If I could give one million stars to this place, I would. I avoid the telltale signs of my devices starting to go until theres no denying it, so by the time I finally drag myself there Im at the point of hysteria. Add that to my complete ignorance of technology and Im certain Im their worst nightmare. They never make me feel that way.Ive taken 3 dead devices (2 MacBooks, 1 iPhone) over the last 5 years and they always work miracles. Or, at least, provide me with a totally professional level of service that helps me figure out next best logical steps. Both times for my laptops they had to keep them for repairs and the work was completed quickly and on time with better results than I could have even hoped for. What I was quoted was fair and consistent with what I was charged.Last week my phone stopped taking the charge and died and I had no recent backup. My hope was that they could get it charged enough for me to go buy a new phone and have the information ported over from the actual phone. By the time I burst in there Friday I was near tears. Jacek/Jason was a total angel on earth. He was patient with me, diagnosed the issue quickly and thoroughly, explained the issue and why he couldnt just get it to charge one last time simply to me, and helped me make sure everything I needed had actually been backed up to the cloud just the day before. He talked me through making sure everything loaded on to my new phone, how I could access it if it didnt, and then pulled out my SIM card so that I had that handy as an alternate should the restore not work.I left there and went straight to my provider, bought my new phone, and per Jaceks instructions was back in business within a couple of hours with no issues. If not for him I would have been super frustrated and panicked at my carrier because that experience is never seamless and the folks there, bless their hearts, rarely know whats what. (When I pulled out the SIM card from my old phone they were all What is that?)I would recommend Mac Fusion Seal Beach time and again without hesitation. Please be patient if theres a wait...these people obviously pride themselves on being thorough and diligent and Id imagine more often than not are dealing with folks who are there because theyre super stressed by whatever issue brought them for help. I appreciate the time and care they take and will be back, Im sure. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I had been having issues with my 8 year old 27 iMac computer and it finally gave up the ghost. I took in to Mac-Fusion and they talked me through the steps and costs of repairing the computer. The staff were very knowledgeable, patient and courteous. The repairs (hard drive replacement) were completed in a timely manner and at the quoted price. Very happy with the service and highly recommend Mac-Fusion to anyone having problems with their Apple products.

Took my laptop in for apple warranty and they said 2-3 weeks, a month and some change goes by and I’ve heard nothing about my computer so I go in to talk to them and unfortunately the info they gave me was “The parts got lost in the mail,” fine guys, lost parts no problem but email me guys!! The communication from this place is horrid, if you like to keep in the know about your computer don’t bring it here. Been a seal beach local for a long tine, love supporting small businesses like this, but the service was so horrible I took my computer elsewhere! My advice as someone who works in the customer service industry is work on your communication!

I went to Mac-Fusion because Apples support team directed me to them. I booked my appointment, describing the issues I was having. When I arrived I had to describe the issue again to the service guy, and he made barely any effort to help diagnose or resolve my Macs issues. He took one quick look, not even enough to check the couple of issues I was having, and immediately began trying to convince me to leave and take it to Apple for support. I told the guy that Apples support team directed me to Mac-Fusion. He said its possible if hes investigate the issues, the repairs could end up being expensive, and its possible, depending on the issues, that they may need to send it to an Apple service center to resolve the issue. I told them this was my only computer, and I need it to work, so take a look and let me know what needs to be done so that I can get back to using it for my work. If its expensive, OK, then I deal with that. If they need to send it to Apple, fine, just investigate the issues and let me know what needs to be done. He wouldnt investigate the issues, the guy just kept insisting that I go back to Apple without even diagnosing the problems I had. Frustrating beyond belief. Will not be returning.

I was VERY impressed with the professionalism and safety precautions the staff has made during this time. I was able to get my iMac serviced quickly and effectively. Jake at the front did an excellent job making sure I understood the process and had confidence in the upgrade I was receiving. My iMac is running much more smoothly now and I will definitely be coming back.

First off, know that I get tech hives. I emailed asking how I could make an appointment, and was directed to the webpage. Appointments are opened in the afternoon for the next day. I was able to make an appointment with no problems. I got there, and Jason helped me. The bad news, my iphone was on life support. Jason was very helpful with my options and let me know they could help me transfer my stuff from one phone to the other once I had a new phone. I told Jason I had not been able to back my phone up, and he showed me why it was not working. This seems small, but this had prevented my phone from backing up since 2017. I came back the next day ( no appointment) and another person helped me that was also totally nice, helpful, and calming to my tech anxiety. I am sorry, I forgot his name. He helped me find my pin, and get all of my apps, pictures, and other stuff from one phone to the other. I LOST NOTHING!!!!!!! Thanks to both of these great guys, I have a new working phone that has my stuff, I have back up, and did not have a tech meltdown. I probably should not say this, but there was no charge for all of this help. ps I am still willing to pay for this service, because this is what they offered me. Customer Service at its finest.

Amazing service at this neighborhood store. I went in several times for information and they were always helpful. I purchased my 27” Mac here and received loads of info during my free 30 minute appointment regarding how to use my new machine.I wish they sold the phones too!Much quicker and more convenient than the Apple Store. Even though we are in the era of covid my laptop decided now was the time to misbehave, so I contacted the fine folks at macfusion and despite their appointments being all filled up they fit me in and diagnosed the issue and sent me on my way.And now we wait...

I brought my laptop in that was experiencing sleep/wake failure. One of the employees here was able to help me out within 15 min of applying several lines of code into terminal. I was lucky he had already seen similar cases and had came across a solution online. If you have exhausted all the trouble-shooting options on your own to no avail, I would recommend your next step is to call Mac-Fusion to see if they are able to help.

