Lisa and Sabrina have been amazing over the last month, my husband became ill and we needed to accommodate him the best we could at home. Four recliners later and we have finally made him comfortable, these girls went above and beyond for us and I’m grateful for the customer service they have given us over the years!Matt and Jacob have delivered every recliner and done so with a smile on their face, two awesome delivery guys and I couldn’t ask for anything better!Thank you all for going above and beyond the call of customer service to help Jeremy find comfort again! People in the store were great. Service was fast and friendly. Delivery was on time, very efficient. Matt and Sabrina were very polite, hooked up my washer and made sure it did everything it was supposed to do before they left. (Searcy location) They greeted me when I came in, found exactly what I asked for, and had it delivered in just a few days. I just want to say thank you to rent one and it’s staff! On 10/8 my dryer had an issue. I contacted the manager of rent one and she had my issues resolved the same day in record timing. They brought a loaner dryer and took mine to be fixed! My washer went out unexpectedly and thought it would be impossible to find a good value without getting another older model for just 3 more years until another mishap. I got almost brand new washer AND drier brought to my house the next day for a down of $25. They were extremely helpful and everyone was super nice. I will be dealing with them again for my next appliance for sure. And great installation service.

They were excellent with me. They dropped off a laptop for me and after they left it wasn’t working properly. Well, I called them and they asked if I could bring it up there to them. I did and they wound up giving me a loaner while they restored the laptop correctly. They even dropped off my laptop the next day good as new. They were very apologetic and they took care of things right away. I would definitely recommend them.

I have never had a manager take care of my meds like Lisa. She goes way further then the extra mile. I have had a couple of unusual electronic requests and she takes care of it without a question. And quickly! And, all her staff is as caring as she is.

The manger their went way out of her way to help me when she didnt have to.I just left Aarons after they wouldnt work w me on nothing. I didnt even have to tell her my situation she just knew and helped me out so much. Most businesses are all about the money she is DIFFENTLY not she actually about helping people.
