Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the deck stain I was looking for. I had been told to use duck back. The sale assoc. knew what I was referring to and let me know they changed the name and pointed me in the right direction.I also let him know I was painting a metal vent cover. He perfectly color matched a quart of exterior paint for multisurfaces.

The women that works here is very rude. Very bad customer service. She told me to wait to get cashed out. She went outback and was texting on her phone for about 10 min. This is the third time i came here and had poor service here with her. Great paint but try not to be waited by her.

Recently went into this store, but had called the day prior to make sure of their hours. Mike, who answered the phone was friendly and gave me the following days hours. I showed up, in the pouring rain the following day and the manager, whos name I failed to get, was extremely helpful and professional, he went out of his way to help me. He even helped load my car in the pouring rain. I highly recommend this location and especially their employees.

These guys are the best. In fact me and my husband are professional painters. We go to this store all the time Sherwin Williams of Seabrook. They can match any color previously painted item you bring in a paint chip for them and they will match it theyll match the sheen the consistency everything. Theyre excellent and if they ever make a mistake, which they rarely ever do, they own up to it, and they will bring it to the place were working and everything. Cant say enough theyre the best!

This was the first time I have painted anything. I was intimidated initially, but the sales associated at the Sherman Williams store were incredibly helpful. The helped suggest the appropriate paints and then applied coupons to give us the biggest bang for our buck. I am incredibly satisfied with the product and our freshly painted condo looks great! While it may be cheaper to find paints elsewhere, I feel like the service and quality provided by Sherman Williams is worth it

Better quality paint for reasonable prices. I showed up to the store a few minutes before closing on a Saturday night and was assisted by Maia, the assistant store manager. She did not rush me and gave me all the advice I needed to complete my project. She mixed my paint and ended up staying a bit past close. Thanks for the patience and assistance. I will be back for me next paint project. 👍

Both staff members were rude, told me not to shop there again because I went in without a mask, then started getting aggressive, and using foul language, walked out, will not allow my company or employees to buy from them again! I dont want to hear your rude comments about Trump when I shop for my business!
