I would highly recommend Public Storage. Very clean and never an issue. Dave is always very pleasant and makes the experience of going there enjoyable. He is knowledgeable and just all around a pleasure every time I walk in there.

First of all, I need a TEN star option for this staffer, Dave, at the Public Storage facility in Seabrook NH. Other than the place being as clean as many hospitals inside AND out, and buildings being maintained to a 10, and Dave being more knowledgeable than all the professional office staffers I have met in the last ten years. He had me moved in, and out of the office and on my way home in minutes. So, basically I would give Dave a TEN out of 5. Yes, try P. S. / Seabrook, and you will understand.

Ive been going there on 7 years and the price is so high it is a rip off. No veteran discount no discount for the elderly. I am in the process of going to another storage facility closer to where I now live and for half the price.

Reserved an indoor unit online, i wasnt able to get there do to travel for about a week or so and received an email from them stating my unit was unlocked, they found it because they do regular checks on the entire property(made me feel more secure about choosing them). When we did get there we realized that unit was not going to work for what I was putting in it and Dave at the location was so helpful and pleasant. Helped me and my fiance find a unit that would fit my needs, and be easier to access, and stay within my price range. They even allowed me to transfer a payment i had made so I didnt lose out on any money, so pleased with my experience so far!

Ive been here over a year. At first I was not all that happy with it. Office staff was not available when I needed them. Was considering moving until Dave came along. Dave has been a savior for this place. I now know all my needs will be met as long as Dave is here.

The staff are friendly and are helpful during these times. I am grateful that they are taking precautions by wearing masks and practicing social distancing. I know it is not the managers fault but the corporate company and state are very rude during these times by still charging us fees when most of us lost our jobs during this awful pandemic so we cant pay our bills. They should follow suit while MA and shut off fees and auctions.

Friendly and informative staff

If you go online and reserve a storage it is so much cheaper than walking in and getting one. The cost will increase every six months. The hours are reasonable, the manager is nice and so far for the last two years I have not had a problem. I have a climate control storage.

Ashley/Ashleigh was very sweet and accommodating. Nice clean place. Its quite a large storage facility so its like a maze trying to find your unit. I walked in all kinds of wrong directions, but otherwise this place is really great. Reasonable price wise. I would recommend it!

I found this place online. Great location for my storage. Very accessible from Rte 1, Lafayette Road. Donna in the office is the best. Very friendly and extremely helpful. She showed me a few units and explained the monthly billing. She is very knowledgeable about all the services and products they offered including moving boxes. Which was very helpful for us. Whenever I return to my unit I see her doing her daily walk checking the units and cleaning wherever its necessary, making this the cleanest and safest facility I have been in.

Over priced. Unit had a 4 foot ice wall in front of the door that I couldnt get into

I recently moved from Florida back to new Hampshire. I was in touch with Donna and staff throughout move because we had some issues along the way. Donna made adjustments to accommodate my arrival. I was pleasantly surprised as to the cleanliness of the grounds, everywhere was so clean, even bathroom.If I ever need storage again. I will drive to put it at this location. I had already purchased a lock that was useless but worked on other storage units in the past. It was an extra $20.

Truthfully, I would not rent from Public Storage at all! Their management stinks. They say one thing and do another. Then when you try to resolve something it is like playing head games. Dont get me wrong Donna at the store is fine but after that its a losing battle!!

I set an appointment online, got there a little early. I was seen immediately, shown an indoor 10 x 10 unit, and registered. The place is clean and there are plenty of carts. They gave me the promotion price and I was out in about 35 minutes. It isnt 24/7 but the access hours are good. I already started recommending this place to my friends.

I had a great experience tagging along with my sister when she went to Seabrook to get a storage place here .Ashlie was very positive and easy to laugh with. First of all the place is very clean and easy to access. The best part is the staff....super efficient, friendly and even caring! Even after you have rented!!! Great experience!

Formerly Extra Space Storage, this management company has taken over in place of them, and seems to have come in quickly making minor changes. They have done some minor remodeling, and have added reminder calls to tenants. Online payments were glitchy in the beginning of the new management changes, but have seemed to work themselves out.In the beginning months things seemed a bit unorganized but that it is to be expected during any change of operations. It appears they are transitioning a little better in the past couple of months, although management or employees should probably be in the office building during hours of operations.There was an occasion very recently in which a sign was posted and taped to the door stating that the staff would be back in a half hour from the time it was seen, which meant that customers pulling up would have had to wait at least 30 minutes to make payments, inquire about or rent units, or come to the office with any concerns. This is unprofessional, and I would work to change this practice. Hours of operation should be dependable, and notes on doors from staff stepping out simply should not be happening in a corporate environment.Units are clean, and overall construction of the buildings and units is fairly new. At least one of the buildings was being constructed as of a year ago.Security system is good. Cameras are placed throughout premises and property is gated. Property is also fairly well lit outside and inside lighting is on a motion sensor system.Obtaining storage units here is easy and can be done online or on premises. Prices are lower than local storage units in area.

Everything was explained thoroughly and they made sure I understood the lease. All my questions were answered before i could ask .I would absolutely recommend getting a storage unit at this location over any other place. Donna and Ashlie gave me the best customer service Ive had in a long time.

Horrible customer service. Just like that the rate goes up from $130/month to $162/month. I asked them to match their online rate, they said no. Said I could move my belongings from my unit to one a few feet away and signup as new to get the discount. Seriously? Who does that? Wow. Needless to say, we’re moving down the street to Prime Storage, and getting the same thing for $60/month less. Which, for us having two units, saves us a considerable $120/month. And Prime has a year long rate lock-in. So long Pubic Storage.
