This location has very Good Deals. I was looking for new phone stand that sticks to the dash. Surprisingly enough Staples makes one that costs only 19.99. Much less than the leading brands. The staff was very helpful even though I found what I was looking for including the restroom.

My family, friends and I often shop at the Seal beach location of Staples.We normally never have a problem.But three weeks ago I purchased an item at the Seal Beach Staples and a charge of over $100 was erroneously taken out of my account in error.I was told that I would receive an immediate refund.I didn’t.Weeks later I was told I would receive a refund to my credit card within 3-5 business days.I didn’t.To be honest, although the store manager tried his best as “middle man” in order to get me the refund I deserved, he was often very rude in speaking to me, both in person and on the phone.I believe courtesy to customers is a thing of the past and the old business adage of “The customer is always right” has sadly gone by the wayside.I am a teacher and I would never be rude or condescending to any of my students’ parents, no matter the situation.I was finally, almost four weeks later, given a cash refund, but had to endure an impolite manager giving it to me in the process.Just be advised, refunds may not come easily in the Staples world.

Excellent service, patience, and a great deal of help from Julio in the Print/copy Dept. He helped solve my issues and was professional, friendly, and kind. (Two days in a row). An employee to appreciate. A 5 star employee.

This is a pretty good store. Yes, the prices are going to be a little higher.... But there are times when you need something right away and you just cant wait for Amazon. My item was not on the shelf, so they retrieved it from the back and honored the lower online price. Staff is limited, but helpful.

Lots of parking available by the store, well stocked, friendly staff. Staff would ask me, if I needed any help in finding my items, while I was walking through the store. This happened twice, during this visit. I needed several different ink cartridges of the 273 series for my ink thirsty Epson 620 printer. I have been a regular customer of this store over a couple of years and will continue to be so.

I love the portfolio I bought to store my art prints. Very good quality!

Placed an order for in store pickup. waited 2 days n did not get any notifications. went in to check on the order. rude manager. they said they couldnt find any in stock.

Deceptive advertising. Signs for $2 stack of paper. Only after rebate you have to wait 6 weeks for and is a pain to fill out online. Overpriced items too. Had major difficulty with ink cartridge recycling there. There was one helpful employee there, but overall most didnt express any concern for customers. I hope stores with such deceptive tactics go out of business. I will not be returning.

I called to get a quote of 2 colored 8.5x11 and was told two bucks which seemed high, but whatever. They didnt think to tell me their printers were down since the morning until I actually got there. Which might have been useful to know before I drove to the store. I did ask what time they closed so it was obvious I was going that day.2nd chance: I called and was on hold for ten minutes before I gave up. Forget them.

That is wonderful especially the tech supervisor is extremely helpful and great at what he does.

They are always helpful but not always knowledgeable. They are starting to rely on the internet too much. They offered to order it on line but I went there specically to see the product, I can look at a picture on line at home.

Checked online and called store to see f they had a product in stock, both sources said yes. When I got to the store the item wasnt in stock and they wouldnt price match the next best item for wasting my time and effort. Customer service was also terrible. Thanks for nothing.

Horrible customer service and a manager not willing to solve a problem. Paid for 2 sets of copies, yet the 1 set was printed in the wrong format, and was unusable. They offered to reprint, yet only if I paid for the reprint.

A bit expensive. Staples does not compete other stationary store, like Walmart, Target, etc.

Smaller than other staples. Staff is not knowledgeable about the products they sell or even where to find many items.

The staff is WONDERFUL, unfortunately they are understaffed and overwhelmed, too many customers, not enough employees, most of the times Ive called them Ive been on hold for over 10 minutes each time😳
