Joe is like the auto mechanic uncle I’ve never had! He is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. I felt like I could ask him anything and he knew the answers and even talked me through it all. I got to help out a little while He answered questions about portions of my engine and gave me advice. He kept telling me that he doesn’t need me to fix my issue I just need HELP! And he was coming to HELP me! He even showed up way earlier because he was able to finish his other jobs a lot sooner, which was great for me! He’s a more than reasonable price. I have a 1973 Ford F-250 and it started smoking on me with a wire. Joe came out super fast, fixed it, but also explained what/how he was fixing it. Joe really knows his stuff. He will beat any shops price and you get a fair deal from him. Great man and great operation!

Joe is fantastic. He came out to service my Class C RV since not many shops will work on them. He was straightforward, honest, punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and even took the time to show me around my new vehicle so I would be better prepared to service it myself next time. Joe was amazing! He has a PhD In auto repair. Should call him Dr Joe based on his professionalism and work he did to help me fix my car. My car wasnt starting and after testing the battery with no success I gave him a call and he showed an hour later. He thoroughly tested several different options as well as walking me through what he was doing. He eventually found the issue and all we needed to do was replace a part. Unfortunately we werent able to get the part that day. Instead of selling his services again to have him come out and fix it when I got the part he actually showed me how to replace the part. He was concerned about making sure I not only saved money but had the confidence to work on my own car. Throughout the day he followed up several times to make sure everything was going well. I was able to replace the part and get my car working again. Not only did Joe help me get my car working again he left me with the confidence to take on any issues that may come up again. Joe is a true legend and saving grace when it comes to mobile mechanics! I replaced my clutch on my Ram 2500 and was having difficulty putting the transmission back on. Before I decided to call a tow truck to come get my dismembered truck, I called Joe and he came that weekend. While talking to Joe on the phone, I was a little nervous since he mentioned he hadnt worked on diesels much, but I was in need of any kind of help at this point. After a little bit of struggling we got the transmission back in, and he helped with the transfer case as an added bonus. At this point in time I would not question Joes capabilities and he is reasonably priced. If you need help at home this is the person you need.

I relocated from Illinois a few years ago and have felt frustrated that we had not found a mechanic to work on our vehicles. I rather work with someone who works out of their garage or will come to yours. I was recommended to Home Care Auto Repair by a very good friend who has had work on his vehicle previously. I called and asked him to come take a look at my vehicle. What I love about Home Care is the fact that while the work that needed to be done couldn’t be done in my garage at home, Joe personally connected me with a shop he works with and brings regular business and work to. Joe’s honesty and integrity is unmatched. I have other regular work that I need done and will also be recommending him to as many people I know!

I had a work van that had a dead battery parked in front of my house. Because it has an electronic shifting mechanism, I couldnt even put in into neutral so I could move it. I called around to several places and wasnt happy with one thing or another with my phone conversations with the mobile mechanics- many of them didnt answer the phone. I needed the van up and running immediately, so I kept going down the list in Google.Finally, I stumbled upon Home Care Auto Repair and Joe. I was pleasantly surprised at his professional manner and the fact that he could come by right away to help me out- so I hired him.He came by at the time he said he would be here, checked the battery, pulled it and ran it over to Oreillys for me to charge it.Fast forward a few hours later, battery still had no charge. They wouldnt take a credit card over the phone, so Joe offered to come pick me up and take me to Oreillys so that I could pay for the battery. Hell of a nice thing to do and certainly above and beyond.We got back, Joe installed the new battery in no time and charged me a very reasonable amount.Ill be using Joe and Home Auto Repair exclusively in the future for my work vehicles and Im telling everyone I know about him. This kind of service is almost a thing of the past- so its nice to know there are people that still believe in providing excellent service.

Joe is an exceptional mechanic, he came by my house as soon as he could to help with swapping out an alternator on a 2000 Lexus LS400. Had the part ready and battery charged. Joe was able to get the part out and get it swapped quickly and professionally. The work looks great and car is back in shape. I highly recommend this mechanic, he does excellent work for a fair price!

Joe was probably the best kind of person I could have hoped for when my serpentine belt broke for my 2015 mazda 3. Very patient when I had dumb questions, and had all the right tools for the job. Joe came over to change the fuel pump in a 2003 Volvo, not an easy task but he did an excellent job and had the car up and running in a couple hours and at a reasonable cost.I found Joe to be an excellent mechanic, very personable, on time and hard working.Id highly recommend Joe for your auto repair needs.

I called Joe the day after Christmas to fix my car. He was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Even though he had to travel a pretty far distance to get to my car, he still did it and was prompt and very friendly. He got the job done quickly and before we knew it the car was running again. Joe is a very knowledgable and magic man. He tuned my truck and this man went the extra 5 miles. He had to remove parts to get to the plugs. Then the parts that went back he cleaned. If possible I would give him a 10. I highly recommend to anyone that needs anything done on their car to give Joe a call.

