Okay, so Im editing my post because I realize that my package was at the post office, however, they should provide a tracking number under the account settings or something so that we know its being sent. Ive had bad experiences with shopping online from sources not that popular or not like Amazon. So far, the product is okay. Not sure how to rate it yet because the two products I ordered isnt my color, but I hope that when I mix it...it will be. Otherwise, I ordered it for nothing.

Great place to get Mardi Gras beads and decor...

The first time I purchased from this company (3 Ben Nye powders), I was satisfied with what I recieved. My 2nd purchase (3 more Ben Nye powders, and 2 foundations ); two of the powder jars was obviously opened, one had product missing. I called the company, at first they said I was mistaken; then, they tried to convince me thats how the product is produced, lastly, they blamed UPS for the products being opened. NOW, they are giving me the run around about replacing the jars opened, or returning my money.....NEVER AGAIN!!! I googled my city for theatre supply companies, Ill purchase my Ben Nye makeup from them ( AND THE LOCAL SHOP IS CHEAPER!!)

On the internet when I looked it up it said opened 12:00am to 5:00pm then when I drove all the way from deer park to seabrook it was closed there was.also another lady waiting they may have good theatre makeup but bad service and Im not sure when to come or when not to ?!?!?!?!
