Have been bringing my car there for a few years. Even though they are always busy they are always able to give me an appointment for within a few days. Staff is friendly, professional, courteous. My car is always taken into the bay for service at the scheduled time (sometimes earlier) and work is completed in a very efficient manner. Very happy customer.

Our vehicle’s muffler broke in half three hours from home. I called Meineke when I arrived at my destination and they were able to fit me in, knowing I didn’t have another car and needed the repair done ASAP. They could have have recommended a costly and time-consuming repair but instead they fixed my vehicle on the spot and the cost was about 1/10th what I was expecting!!! They really, really have the customers best interest in mind!! SO HAPPY AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

Wonderful customer service, professional fast and efficient mechanics. Super accommodating booking by the manager, affordable prices and a clean air conditioned waiting room is a plus. Most mechanics I’ve taken my trucks to can’t provide just two of these above mentioned qualities and seabrook meineke checks them all off my list.

My Jeep had a rubber smell a few times, I brought it in to have it checked and they looked at it, took it all apart and checked the whole engine, found nothing wrong and didnt charge me for their time or work. Told me if it happened again to bring it back and they would check it out again. Amazing customer service to not charge for work done! Would highly recommend!

Brent and his crew were terrific. They immediately diagnosed the problem, managed to locate the hard-to-find part (on a Saturday!), drove to Exeter to pick it up, and had my car ready in less than two hours.Couldnt be happier with the service.

My wife brought her Jeep Cherokee in for oil change. We have gone there for several years and they have been awesome. This time they failed to tighten oil drain plug she got a mile down the road and lost all the oil. They promptly replaced the oil and the plug. This has made me lose confidence in their service.

Was very thankful for their patience as my cars whole rear light assembly was out and the diagram was not helpful . He had to follow the wire harness just to find the fuse. Others could have just said it was that and charged me an arm and a leg. He took due diligence and saved me money. Very thankful for their honest and hard work. Friendly and efficient.

They did my fathers exhaust and his brake hose was close to exhaust so they just zip tied it up out of the way instead of properly fixing it. My dad tows a 9,000lb trailer so the brake hose ended up hitting the exhaust and the exhaust melted the brake hose and he lost brakes on the highway and almost died. The new management is not professional and hacks every job they come across. Would not recommend going there for ANY service

I had a great experience here. I scheduled the appointment, and arrived 15 minutes early. They took my car right away, and did my oil change quickly. I told them up front that I knew there were other issues, and that I wouldnt be dealing with them today. That was it. They never tried to upsell me. I really appreciate that!

I went to Meineke at 7:30 am 5/11/21 without an appointment. Brent replaced the muffler on my 2015 Nissan, a part that Amesbury Chevrolet said they couldnt locate when I showed up there at 7 am the same morning to resolve the B.S. they told me the previous afternoon about getting my car to pass inspection. They diagnosed the problem(s) and gave me a rejection sticker the day before when I went in for an oil change, wiper blades and a sticker. 2 1/2 hours later I checked out believing(?) what they asked for... over $1500.00 in repairs that were NOT necessary for my car to pass inspection and or be safe to drive.So I took the car to MeinekeIn a matter of minutes not hours, not days I was on my way, got my sticker in Salisbury at Starr which Brent recommended and saved about $1000.00. The boys at Amesbury Chevrolet, along with a manager who was not even present when all of this happened, denied they lied but I have Brent and Starr who confirmed their scam.I will recommend Meineke in Seabrook to everyone and if you go to Amesbury Chevrolet prepare to be deceived. If you want full details on how shady Amesbury Chevrolet is msg me. I will be reporting them to BBB and posting a full disclosure on SM.All this EXCEPTIONAL MEINEKE SERVICE was done for me while Brent had to go to Urgent Care for an eye injury. He could have blown me off like they did in Amesbury when I showed up at 7 am to have them fix the muffler and confronted them about the way they lied about what was needed to pass inspection. Their own lame manager (Amesbury Chevrolet) had the nerve to call me after I had resolved ALL the issues without their help, about the way his guys, and I quote, ganged up on me... all the while excusing it by calling their fraud misinformation . I asked for a sticker refund which he hotly denied.. Is that (Amesbury Chevrolet) somewhere you would be comfortable being deceived, manipulated and robbed ? Just asking for a friend...THANK YOU MEINEKE 😊

Brought my car in for an exhaust leak. Was hoping for the best. Turned out to be a leak in the oil pan. They gave me a fresh oil change and put in a new gasket for me. Was on my way in just over an hour. $65 out the door. Honest professional kind straightforward shop. Highly recommended!!

The manager Brett who runs the desk was very professional and helpful. The mechanic however did not follow instructions regarding filling of my washer reservoir, and also did not reset the oil life monitor on my dashboard. Makes me wonder what else they make have skipped or gotten wrong.

We let the team know we needed the car back at a certain time and 2 mechanics worked on it. The job was done early! 👍

I had booked an appointment and thought it was the same day when in fact it was a week out. I came in anyways not realizing the mistake and even though the guys were busy they still fit me in on a tight schedule. I am eternally grateful as this was an emergency situation as I was running on a spare tire they were courteous and more than helpful I will absolutely return to this location for future services. My head lights were burning out every 6 months to a year. The spent time to diagnose the issue and found the root cause. My prior repair shop just simply replaced the bulb.

For the past 10 years I frequented a competitor, who during a recent inspection, said new brakes were needed. Due to a coupon I chose to use Meineke for the savings on the brake job. 30 minutes after dropping my car off I got a call telling me that the competition was fishing and the $600+ job was unnecessary. Ill be switching to these guys for the next 10 years...honest decent people!

Very satisfied with the service for my brake pads replacement. The manager there orders parts that exceeds the manufacturers grade for a reasonable price. Also they got me back the vehicle on the same day I left it there for service. Definitely going back again when needed.

Truck had an exhaust leak the day after Christmas . I drove in at 9 am thinking I would have to wait forever for an appointment First thing they said was well lets at least take a look at it . The next thing I see is the owner driving the truck onto a lift He Comes in back in to waiting room shows me where the last repair center missed a couple of welds gives me the estimate and I drive away with a much quieter truck in less then an hour . Made an appointment for next day for a car inspection, which meant no waiting around and it worked on my schedule! Once in, they did a very thorough yet efficient inspection and reported back on the status of all major car systems! Gave good advice for future maintenance to consider and timelines. Definitely will be coming back. They were very honest and clearly aren’t there to nickel and dime their customers.

I went to two shops before meineke and they both screwed me. I called meineke and the owner got my car in, a manifold and exhaust and had it done the next morning sounding perfectly quiet. Price was really fair and I’d take my business back to these guys in a heartbeat!

Meineke took car of my sons Excursion a few years back when we had been to other reputable repair shops and spent excessively for repairs that never fixed the problem. The Meineke folks in Seabrook NH immediately diagnosed and fixed for a rush repair so my son could get back to West Point from a weekend leave and we were delighted. Now 5 years later, my Excursion has issues so I knew if I took to this shop, Id get an ethical and honest diagnosis and repair. These men are SUPER and Id trust any vehicle with them to take care of repairs. Thanks for honesty and not trying to take advantage of customers! You all Rock!