Fantastic service!!! My family and I were broke down in Seattle coming back from Disneyland. Joe was willing to meet us late Friday evening when our flight arrived to diagnose the problem. When he found out we were stranded and needed to get home, he rearranged his busy schedule to get us fixed and on the road the next day.Joe took the time to explain the process which was important to me because I dont trust anyone with my cars. Home Care Auto Repair has the wrong name..... It should be..... Old School Classic Care Repair Why? My Classic Car is 56 years old, and I took it to (3) local mechanics who could not figure out what was wrong with it, because they could not hook it up to a diagnostic machine. (How very sad is that) Jo was very articulate in explaining what was necessary to fix my car due to his years of experince working with Classic Cars. But more importantly, the most cost effective way to get my wheels on the road again without denting in my wallet. Thanks Jo!!

Sent him a message at 10pm fri night he came out sat morning. Was able to replace my alternator in about 2hrs (besides the battery charge). Joe was very friendly and explained everything. Very reasonable rates i would definetly use him again!

Jojo came out to my house in Tacoma, far end of his range and spent hours with me teaching, educating, and repairing my car. When he left he left me with a car that ran and a good lesson on basic auto maintenance.

This is has been the best experience I have ever had with getting my car fixed. Jojoe is the best! My car overheated and I needed a diagnosis as to why. I called and jojoe came right over, not only did he do a thorough diagnosis but when he explained everything to me it was very easy to understand. He broke everything down so by the time he left I had a good understanding as to what was going on with my car. A couple of days later he came back to do the repair on my car. That also seemed to work out effortlessly. He came to my apartment and completely changed my radiator in around 2hrs. Once again he was so nice and willing to explain everything that he we doing to my car. My whole experience with him has been perfect, I am definitely going to call Jojoe again if anything is ever wrong with my car in the future. If I could give more than 5 stars I could!!

My 2008 G35 seemed to be having starter problems, turns out it was just bad battery corrosion and a faulty battery. Joe went in and started diagnosing, starting with the basics before jumping to the starter conclusion most of the google posts indicated. Joe was quick, professional, and got the job done right.

Jojoe is an excellent mechanic. He did an excellent job in replacing my crankshaft position sensor. I have a 2002 Nissan Sentra and it was not starting. He ran check engine light scan and immediately said I need a new crankshaft position sensor. I have already purchased one since I had an idea that it might be the sensor. He replaced the sensor without taking out bracket which was very impressive. He did an amazing job and made sure everything is alright before leaving. Absolutely great person to talk to. He educated me on small little things as well. Very attentive and extremely helpful. I would recommend him for any job that you would like to get to get it done on car. Very professional and reasonable. Very honest.I tried to get it fixed with other mobile mechanic but he was a quack. He told me that I need a new computer or it might be my all ignition coils. I knew he is not good because it rarely happens that all your four ignition coil will stop working at the same time and your car wont start. He didnt even have check engine light scanner. Jojoe on the other hand was well equipped and very knowledgeable. He is the best out there.

Prior to calling Jojoe, I visited Pepboys (check engine light) and Grease Monkeys (oil change), both in Federal Way. Pepboys high recommended brake pad and rotor changes and Grease Monkeys claimed to have filled all my fluids. I bought my brake pads and rotors and called Jojoe and what does he find? Brake pads that still had months left in them, all rotors that were nice and smooth that didnt need to be replaced, wiper fluid and brake fluid that were empty. I contacted Grease Monkey regarding the fluids and they were apologetic and that, for the brake fluids, they dont fill but recommend it... ok fine, but why indicate on the sheet that it was full and why say my wiper fluid was filled? As with previous post, I enjoyed Jojoe working on my car and explaining how things worked. Ive always been interested in learning. Jojoe did a fantastic job and Ill be calling him soon for another family members car. Thanks Jojoe!

JoJoe is THE MAN. Our car died pulling into the hotel parking lot late one night. Not being familiar with the area I went online. I couldnt find a Honda dealer d=nearby but did come across Home Care Auto Repair Mobile Mechanic which had great reviews. I sent a text about midnight explaining my situation and the fact we had to be out of the hotel by 10 a.m. even if it meant having to rent a car. Not expecting to hear anything back until the next morning I received a text within minutes saying he would call me at 8 a.m. At 8 a.m my phone rang and it was JoJoe calling from the hotel parking lot in a downpour. He quickly diagnosed the problem - an alternator - and took me to buy a new one. We rented a car, I paid him (he takes credit cards) and left JoJoe to do his business in the hotel parking lot - we found a spot somewhat out of the rain. Within a couple of hours he called to say the job was done and he would be willing to meet us later to make certain everything was working. I told him that wasnt necessary as he had other customers that needed him. We drove home that night and everything worked great. JoJoe has a great personality and is very customer oriented. He is very conscientious about his work and wants to do it right. I found his prices very reasonable. If you need a mechanic in the SeaTac area - I dont know how far he strays from that locale as he lives in SeaTac - I would definitely recommend JoJoe. Thanks JoJoe!

JoJoe made sure to get to to me ASAP, checked out the problems I needed, and went straight to work! The thing thats best about Jojoe is he explains to you what he is doing while doing it and making sure you understand whats wrong with your car and how to detect if the problem happens again. Jojoe has been my families mechanic for about 4-5 years now. If we even think about a car problem the first person we call is Jojoe! We have a little insider joke we like to say I need that Jojoe magic mechanic touch! His magic mechanic touch is all I ever need! Keep up the great work Jojoe!
