Prescription is 2+ weeks late EVERY month.Previously I would turn in my prescription once a month and get it the next day every time. Then once about 2 years ago my medication wasn’t in stock and someone had forgot to order it, which took 2 weeks arrive. Ever since then because of their mistake I now always have to wait 2 weeks after turning in my prescription to receive my medication (since it’s a controlled substance I’m told I can only get the medication once every 30 days. That’s fine! I’m not trying to get my medication more frequently, I turn in my prescription on the exact same day of the month every month and receive my prescription 2 weeks later every time simply because staff forgot to order my prescription one time 2 years ago).Is this problem really impossible to fix? Why am I having to continually pay for a mistake the pharmacy made every month when I turn in my prescription? My doctor has called multiple times to fix this issue, I myself have called multiple times. No apparent solution. It’s incredibly frustrating.(Not only that, but the pharmacists give me unsolicited medical advice every visit and tell me I don’t need to be prescribed this medication. Well my doctor thinks otherwise, you’re welcome to speak to them about it).
Fantastic Covid work. Ive been tested here and just received my first vaccination here as well. All the people that I have interacted with on these occasions have been friendly and helpful. Kelly just administered my vaccination and she was so nice! Im so glad that I chose this place to go. Thank you so much to everyone working do hard at this place
I would give the pharmacist a 5 star rating; however, the glitches in the CVS pharmacy app have caused massive headaches when I attempt to fill certain prescriptions. While store staff did not create this problem, they are well aware of its existence. I would suggest they make repeat customers aware of this glitch, rather than letting them stumble through the process of figuring it out. I just spoke to corporate headquarters, NOT to complain about staff (I actually said good things about staff) but to offer suggestions on how to avoid customer AND staff frustration. Neither end should have to feel this way. I also requested that they fix the glitch, or to let me know they are in the process of working on it.Concerned Customer/Psychologist
Marissa is the absolute most rudest person I ever spoke. I dont care if you thought I was giving you attitude I spoke you the way you started the conversation snippy and disrespectful!!! You dont want attitude then dont give attitude first. Your a supervisor you should give beyound exemplary service. I dont give you my business to get attitude similar to how you to you dont get paid to get well hmm like I said dont start with an attitude and then perhaps you wouldnt receive it.
Worst pharmacy around. If I could give them negative stars, I would. Even though Ive gotten everything squared away with my insurance, the pharmacist is refusing to fill my prescription. And the last time I had antibiotics called in, they didnt bother to let me know that they wouldnt have any for 3 days. I would never have known had I not called to see if it was ready the day it was called in.
This place never has our prescriptions ready on time and we end up having to go back 2 or 3 times. Today when I went to pick up my prescription I was standing in line at the pick up counter some lady wanted a consult. They have a specific line for this. Then, when asked what I needed, they proceeded to tell me that I could not be helped because I did not have a mask. So, on the way out we looked at all the entry ways and nothing was posted regarding the facilty requiring a mask. Bottom Line, if you want your prescription on time and not have to pay a huge 30-60% markup, do not shop at CVS. Even though this store is 3 minutes from our house, I will drive 15 minutes more to deal with competent employees.
Pharmacy is a total joke full of condisening people who I on several occasions have seen treat people terribly
The pharmacy staff is rude and condescending. Never will I visit this location again!
Customer service was terrible. I was trying to purchase some toothpaste but they didn’t want to sell it to me because I was with my aunt. We are two different households but employee proceeded into assuming my aunt is my mom. She didn’t want to sell us the product due to her assumptions which were not true at all.
Was not happy at all. My niece and I came here to make some purchases and she was denied service. They didn’t want to sell her the items because we could only use one card per household, but we are not even in the same household.
This CVS location is very organized, efficient and great customer service.
The girl who works in the pharmacy this evening 12/4 around 11am was EXTREMELY RUDE, nasty and snotty. I’ve never been treated so poorly by someone who was supposed to help me. What disgusting behavior. I will be reaching out to corporate about her. There’s many other reviews claiming the same thing as me and I completely agree. Get her out of the pharmacy she is not qualified to work with people. The rudest most nasty under qualified person.
