I just moved in to a unit. I will update this post with further remarks. It really is a five star place so far, but Im not that easy. So far so good.Ok, Ive moved in and I changed the 4 Star rating to 5 Stars. It is THAT good. The man at the desk and yard is Very helpful. The place is clean, neat and very secure.

Leasing a storage unit and setting up my account was all done while sitting in my car. The process was quick, effortless and extremely convenient. During one of my visits to the unit, I met Benjamin. He was very professional and did a great job of answering all my questions.

By far the BEST place we’ve EVER rented a storage unit at. Benjamin the property manager is wonderful. Super friendly, accommodating and helpful. My husband and I have been out there unloading boxes and furniture on some hot days and Benjamin is always asking if we need a cold water and offering his assistance in just about any way he can. He is always a pleasure to see and talk to.

It was easy to signup and get a storage space, even did it digital thru Bluetooth. Very clean, and the space I wanted. Even gave me a welcome thingie on my door when I moved in. Got a call from the storage manager very personal and offer help if I need to move somethings.... excellent customer service.

Moving is never fun and like always I did misjudge time and energy. Need to downsize due to age and the goal of a simpler lifestyle. Well, still too much stuff and needed more time to sort and part with years of memories. This facility is excellent. Benjamin was just the best. Luckily, so close by to new place and old place, but if you are looking for storage and not as fortunate, try this location, even if a little further. I dont think you will be sorry. Staff is personable, units in great condition. Everything straight forward. If you are feeling stressed and need quick advice and direction, look to this company in Seabrook!

Customer service was horrendous. The guy said we smelled bad. We had just thrown things away and he had to mention that he seen us throwing things away in the dumpster. He handed me the device to open the tiny unit and in a threatening manner he said it would be 20 bucks if I lost it. I left there with zero information on how to get back in to the property. Even after I gave him my phone number he seemed clueless. Cmon. He has one job. Provide customer service!

This is the second time in life that I have needed a storage unit for my belongings. This location is wonderful. I have never had any problems and the staff is always so pleasant. The gate is always locked so I know my things are secure day and night. Benji has been very professional and helpful with any questions or concerns I have.

Been a customer here for years now and like most our business was also affected by the current Covid situation. They told us they’d work with us in paying off our balance and instead did the exact opposite and locked us out of our unit until the FULL balance was paid. I get that we had a balance and as a business owner I understand it needing to be paid very well but DO NOT SAY ONE THING THEN DO ANOTHER. Extremely disappointed that we were in essence LIED to and were told what we wanted to hear at the time. Absolute ONE star due to dishonesty and the way they treat LOYAL customers. There are PLENTY of storage unit companies. This is one I’d HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND.

I have had a storage unit at this location through multiple owners. I have to say I enjoy extra space ownership the best. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful with your needs not just services. I also have used nothing but climate control in the years Ive been here & I have to mention the pest control is very good. I have not had any moisture or bugs to date. If you were looking for a solid unit in a great gated lot, give extra space a shot. You wont be disappointed.

The facility is clean and well cared for. I especially like how there is only one level so there wouldnt be issues with elevators or stairwells. The staff is truly amazing. Rented a small unit yesterday and noticed ed today that we needed a bigger unit. Contacted Cynthia the manager and she was more than helpful in making this happen so we didnt have to move our stuff 2 times. Very friendly and great place. Conveniently located just off a main road.

Had a unite here for about a year. The onsite staff were extremely professional and helpful every time I called or communicated regarding my storage unit. Property is secure and located in a convenient neighborhood area. Access is gated and felt safe when onsite. Bonus-the restroom available to tenants was always well lit and clean!!

Courtney was awesome! She made sure we understood everything and informed us about anything we had questions too. Great experience all together.

I rented here for about 6 months and the process was extremely easy, all the way up to moving out. I would highly reccomend! The units are very clean and well kept, and in a nice area.

Very friendly and nice staff. We went when the weather was very rainy and they provided umbrellas to show us around. They even put a smile on our face, which is something we needed that day.