I had the best experience here. I fried my laptop, but was really only worried about a handful of irreplaceable videos that I was afraid werent backed up. Brian took the time to show me how to find them on my external hard drive and I am so happy. Couldnt have done it without him. Thanks guys.

I cannot say enough positive things about Mac-Fusion!! Brian and the Mac-Fusion team have resolved so many of my computer hardware/software issues. They give great product advice, without overselling. A special debt of gratitude to Brian. Brian is one of the most amazing teachers ever! Brian is extremely patient and knowledgeable. Not only can Brian solve hardware issues, but he is a brilliant software teacher. Brian has even taken the time to learn and teach me about non-Apple related products, if that’s what met my needs. I can’t imagine what I would have done without Brian’s help. Brian’s one-to-one tutoring sessions are priceless (and reasonably priced)!

Don’t come here for repairs.Go to a genuine Apple store hassle free and with your turn around time being much faster. Software issues? Free at Apple store. Here at mac-fusion they want $80 for what could be done free of charge at Apple.If it’s something beyond Apple stores scope like hardware upgrades then consider a third party. In any case they’re not the people either way.

The whole team from start to finish were very professional and super helpful. One the employees, Steven, went way out of his way to help me get my computer fixed and to get Apple to help cover the costs (rightly so). You may have to wait an extra week for service to be done (parts have to be mailed to store) but it is way better then waiting hours in the Apple store. I will definetly return to Mac-Fusion for service.

Went to Apple first but should have came here directly to begin with. Much better experience, quick service and very helpful staff. Rarely do I submit reviews anywhere but this place was horrible.My screen cracked so I scheduled an appointment at 10:40am (1 week in advance) on Apple’s website. I get there only to see my appointment meant nothing since they still make everyone wait in line. Took 25min to get to the front of the line and they tell me they don’t have my phone in stock so they are unable to complete the repair. They tell me to make an appointment at a “real” Apple store since they will have full inventory. Nearest appt is 1 week in advance.I made an appointment so you had a FULL week to ensure you had all parts in stock!!! This was a waste of time. DO NOT come here for repairs.

Dont go here! The diagnostics are a rip off and they will quote you a price that ends up being the same price of buying a whole new computer. I brought in my lab top and they said it would be over $900 to fix. I went to another place, Quick Fix in long beach, and the fixed it for $200-- save your money and go to them. I am typing this from a computer that these guys said had to have a new mother board... no new mother board and it still works guys.

I had an issue with my iPad. There was a very short wait. They immediately Identified the problem and how to fix it. $30.00 later I was a happy and satisfied customer on my way home. Give them a try. You wont be disappointed.

Went to Mac Fusion yesterday because my iPhone 6s wasn’t holding a charge for more than 3 hours while in use. I made an appointment to have my battery replaced and take advantage of the$29.00 special Apple is offering till year end.Kelly, the MacFusion specialist, pointed out all the sites and apps I have constantly running in the background and a few other tricks to save on the battery drain. He said that should take care of my problem.My phone is doing great, saved me $29.00, and if I do have problems just bring it back before year end.I highly recommend this place for exceptional service and honest nice employees.

Took my macbook pro in for backlight and keyboard replacement. They assured me the memory or hard drive would not be affected. I bring it home and guess what, I had to call Apple for support and the only remedy was to wipe the machine clean and reload the software.

Once again screwed by this company.Apple sent me here for a critical issue instead of having me go to an Apple Store and get on a wait list.They wanted $$$ instead of honoring Apple Care and when I said no thanks, promised to put me on a wait list at an Apple Store. They never did.This is the second time these bozos have been mean and vindictive.Shut them down for their lack of service, please.

I found them via AppleCare the first time, and they did warranty work on my laptop. Fast, small shop but takes great care of your machine. Ive had several laptops worked on since then, and have always been very happy with the results. The ONLY place Ill go to have my Macs serviced!!!

A day after my overcharge from Mac-fusion I got a call from Kevin and he apologized for the over charge and agreed to just charge a flat $50 trip charge which is very fair..He seems to be very customer friendly and he made me a customer for life.......I would recommend Mac-fusion as a very good company....

My E key top came off and they tried charging me $10 for a part that they had in their recycle bin.. told me it was $19 to install when all you do is literally put it on and press down. Would give a zero if I could. Makes me wonder how much they over charge for serious issues. Business must be bad if they need to angle customers for 10 or 20 bucks.

I had a really positive experience with this place this past weekend. I was in need of a place to go where they would help me out more than your average apple care can. Since mac supports windows installation but does not provide support past the disk drive partition, Mac Fusion came to the rescue. I looked up their location and it turns out, they are endorsed and approved to service apple products. I was afraid installing an operating system using bootcamp with the intricacies of iso files, partitioning, and driver recognition was going to be expensive since I spent nearly all night trying to learn how to do it before giving up. However, to my surprise, they treated it like any other software install in terms of price and their technician (Juan I believe his name was) installed it just as easy as any other software...which isnt easy by reviews online. Truly a gifted technician Juan is. They didnt take any shortcuts, Juan called me at home every moment of the way to ensure I had the exact configuration I wanted. It was completed sooner than an entire business day later and he called me the moment it was ready to be picked up. I found it less convenient to travel from where I live, but when I saw all the positive reviews for these guys, I couldnt resist. Its a very clean and well established location not too far from the beach off PCH. I even saw one of the guys there giving a personal session with a lady with her ipad. I may come back for for my Xmas shopping this year
