This was by far the best service I have experienced even when he was short staffed he managed to treaf everyone the same and helped all and notified you when he will get back to you all while you waited less than a restaurant reservation or drive-thru somewhere. This place does everything from unlocking your phone to fixing it and also different month to month carriers, and phone accessories and I think if am not wrong sold phones too. My wait wasnt that long at all. I went there with my wife and we were both getting our phones unlocked and the whole process was 30 minutes or less. The store was very family friendly and even had seats for you while you waited. Thats better than a lot of places that nowadays dont have no seats while you wait to get serviced about your phone, carrier, or accessories. He was so understaffed but he managed to do the work of all those employees and multitasked so smoothly. By far the best experience I have had with a business like his helping people out with their phones and servicing them and even giving them advice if they had questions about something. I just want to say to him and his family supporting him Thank you so much for finally unlocking our phones for us. We tried so many online services and a lot of them happened to be scams and fraudsters. Best to you guys and I will be back in the future for anymore phone related services.

Extensive selection of all the great phones that they have on the market. Super friendly customer service that was accommodating to my needs, I was looking for a prepaid plan. After finally getting fed up with the cracked screen on my HTC Droid, I searched for some place near home where I could get it fixed. A Google search turned up Blue Cable Wireless. I took the phone to them this morning. The proprietor said that they could fix it, but that the repair would take 2 to 3 days. Since I rely pretty heavily on the phone, I asked if there was anything he could do to ensure a faster turn-around. He made a call and was able to find a repair person who would come in and fix it today! I left it with them and returned in about 4 hours to pick it up. It looks and works beautifully. I was so pleased that he made some extra effort to accommodate me. I would take my phone back to these people for a repair in a heartbeat.On May 14, 2014, Blue Cable Wireless came through for me AGAIN! They replaced the blown speaker on my phone in about an hour at a trivial cost. These people are great.

Went in to have them fix my iPhone 4s. Their service was fast, affordable and the phone is now in great working condition. I cannot say enough great things about this place! My Iphone broke down on the road and the screen got shattered, and the Apple store wanted to charge me $200+ bucks to fix it (after waiting for days to even get an appointment with someone). I broke my Samsung S4 and took it here to have the LCD replaced. The owner did the repair in less than four hours. I picked it up and was happy with the work and then another glitch cropped up where the phone would not make or receive calls. I searched all the forums, did all the recommended fixes. no good. I took it back the next day and the owner, Fita, took it apart right there on the counter and replaced the antenna.Amazing. It works great and he didnt charge me anything though I tried to pay him.In the age of complicated technology, its really frustrating when a piece of it such as your cellphone fails. I have been in this store more than three times. Today they realy impressed me. I was trying to update my galaxy s6, but some how Ibriked my phone. I lost all contacts and my documents.