The employees are very helpful.
I have used this pharmacy twice now after seeing minute clinic. The staff was working very quickly and were helpful. The only reason for the 4 stars was just for the lack of enthusiasm and rushed listening from one employee on our second visit. It wouldnt detour me from coming back, but even when you are busy it is wise to listen to your customer. The pharmacist was the best part of both our visits and she remembered us on the second visit.
I went in yesterday to grab a few things. I was wearing my mask. The employee at the front register was monitoring people coming in with masks. She politely informed a couple of customers that they need to have masks on to shop. They huffed and puffed and I saw one just walk out in frustration. Kudos to CVS for helping us stay healthy! People who huff and puff here’s a memo: Covid 19 is real!
The pharmacy is badly mismanaged. They CONSISTENTLY screw up. Go elsewhere.
Great pharmacy staff. Always helpful. Jerry even offered to stay after hours to help me out with a prescription issue that they didnt create. Always helpful and very polite. This is definitely my new pharmacy.
Jerry in the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me with my moms medicines and insurance problems. He was very kind and even called me back to let me know he had found a solution after I had given up on the insurance company. Great Employee!
HORRIBLE employees. Incredibly rude and not willing to help. The girl manager in the pharmacy obviously doesn’t care if her employees are rude because she’s even worse. Do not expect them to help.
Quick service, clean and ive never seen it too busy for the staff to be helpful
The pharmacy staff are awesome. Jerry is always so helpful and knowledgeable. Michelle went above and beyond for me today. I spilled my daughters antibiotics so my insurance wouldnt cover a replacement. Without asking Michelle ran it through GoodRX and found me a huge discount. Thanks guys!!!❤ Tired mommy
The front staff is awesome. The pharmacists assistant (older with dark hair), has no desire to help anyone. Talking to her seems like an annoyance and bother. She was about as helpful as a pulsating hemorrhoid.
This is a great pharmacy. i don’t know what the bad reviewers problem is but i’ve been dealing with Jerry the pharmacist for nearly two decades and i’ve always gotten great service. this is a very busy pharmacy so sometimes you won’t always get that smile or chit chat but they know what they are doing. great work, guys!
Pharmacy is not helpful. They don’t care about customer service. It seems they don’t even know how to tell if your prescription is ready. I wish there was a better CVS nearby...
Great pharmacy, clean and nice store with a lot to offer.
This will be the last time I ever shop at the store. CVS moves to a new location and the customer service gets worse. The pharmacy is rude ALL THE TIME. You can’t EVER get anyone to check you out because the employees are missing all the time. The manager didn’t care whether I got checked out or not. She was too busy sticking razors to actually sell anything. This should be a warehouse not a store. I will gladly drive 20 more minutes to Walmart so I can actually buy something.
Nicely organized and friendly staff. I wish that the Redbox was closer to the entrance though. It’s a bit spooky returning a dvd at night there 😂
This store is awful, the pharmacy has terrible customer service and never has anything in stock. The female pharmacist is by far the worst and has no idea how to talk to people. The store staff phrase that pays sorry were short handed!! How are you short handed for months? I refuse to give this store anymore of my money.
I was in the store with my 15 year old daughter and took all of my items to the register to be checked out. I handed everything over when the lady asked me was that everything and I said yes. She then asked me where did the lip gloss I had earlier go. I told her I put it back and that I decided not to get it. Well to be honest, I didn’t put it where it belonged but I did put it back on a shelf. I grabbed it and took it back to the register and handed it to her. She then proceeded to say that there was a problem and that I could not ever return to the store. She proceeded to ask me about another time I was there looking at a water pick that I also did not purchase. I really think she thought I was stealing the lip gloss or something. She would not let me pay for my purchase and COMPLETELY embarrassed me in front of other customers and my daughter. I did notice her following me throughout the store but because I am NOT a theif, I didn’t care.I’m not sure what happened and I’m still in shock about it but I will tell you to beware of them accusing you of stealing. I get all of my families meds filled there but not anymore. I don’t know what happened but it was embarrassing and it’s hurtful to be accused of something when you didn’t do it. I’m not a theif and I don’t steal. I only gave one star in order to write this review. I’m just speechless at this point. I’m writing this on my husbands account just so that’s clear. By the way our family shops there almost daily so that’s money they will be losing.
