No complaints, clean and staff is usually friendly. Clean restrooms, handicap parking. There seems to be a fast turnover of employees.

Great service. Store is always clean and same goes for the bathrooms too. Good place to get in and get out with no fuss.

The gentleman that greeted us and helped us was SO nice and wanted to genuinely help me and my family. I live closer to the Dollar Tree on E Race Ave but will definitely make the drive to this one on W Beebe Caps now! The man’s name was Matthew and to him I say THANK YOU SIR!

This is the better of the 2 dollar trees in town, cleaner, and they always have a better selection of stuff

Love this place

Great selection & big store. However, employees are not friendly, unless youre checking out. No smiles, no how can I help you. Also the employees could do better on their appearance. No multicolored hair, brush teeth and not smell like smoke, they sound like druggies/ex-druggies who just dont care about their appearance.

I love Dollar Tree stores and usually like this one, but my cashier said something to me yesterday that is still bothering me. When she asked how I was doing, I said, Fine. I wasnt enthusiastic or even necessarily friendly, but I wasnt unfriendly either. In fact, I had a headache and was deep in thought about something and had actually been waiting quite patiently a couple of minutes for her while she showed another customer (very loudly--the whole store knew she was helping him and his wife because when she is working, they get a personal shopper) the several different places he could find ribbon, but my day had overall been fine, so thats how I answered. She then said (loudly), Just fine? I think maybe you need to go home and get some rest. How rude and patronizing! I *think* her name was Tabitha, and I give HER a 1. The overall rating is a 3 because I love DT (5).

They have a large building, so there are lots of items in the store. The service was friendly, and I found everything I needed and more.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these stores. This store in Searcy, AR on Beebe Capps and the one in Heber Springs, AR have some the nicest people working there. They take the time to help their customers and go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied.

I always love going to Dollar Tree they have so many things you can use for crafts

Eeverything is a roller and ten cents an item and that is with tax count the stuff lasts long under good care great for party favors and little nooks and crannys

Very pleasant found everything I need easily.

Went in there and couldnt get down a couple ales bc of boxes and it was dirty. Stuff not in right spots . I dont like going to that one. I like going to the other one on Beebe capps. Very bad staff.
