Had the part I needed after trying 2 other stores in town... part was pricey but fixed my truck.

They remedied my situation with the hood hydraulics. And were able to get them by the following morning, which was great!

Best auto parts store around

No a good experience, shop staff short to the point of being rude. Their take it or leave it attitude really did not come across as customer friendly and got worse when I had to returned one part which as twice what everyone else was charging. I would not recommend this store to anyone, there are other parts stores in town use them.

Great service here, even better prices and very helpful and knowledgeable staff that can get you in and get what you need and get you back on the road without too much hassle. Definitely recommend Napa above all other auto parts stores in the area.

Very affordable prices I ordered online and when I drove to the store to pick up my order the employee double checked my order and thank goodness he did because I had ordered the wrong part so by him taking that extra step he saved me a huge headache and driving time it would have taken me to drive back and get the right part.