Never EVER had a good experience here. The pharmacy staff is rude and not worried about customer service. I have been going to the CVS on NASA Road 1 for a year and only go tho this one if I ABSOLUTELY have to. Avoid like the plague!!!
I went to get some items and one of them was buy one get one 50 percent off. Waited in the long line at checkout. Got to the register and she informed me that the discount only offers to people who have the CVS card. I told her I didnt have one. She asked if I still wanted both items? I said not if its not the sale price. Then she asked if I wanted just one item (along with a couple other smaller items), I said no Id get them down the road. She started putting them behind the register and said okThis location will not last long here if they keep this act up. She didnt even offer information on how to get a card. Im sure its like a Kroger card (which is where Im going to spend my money now)This occurred at 4pm at CVS in Seabrook on Monday 3.11.19
I used this pharmacy when I was in Texas for just one month, now I can’t get my meds in New Hampshire because they automatically refilled them in Texas without asking my permission!!! This has happened twice now! Ended up in a huge headache between phone calls and pharmacies. Don’t authorize refills without permission!
Zero stars. Extremely rude staff
I have problems with this pharmacy every single time I need a refill on my prescription. When Im sick, or need any other medication than my 90 day prescriptions I avoid this pharmacy like the plague. I will literally go anywhere else I can than go to this CVS. However with my 90 day prescriptions Im forced to go there because the medication is so expensive and I can only afford it through CareMark. I visit my doctor every 3 months, she refills my prescriptions, I go to get them exactly 3 months apart, a couple days after my doctor tells me to get them and there is still always some sort of hold on my medicine. So on a 90 day prescription its now been 98 days since my last refill and there is still a hold on it even though they agree and they can see on my bottle that its past the refill date. Its a head ache, and I wish they didnt make it so hard to dispense what my doctor prescribes. Its not like Im coming back 2 weeks before my refill because Im irresponsible with my medication. Itd be nice to be treated with respect and decent customer service at least once
The Pharmacy is very helpful and professional. Some of the customers can cause backups for not being sure what they are needing or picking up.
Bad customer service. Several times I had to wait about 10 min to pay at the register. The girl with a piercing on her nouse always. Roll her eyes. Any time I look for her to get the register. I think she got mad cause she was texting and I interrupt her. This is not the first time. I wont back. I got enough
Was wrongfully kicked out of store by the manager Ashley for rude and inexcusable behavior. while in the hair care aisle. Attempted to refute the allegations with manager as an expression of religious freedom and wanted to sacrifice my goat in the closest thing to hell in this city which is this CVS store. 10/10 would hail Satan again.
Store manager is very welcoming and delightful to talk to.
Forgets to refill my prescription and is very rude. New store needs new management and employees ASAP....
Was told they could not fill my prescription because the doctors office who wrote it was to far away....What????? It was in the medical center in Houston not 25 miles away!!!!! Went to Walgreens not a quarter mile and didnt have a problem. Apparently no one else would hire that pharmacist..
I really wish this place had it together. Over and over they have proved their incompetence. Terrible managers, lazy employees. I really cant say enough bad things about this place. Avoid at all costs!
I normally go to 1610 Nasa Road 1 in Webster Texas but they didnt have my medicine and the Seabrook CVS did
Staff in pharmacy is terrible. The girl with brown hair always rolls her eyes and huffs and puffs.
Sometimes the pharmacy can be slow and a little rude but the front part of the store are always helpful and friendly
My wife and I come in here to get wine on the way home. The front staff is very friendly!
Nice employees but the camera for the passport photos has been broken for a while...
Staff is great!
Minute clinic employee is extremely rude and unprofessional would not bother with
Rude Rude Rude pharmacist.
