a junkie scammer tried to demand my keys to my truck that was totaled and stated i was unable to get anything bolted down to the truck...if my truck is damaged goods ..why cant i??...I customized my truck with 24 inch wheels a rims and a navigation viper system and also a touch GPS radio system which Ive paid for ..Ive noticed when retrieving my last items out my truck...my door was jammed so I believe someone was trying to get inside my truck ..I keep the orginal items that came with my truck in storage...I know I shouldve pick my truck up the next day and let my own insurance handle it...PEOPLE DONT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLES HERE...U HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO COME RANDOMLY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

Used my insurance to have my truck towed to a mechanic. After a 2 hour wait I called my insurance company to see what the hold up was. They spoke with the wrecker and they said a truck had broken down and they hadnt been able to call. Another 2 hours later they finally arrived at my house to have it towed. By the time it got to the mechanic it was too late and they werent able to look at it. I lost a whole day by using this wrecking service. Would not recommend to any one

First of all, 6/5 stars.Fantastic repair shop. Their mechanic Henry got me right in and fixed all of my problems immediately. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and most of all provided honest service. He knew what he thought was wrong and quoted me on it, then when it turned out that wasnt it he sent the parts back and charged me for the labor after manually fixing the problem. Later when I had another issue he was ready at the drop of a hat to take care of me until we found the problem ourselves just before we took it to him. He was appreciative of my loyalty, but I want to go a step further and make sure that anyone who reads this knows that Henry is the man you want to talk to about your car troubles.Honest service speaks for itself, and I would 110% go back here immediately if I werent moving to NY tomorrow. I wish I could bring them with me!

Great place for auto repair and storage. People are very helpful and friendly.

Service manager, Henry, was amazingly knowledgeable on my mini-van. Dern thing upchucked the water pump. Aint no way my big hands fit in an inline 6 without my kids learning new words that they are unable to repeat. His quote was over $200 cheaper than other shops in the area including LC. After calling a couple of places that had 2-3 day wait list, I dropped it off at 10:00 and picked it up at 14:00. Engine compartment as clean as I had it.

This business has integrity and I highly recommend Bosone Automotive.

How does $640 sound for changing a water pump on a Geo Metro? When we first took our car there they quoted us a price of $270. After 2 days they had not called us yet, so we went by to see if the job was done. They had not even started on it, and also added that it was now going to be about $400 because it was a 4 cyl instead of 3 cyl. To avoid the expense of towing it somewhere else, I told them to go ahead and fix it . Long story short, by the time it was done they had raised the price again and tacked on $55 bucks for towing also.Only advice I can give on this place is if youre gonna have your car fixed here, you should bring a jar of Vaseline! They are a RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!

My 96 Chysler Sebring had an intermittent ignition problem and I paid other auto repair shops two times to repair it but they never succeeded. Bosone repaired it in one day and I never had another problem. Bosone is expensive but still cheaper than the dealer. I would rather pay more and be done with it than risk being broke down on my way to work.
