Super nice people, I had to have my truck fixed and they were always very professional and reasonable. The service adviser was very nice and just wanted to help. I also talked to a salesman for quite a while and he was very nice and knowledgeable. If I were buying a car I would definitely buy one from here.

Our car experienced an inverter water pump failure on my way to Chicago from Houston, Texas. I was on the east side of Little Rock, Arkansas at 7:30 a.m. when the check engine light came on. We had 3 options for dealerships - Orr Toyota of Searcy was one of them. I am glad we chose Orr Toyota. The staff greeted us warmly, including our dog. The mechanic quickly assessed the issue, and then explained our options. We were forced to spend the night in Searcy because the needed part had to be shipped in. The staff was kind enough to drop us by a local hotel and pick us up in the morning to get our car. We were on the road the next morning by 10:00 a.m. Joe, Miranda and Beth made a very stressful situation less so. The hospitality shown us, and the integrity of the staff, was unmatched at any other dealership I have been to.

Bought 2 vehicles from Orr and the customer service was the best I’ve had. We purchased a car from here not even 2 week ago. Upon purchasing Greg Rivers agreed to make sure everything was working good on the car and to do a full inspection. He also promised that the battery would be 100% or a new battery before we bought the car. We purchased the car and not even a week later the battery died on us while we were out of town. Not only did the battery die the alternator also was bad. If they actually did a full inspection and checked the battery this wouldn’t of happened. I messaged Greg asking about the battery and he promised to refund us Monday if we called up there. Well it’s Thursday, Greg is avoiding our calls and messages. The sales manager was suppose to speak with Greg and get back with us this morning because the sales manager stated he and Greg would be in all day. We called because it was after lunch and no call. Greg is off today and the sales manager is now avoiding us. We have been lied to again and again by Greg and the sales manager. I’m extremely disappointed with the lies, lack of communication, and poor management.

I say believe because issue is not completely finished. But its 95% done.. Regardless Orr was helpful and willing and I appreciate them. Putting up and dealing with me is in itself almost impossible. Came here to look into pricing of a 2017 dodge challenger. Left with it, and a 2017 Camry for my wife. My salesman Ricky was able to bring the price on the Challenger down by $6500 and paid off my former ride. For the wife she was able to trade in her 2013 for the 2017 for barely any additional payment. Absolutely recommended.

Buyer BEWARE!! Trust me go somewhere else this place has 2 really bad, deceptive, and lying salesman. Tried to make a deal sat. 11/12/19. Roger and “DON” were my salesmen. All I can say is we talked about everything I was looking for and needed. They told me almost everything I needed to hear. When they sent me through to the financial guy he was extremely chatty. After being there over 3 hours I was more than ready to go, ( I am not sure if this was part of their scamI) was signing stuff that was not what we agreed on.They tried to make it sound like it was just a miscommunication. Lier’s, even discuses the $200 and something taxes I would have to pay on the difference of my trade in and purchase. So, they can say what they want but taxes on $19,000 is VERY different than $4,400. (Because they lied.)Bottom line, I would never have put myself through this ordeal again.BEWARE of ROGER and DON from this dealership. Can’t speak for the other salesmen but these two would rob your grandma and tell you she agreed to give them her house, car, money and probably the dress off her back.Would rate them with-10 if I could.I could write and write about the numerous lies they told to me and their Customer service man trying to help make this right. ROGER and DON shame on you for what you did!

DO. NOT. GO. HERE!The service here is good & timely. I did have an issue with a new service writer that was quickly resolved by the service manager. Im under extended warranty so this doesnt yet apply to me, but the rates are inflated as at any dealership. My main issue is how Toyota handles their extended warranty, but that is directly with Toyota & not this dealership.EDIT 1-6-20While working on my car under the extended factory warranty, they tried to come up with all sorts of diagnostic charges. Im a former ASE certified mechanic who worked in a dealership. I know when diagnostics are warranted. They wanted $125 to literally look at the gas gauge and compare it to the gas receipt laying on the front seat of the car. The general manager, jeremy lawrence, was EXTREMELY rude, berating, & publicly humiliated me in front of all the service writers & other service members. This is because they put something on my windshield that permanently etched the glass, ruining it. They refused to take responsibility and replace the windshield after making over $2,600 on the warranty work. He was mad that I told joe that they were crooks for charging blatantly false diagnostic fees. Theyve been reported to the Arkansas Attorney General for fraud & theft. I just filled out a civil suit for the other matters.

