Super friendly and fast customer service. Plus they had a great selection of furniture and appliances on the floor. Great place, been using them for a while now.
When I finally had the money to make my payment on my accounts and turn it to monthly, I called and was told by Tiffany they cant re rent to me. Three days before that when Ryan the account manager came to get my stuff, he told me and my husband once I made the payment they would deliver everything back out. I HAD THE MONEY PEOPLE! Tiffany answered the phone and was the one who told me no. Ryan, account manager, told me different. Get on the same page and communicate on what the higher person, account manager, is telling the customers! I loved my products and would like to continue with them.
I ordered a king size bedroom set online. When I ordered it said in stock. I get a call shortly after that it’s not in stock and they cannot get it and if there was another I liked. I changed to another set and was told I would have to wait for it to be delivered on Friday (this was Monday). I said ok that’s fine and Tuesday I was called again by the store manager who said it was fine if I picked it up Wednesday afternoon. Wednesday afternoon comes and I call and was told they hadn’t completed my verification and needed to finish that. After they attempted to call my landlord and he did not answer I was told my order was being cancelled and I could expect a refund within 3-5 days because they couldn’t rent to me if he wouldn’t be able to verify my address.
Ryan and Jeremiah were very nice and helpful when they swapped out my washer for a loaner. They helped me understand what may be wrong with it and were just an overall joy to have in my home. Thanks so much guys!!
They are amazing
Terrible service is an understatement. We have used them for 6 consecutive years for a trade show. The first few years were fine (except for roaches crawling out of the television sets during the show) but the last few years they have dropped the ball each year. In 2014 we had a little bit of trouble getting the correct order so in 2015 we were very careful to get all the details down and we called back several times to make sure everything was ready. The day of the show - no televisions - they thought they were suppose to deliver at 3 (???)(which is in the middle of the show). In 2016 we knew to keep a REALLY close eye on things. We called at least 6 times to confirm that the televisions were scheduled for delivery. We called the day before and all was well BUT come the day of the show no one at the store had any idea what we were talking about and there was no deliveries for us scheduled. It was unbelievable! The staff scurried around and got us equipment to get by but it was not what was ordered and it was not on time.On top of all that aggravation, they cant even email or fax us a receipt. They arent even bright enough to think that they could at least take a picture of it and send via text. REALLY - in 2016 you cant send a digital copy of a receipt? Wow! Impressively backward!
Bad service and big liars. From the store in Searcy Arkansas all the way to the corporate department. I rented some furniture from the Searcy, Arkansas rent a center mid December 2018. First of all, they delivered the wrong tv and damaged 3 of my walls bringing the furniture in.Then when I got ready to make my first payment, out of nowhere the weekly price had doubled and all I was told is that I didnt read my contract correctly. Then I was told that some of the furniture was left off.Of course, I read my contract correctly and it was the exact price that was agreed upon. If a mistake was made, how come no one informed me when it was caught??? I called corporate and eventually got to talk to the district manager who did nothing but spit one lie after another about what she would do. She stated she would make sure they rewrote the contract and give me the furniture for the price originally agreed upon. But mid January she stopped returning my calls.The store came under new management about the end of Jan. 2019 and the new manager did nothing but lie as well. I was constantly told that they would honor the original agreement but in the end, about mid February, I was told to either pay what they wanted me to pay or they could come and get the furniture.Of course, I let them come and pick up the furniture mid February. You cant scam me into paying twice as much than what was originally quoted!! The best part of the whole ordeal was that they didnt tear up my walls when they came to pick up the furniture. This was by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. I will never rent from them again and will discourage all of my friends and family from renting there. Incompetent or just plain scam artist...Im not even sure which one they are but Im just happy to be rid of them. NEVER AGAIN!!!
When I got my radio it was ok but now it rent to sh** they cant get anything in line they cant communicate with each other so I had several of them calling me one minute its we have to pick up the bed then it well Ill call you back to see what we can do then its them calling again to say they cant wait a week for me to pay the one thats due plus that bill so they have to get the bed well thats what I told yall to do in the first place
