It is mandatory by governor that ALL establishments have their customers enter with masks or no service. I reported it to cashier and was told that the manager said she will not turn away any customers!! We are the #1highest state for this virus..governor should fine these establishments. We wont be able to end this if people dont take it seriously. I would love to get on with my life wouldnt you???!!!

The gas pumps (keyboards) are always broken. Put in your ZIP code it says and # button 1 when pressed brings up a 6 on the screen. I told the cashier and they tell me yeah that happens on 1, 3 & 8 pump too 🤣🤣. Get it fixed, that 7 days ago and its still happening today 7 days later. Dumb really dumb.

I have given this Royal Farms many chances to redeem themselves. 1. Every time Ive been there they never have coffee made. 2.They never have creamer out. 3. Dont have receipt paper when I get gas. Always have to to go inside and ask. They said they dont know how. These workers need to be retrained. 4. Outside are tables and people sitting around them smoking when it clearly is posted not to do this. The smoke hit you in the face when entering and exiting.

This place is a joke, no coffee every time I go there, rude staff, homeless people hanging around with their bags, and I thought your suppose to card for cigarettes, it will be shut down soon, needs a lot of improvement especially for a new store needs new management, but don’t even think that will help, I asked the cashier why there wasn’t coffee, her response was she didn’t have time ...

This store is nothing but a hang out for druggies and vagrants. This is a brand new store with inside tables and chairs that the homeless fill up. Husband gets accosted for money and cigarettes every time he goes there. Local police even have a substation inside the store.

Dude in mens bathroom passed out on wall up against the only urinal. Came back in after gas and he was still there. Told casheir and nobody even cared. RF s dont care about it. dont give them business go else where if you have a family or kids.

I just left this place less that twenty mins ago..it under staff it is only two people working one is pregnant with a attitude named Shy..she told I had to pay before I got it ok no problem..I said I would like to tell u what I want before u package it..ignoring everything I said and started putting what she wanted in the box..I said mam NEVERMIND. She said she didnt care .so I told her she shouldnt be working in this field .it was so disrespectful ..no yall are not bk but if my money is paying for it ..it will be my way..point blank period..