EDIT: A day after submitting my original review, I was contacted by Jon, the general manager of Orr Toyota in Searcy. He was quick to apologize for the delay. After a brief discussion, we learned that they had my Searcy address on file (Ive moved two times since I lived in Searcy). I dont know if that complicated matters, but I can definitely see how that could potentially throw a wrench in things. Jon then told me that my refund check was on his desk, all he needed was for me to do was to tell him where to send it. It was in my mailbox a couple days later and was in my bank account a couple days after that.Im leaving my previous review down below for context. Ive increased my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. Although it wasnt a perfect experience, my issue was eventually rectified and dealt with to my satisfaction.My wife and I purchased our 4Runner from Clifford a couple years ago. He was great and was extremely helpful in finding what we wanted at the price we were asking. He even remembered me when I went back to the dealership a year later helping my sister-in-law look for a car.Years have passed and we recently cancelled the Gap Coverage that we opted for during the initial purchase. That was after multiple calls to Joe to make sure the paperwork was received and it was indeed cancelled. He informed me it would take up to 12 weeks to receive my refund check in the mail. Tomorrow (9/27) will make 15 weeks. Last Tuesday (9/17) I called Joe about it, he asked me to wait a week; if it I still hadnt received the check by then, he told me call back and ask for Amanda. No check came, so I called back and asked for Amanda on the 24th. She was in a meeting, but I left my name and number and was assured that she would return my call. Nothing yesterday and nothing yet today.Id gladly consider going to Clifford to buy a car in the future, but Id be hesitant to deal with anyone in financing or customer service.

I had stopped at a Toyota dealership in North Little Rock to do some price checking and who could give me the better deal. Dont Go There And Let Them Have Your SS# They will Run It All Year Long

Between myself and my husband, we have used this dealership numerous times. The car buying experience has always been great. They are timely, knowledgeable, and friendly. The services however have their issues. A few years ago I had a problem with the key sticking in the trunk lock of my old Camry, and they said they couldnt do anything about it. Recently, when I got my ECP put on my new car they never called and just locked up. I had to wait 2 hours to get my key back so I could go home.

Promised deal...drove over an hour to get deal done but salesman was not even there and was told they couldnt do any kind of deal for me. All information had been shared beforehand and had explained that it was quite a long drive to take on just to come home empty handed. Took a vacation day from work due to long drive and believing the deal was already in the works. Very disappointed...honesty is not a quality this place holds in high regard.

I was very pleased with the dealership until Saturday Nov 4, 2017. I was treated very poorly and disrespectfully. After explaining my issue Lee attacked me with an accusatory attitude about my vehicle, and when I tried to speak, she aggressively told me she wasnt going to argue with me. I had no high pitch in my voice, I was very low tone, and tried to express my concerns about my vehicle. She got defensive and even rolled her eyes at the point of getting ready to leave the dealership. I have had my car serviced at this dealership for the past 3 years with no issues, but yesterday was very unacceptable, her and the mechanics demeanors were very rude, and I will not return ever for any future servicing of my vehicle, nor will I recommend anyone to bring their vehicle there. I spent my money for a service, not a disrespectful attitude! nor to be told that I was at fault for an issue I was having

Called them and asked for a salesman. Got one on the phone and told him what I wanted to do. He asked for my info and gave it to him over the phone and he said he would call me bk n just a few min. Bout 5 or so min later, he said tht we could trade to just come by. When we got done n LR at my sons doc appt, we went by. He then told us we owed too much and he couldnt do anything after he told us he could. He had payoff on our rig and everything he needed to say if he could do it or not and after we got our hopes up, we got told tht we owed too much on our rig. Miss guiding if u want my opinion cause he said tht there was a bunch of rebates tht would help us with our negative equity. Long story short, he couldnt get the deal done after he said he could. Very disappointed about the whole situation. I doubt Ill ever go bk there. If I do, Ill hve to seriously think about going bk.
