Nice, clean, friendly, had to wait in line for a bit only one worker, had lots of stock
I am not sure if anything is going to be done to change this but there is only a few times that I have gone to the drive through when I did not have to wait 20minutes or more before getting to the window! Tonight I came up 4th in line and it took 25 minutes before I got to the window. I thought this was a drive through where you either drop off or pick up. There seems like long discussion and consultations are going on. I have been there where they have asked me to come back around when they could not answer right away because people were in line behind me.
Love the auto refills and doctor contacts for script count refill so patient doesnt have to. Ty Walgreens.
Nice people..always clean..always in and out..✌❤💯
Love the store. Mr. Bob is so sweet and always in a great mood. Always find what I need
Everyone is so professional and always friendly
I had to wait 2 hours to get my pain meds filled after knee surgery. Pharmacy kept giving me the run-around about my insurance. My insurance company said it was approved and the pharmacist kept saying it wasnt...
Organized, clean and great customer service!
For two years I’ve had issues with getting prescriptions filled for myself and my family. They don’t train the employees properly and someone else is always blamed other then the manager. I will not be taking any prescribed medication to be filled at any Walgreen’s pharmacy. I call and complain and complain and complain on how they do business with people who need medication. Nothing ever gets done about anything I complain about. It’s always I’m sorry we can try and fix the situation or I’m sorry your going through this we can try this or I put a note in your file for them to bill this one first and this one secondary. Common sense people. I will never get another prescription filled at any Walgreen’s pharmacy ever again.
Love Walgreens photo Dept.Quality, & fast.
Was good.
I pulled up and asked for Magnesium and thermometer covers. I was (not so politely) told I would have to speak to a pharmacist and would need to pull around since there was a car behind me. So I pulled around came up to the window and by the time I had gotten up there another car had pulled behind me. She said I would have to keep pulling around until there were no cars behind me so she would have time to go get it. I told her that since it was 5pm on a Friday there will always be a car behind me. She explained that she was the only person there and that she could call another worker to help but I would still need to drive around. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable driving around again because that seemed like an endless cycle. She went and got the pharmacist for me. I politely told him I was just looking for Magnesium and what brand and he said, well the other lady could have gotten that. He also asked me to drive around while the other lady (who originally “helped” me could go get it). I denied it again because by this time two cars were behind me. The pharmacist went and got the magnesium and cashed me out in less than 2 minutes. All the time they were telling me why they couldn’t help me, they could have helped me!
This pharmacy runs like a well oiled machine. Walgreens knows it is important to have many employees there to assist people and that many times people coming in do not feel well. They are kind and courteous to everyone. I love it at Walgreens for these reasons.
I came to NYC on vacation and the Walgreens gave me such a run around never was able to get it. I call this Walgreens from NYC and explain my situation and they immediately took charge to make sure when I got to Delaware my medicine would be ready. Thanks sooo much now I can finish enjoying my vacation and return to Savannah Ga happy .
Thank you to the pharmacist who quickly took my call, answered my questions about medication interactions and told me to call back if I had more. Nothing more appreciated than a calm voice in a confusing situation - especially because the prescriptions were filled at another (then closed) pharmacy.
Walgreens Takes It Customers As Fools!!! Walgreens advertises Qnol Q10, buy 1 get 1 free. The $57+ per 1 bottle exceeds the cost of 1 bottle for $28.00 at a very popular store across the road. $28 has been the normal price for years at the popular store. I have found Walgreens quilty of deceiving customers for a number of years with this same advertising message. Shame on you Walgreens! How can I trust such a company?
I was going to switch to this pharmacy but after being on hold for almost an hour waiting for someone to answer I will go elsewhere. It kept saying one caller ahead of me for almost an hour. Not mention I tried a second time later and same thing waiting for someone to answer for almost an hour. I just hung up.
I’m literally about to switch pharmacies. My past two customer service experiences at Walgreens in Seaford. The last time I called to pick up my prescription it was supposed to be ready at 10am. It wasn’t. I called and they lady told me she would get to it when she got to it. I showed up talked to the manager and it was apparently partially ready because they didn’t have the remainder. Then today same prescription show up through the drive through. Arrive @ 12:30. Still sitting there at 12:55. Finally helped at 1 only to be told my normal copay isn’t $20.00 and instead the same prescription I get every month is now $176 because my insurance no longer covers it per this associate. As to speak to another associate. She never got one. I called the insurance they confirmed it’s only $20. As I’m on the phone with the insurance she comes back over the window to say it’s only $20. Now here I am late for my current appointment.
This location has become increasingly difficult. No one answers the phone for at least 30 minutes, the lines are always long or people are waiting for a long time and it seems like there are always new staff who do not know what to do. I have been on hold for about 20 mins as I am writing this review and this is the second time Ive called today and been on hold.
Pharmacy can be slow. Can get rude. They schedule 1 person in the whole pharmacy to run meds/window/reg pick up. Thats not good for business. Makes people...Short tempered. Im trying to state my information as I know the questions. Name DOB. If its my mom and I usually I can state the last name they pull both up. Its only us in seaford with that name for one. I got this one super ignorant African American woman cut me right of before I could even state our first names. Then proceeded to state like she is asserting her authority I need 1 name we can only do one transaction at a time....which I know for a fact is a lie. Considering everyone else literally rings us up together. Im her stated legal caregiver. No one ever questions it. She did and gave me her attitude. I didnt schedule you. Dont take it out on me.
Very slow to fill prescriptions and not always accurate in what they give you. Check your medicine carefully after you receive it.
Drive thru is slow but i love this store
Waived fee for a desperately sick destitute person for meds. Manager A 1 ++++++ should get a huge raise for her heart of gold.
Extremely slow pharmacy, lines back to the other departments and not enough staff to adequately serve the customers.. why would they hire enough workers when we let them continue to give us a slow and subpar experience. It baffels the mind
Every time I go to pick up my medicine I have to wait. Its been over an hour. That said 10 minutes. So sick of this place. Would have gave it a 0 if I could.
Love the hours, but sometimes the Techs are confused and cant locate your prescription and not very knowledgeable..Techs revolving door always new faces..
Very slow drive thru pharmacy. Every time.
24 pharmacy love it
Slowest pharmacy in the world dont even attempt to go through the drive thru
Usually fast and very convenient
Very friendly and helpful
Friendly staff. Confusing entrance, started to go the wrong way in the one way lanes when I entered from the parking lot.
Very slow, never enough staffing to help. Rx are never ready on time. Tried calling to verify Rx, on hold for 20 minutes!!! Switching to another pharmacy, obviously too busy!
Slow service in pharmacy and not so friendly service at times
This has got to be the slowest pharmacy ever and staff is very rude !!!
I came in around 6 am to grab something and the cashier fell asleep while at checkout and rang me up for the same thing multiple times.
Nice
