Unusually for a BMW dealership, these folks provide excellent customer service. I have used them frequently to purchase various parts and I have been very impressed with their patience in helping me pick the right parts. Most recent example was when I needed some interior trim pieces and one of their service department reps spent nearly 20 minutes with me on the phone picking the right parts for me from their catalog. Highly recommended - better than all the local Bay Area dealerships that I have dealt with - 5 stars!

I bought a Ford Escape here...and got a lifetime oil change service contract with it.At the time I hadnt really thought about having a Ford vehicle serviced by a BMW service center. I thought that there might be a bit of class distinction for NOT hav8ng a BMW.My concerns were so misplaced.Monterey BMW has nothing but professional and not just courteous employees...they have sincerely friendly ones! Ive only ever received the kindest and thoughtful consideration and respect every single time Ive returned with my vehicle for oul changed or other service.My next car will likely be a BMW simply to keep having a reason to keep returning here for service! I ordered a part that cost me $1,000, on the website when I ordered it, it said it was “in stock” and would be delivered within a few days. Then it had been about four days since I ordered it, so I sent an email asking where my package was. They told me it would be over five days to get the part. It’s now been almost two weeks and I still haven’t received it.

Part had to come from Germany, BMW. Received it it time frame quote by dealer for good price

I have found that ordering genuine BMW parts from may local dealer is often lower priced and faster than going to other on-line vendors which are most often on the east coast. If I any problems or questions the local dealer much more convenient to deal with.

We have a 2014 BMW X1 S Drive that didnt come with a Cargo Cover. We looked around for the part. found it locally at the BMW in Torrance, CA. but i wasnt called a cargo cover. the parts guy at Torrance BMW actually looked it up the old fashion way by checking the paperback parts book !! its called a rear window shelf...and he gave me the part number for my Model...unfortunately the price was too much for me. so I looked up the part by its number and found it at the BMW of Monterey..they had it !! and it was cheaper!! and they sent it right away !! how awesome is that !!! Thank You BMW of Monterey Parts !!! you had the part we needed and you saved me some money and my wife is happy !!...Happy Wife Happy Life !!Peace !!

I am very satisfied with the parts department Everardo (I believe that was his name) gave me. Theirs a local BMW where I am from but I was obligated to purchase parts from elsewhere due to the poor service I was offered. BMW of Monterey however took my order, had great prices and shipped quickly with no hassle. I will definitely purchase with them again.

I needed a new cowl for my F30 328i so after shopping around I was able to get one from BMW of Monterey for considerably less than my local dealer, even after factoring in shipping. It arrived on time in a surprisingly stout box. The only thing they could do to improve the experience would be to include a more official-looking invoice for customer service records, such as the kind you normally receive when buying parts from a dealer parts department.

Excellent service! Parts arrived in Hawaii quickly after ordering. Prices were less than half of what BMW charges here on the Islands.

Ordered parts, got a projected ship date. Date comes and goes with no update to actual shipping. Ship date changes to NA. I wait 2 weeks beyond original ship date. Emailed parts@, no response. Emailed again and finally received a response that, parts are coming from Germany and will take a couple weeks. Parts shipped the following day.

Very disappointed in the order. Part of my order included 8 Phillips Head screws plus 2 Fillister Head screws. These descriptions are on my order as well as on the packing list. What I received were 6 hex nuts plus 4 hex head machine screws. When I called to tell the parts department that I was shipped the wrong parts, I was told the parts that were shipped were the correct parts for the application. Phillips Heads and Fillister Heads are not the same thing as hex heads, nor did I order any hex nuts. I dont understand why the parts department couldnt understand this. I give them a failing grade for customer service.
