Super friendly and helpful staff. One of the clerks couldnt quite understand what I needed, so he came outside to get clarification. Then I was taken to the section of item I wanted. Professional and knowledgeable service.

Like any place it is mainstream and heavily advertised AutoZone is one of these places but the staff theyre overworked beyond all belief is very nice very kind and very helpful I appreciate every time Ive ever asked them for their assistance and order to charge my battery Ive never had a problem and if youre looking for something for your car or you might have some questions they are knowledgeable and they might be able to help you and they are open later on the weekdays and for you to get parts for your vehicle or any kind of cleaning supplies you might need to wash your vehicle or available there and they have a lot of different kind of stickers and lighting options for your car its kind of interesting I think Im very much for the time

This place is okay they didnt even have a tool I needed to do a job on a car. Theyve lost my information multiple times and Ive been asked out on two $300 batteries that were within warranty that I had to get a $10 gift card for they have my name spelled 15 different ways in the system

I have always had good experiences at AutoZone, with fair prices, good discounts, warranties, and really good customer service.Jesse R helped me out about a week ago, and made getting a new car battery very quick and easy. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and even offered to install the car battery for me (so I didnt have to dig through my set of tools for the right wrench!). He also ran a quick diagnostics test to ensure my alternator was working properly and it was just the battery that needed replacing.Seems like a very hard worker from what I gathered of our fairly brief interaction! Thank you!

My neighborhood auto parts store has gotten me outta many jam on various projects where I needed a tool or other auto related accessory to complete the job at hand. Sales associate are helpful and efficient at getting one the right tool or part for the job.

They were great. I was going to get rid of some chemicals, and I didnt know what to expect since I had never done this before. I have my wallet out expecting to pay for the service, and the lady took my bucket, cheerfully disposed of the various ingredients, and returned it to me. Free of charge and a very delightful attitude. Exceedingly refreshing since nowadays a person can spend plenty of money on a meal and not even get a hint of a cheerful attitude.

This is a great store they always help me pick out the right auto parts I need and they’ve even help me fix my car a few times out front but there is a homeless camp behind the store in Seaside California and it’s terrible I don’t know why the police doesn’t clean it out AutoZone please complain and get them removed people don’t want to come to the store anymore because of all the homeless

I went there on 11/23/18 about 10 minutes before they closed. I was greeted by both of the employees on duty, They were very sincere and courteous. I told him what I came in for and he showed me to the proper section. He came back with all the info o needed. So I purchased my items and he installed them into my car without breaking a sweat.

Majority of the time its great but latleyit seems they put people in places that they clearly dont deserve to be. When you say I dont know more times than any other word than you know there is a problem and that I know. The 3 star is bcuz if the employees that do know what there doing. And I want to give Salinas Auto Zone on South Main 5 stars for providing over the top service and I wasnt even at the store. Thank you South Main Auto Zone for doing what Seasides AZ couldnt do....

This AutoZone is on par with the other auto franchises. If you need oil, fluids, basic parts, etc. then this is a good place to pick it up. The staff is very friendly here. They do offer a 10% military discount. If you need something more specialized than basic car needs, you will likely have to order it online.

Always enjoy a trip to Autozone (or any store auto related), usually a good oil & filter deal going on. Helpful and friendly staff!

Their customer service is awful. Ive seen them be rude, and deny service to customers who were respectful. Their computers didnt work. I had to move to 3 different computers and insert my card 5 times before it would work. Their prices are okay, but not worth it for how bad the service was.

Had such good service from one of the staff that I had to give five stars. Otherwise it seems like a pretty standard Autozone. Convenient location.

Convenient access is my major interest in the benefit of AZ. If youre a handy oeeson then AZ is right for your middle or aging device.

Many times you dont found the piece you need, they offer me a 15% discount buying in the store when I register online, but in the store they told me that is not possible to process the discount, then I bought more than $ 100 and I lost my 15% discount.

Fantastic service - I needed a new car battery - they found the right one, carried it out to my car and had it replaced in 10 minutes! Wow!

Great service. Needed a new battery, they checked it first to make sure it was the problem, then installed it. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Everyone else who needed help was getting it quickly too.

Dropped off a battery to have it checked (it was dead and wouldnt jump with a mobile jump box) and the initial associate was oddly condescending and rude. He wouldnt suggest a time I should return but instead kept referring to the limit of time I could leave the battery. (?) Went back hours later the same day and it was uncharged and untested. Second associate seemed very helpful and offered to put the battery on charge overnight. Returned mid-day the next day and a third associate explained it was bad. I asked how many amps it tested at he didnt answer, when I asked for a printout of the test results he pointed at a checkbox that said bad on the side of the battery as proof. I took the battery directly to another parts store and it has the same voltage as I dropped it off with 24 hours ago (10.5), indicating that either: a) it wont take a charge at all, or b) no one ever charged the battery to test it...After waiting a few hours for the battery to charge at a competing parts supplier (I live more than 30 minutes away so made a trip into town specifically to retrieve the battery today) I returned to find that it took a charge, holds at over 13 volts, and the amps are a little low but still considered good for this type of battery...The only reason I chose two stars instead of one is that one of the three associates I spoke to was at very least polite before he didnt bother to put my battery on a charger to test it.

As hard as I try It was nearly impossible to get good help in English at this store. Maybe it was just the day I was there but it was a very frustrating experience. Hopefully they fix this situation as some of the car parts are rather complicated and hard enough to say in English . Overall the employees were friendly enough but perhaps lacking in good training. I will return though in the future.

I needed a new battery. So I went to Auto Zone to get one. Not only did I get the right battery but they installed it.

I have to repurchase parts here within a year. Door handle 5 times water pump within a year get lifetime warranty parts IM WARNING YOU but if you have a breakdown they will give you money back when you bring back damaged part and get you a new one if you pay up front for the part for your repair again. Or just bring in the damaged part you bought under warranty and they will switch it out no charge but why di we have to rebuy parts so often bad parts from China.

Staff here have been polite, friendly, and provided good customer service.

3 times I had to get a refund. Three times I had to hassle to get them to look up a part after they INSISTED they did not carry the rotors I needed. I do not see how hard it is to look up a VIN number, walk to the back and get the correct part. Definitely will be going to NAPA from now on. More pricey but they arent idiots.

Quick service, but clerk didnt want to honor the battery warranty until I had Tom of Toms Auto repair written notice that the battery was discharged. I finally got the battery free, but had to pay Toms $90.00 for his diagnosis.
