Great Service, and even better paint

We took a small piece of grey prefab cabinet to be matched. It was incredible how the color and sheen was matched so well the paint disappeared into the sample. This store is amazing. We have another one near us that does not know anything and always seem to sell us what we dont need. So we drive an extra 15 miles to get to the Seabrook Store for their professional, knowledgeable and prompt expert help. Never again will I go anywhere else.

The ladies in there gave the least amount of help they could with an attitude to every customer. I never even got to check out after being second in line. 20 minutes later I walked out and went to Home Depot where I was helped and appreciated. I will NEVER set foot in this place again. I guess with cheaper prices you get horrible service. Simple math.

Its a more personal visit when you go there. you get individualized one on one attention.

The quality of paint is excellent and there are many choices in color and levels of consistency etc beyond that, the staff is always remarkable and there are nice coupons regularly.

When I walked into the very small store I was not greeted or even acknowledged. I looked at the paints for a minute and asked if I could get some help with color shades. Basically, the girl at the front couldnt help me find a color without a name. I had a photo of the color I was looking for and seeing as how she works at a paint store I expected a little help with choosing a few similar shades. Nope, nada she wouldnt help, and said I needed to pick some colors out and buy a few sample shades for 7 dollars. She couldnt be bothered with my request of helping me find similar shades. So I walked out and will be taking my business to Home Depot. On a scale of 1-10 my customer service today was 3 points lower then Walmart.

Worst experience ever!!! The rude, un-educated manager, tried to convince me that an egshell sheen and satin sheens are the same. She told me that they didnt make an oil based paint in a pro Mar 400. Funny...because I have a can on my workbench right now. She ran to the back screaming profanities after dealing with my partner. Called him a liar in front of a store full of customers. I did $15,478.00 in business with Sherwin Williams last year. They can kiss that goodbye, due to some chunky chick with an attitude. Know your facts of your company products, Christa, before acting like a stubborn child. Monarch Paint CO., you now have $16,000.00 of additional annual income to deal with. Absolutely ridiculous!
