Dean, Michelle, Bobby, Frank, and Brian went above and beyond by answering any questions I had, giving me useful information to help me make informed decisions, and being patient as I navigated a difficult insurance process and made the decision that was best for me. The work they do is impeccable. They will make your car look and drive like new. But more importantly, they will tell you when something is not worth fixing and actually save you money. After a horrible road incident Masters was very patient and helped out with my vehicle. Masters Collision is the best! Just got my wifes BMW back from Masters Collision ... Wow!! It looks like it just came out of the showroom; you cant tell it was ever hit. Dean, Jr. handled everything with the insurance company and it all went so smoothly with no hitches. The paint color match was perfect, absolutely no overspray and the body panels were fitted perfectly. And the turnaround time was really quick. Michelle in the office was great in handling all the details. When we got the car back it had been detailed and looked brand new! I highly recommend Masters Collision.

I had two cars (Jeep, Mercedes) repaired at Masters Collision and they did an amazing job! The staff was very friendly and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. My wife was hit by an unlicensed driver and Brandon was great walking us through the entire process and working with the auto insurance companies.

2 years ago I bought my car in for repair through insurance and was unhappy with the end result. Brian went out of his way to not only redo the job, but to rent me a car on his dime so that I wouldnt miss work that week. The end result was perfect. They do awesome work with paint quality, color matching and blending. You cant tell where they started and ended! Highly recommend this place to repair your car. Last week they did some more repair work for me, and again, it came out perfect. I know I will only be going here going forward. Thanks Brian!

They were a great help with everything after we had a car accident. Very patient staff with all my questions. Unfortunately, our car was totalled so we didnt have repair work done but if their customer service was representative of their work, I would have full confidence that their repairs are solid
