Ive rented from Day three or so times, and every time the customer service has been bad. Some equipment is almost always broken in some way. This last time I sent two in two quote requests, chatted with a live person, who I then emailed with and said he sent my request to the VP of sales, who never emailed me. I finally emailed him again, asking if they would give me a quote or not so I could go with someone else and never replied. Bearcom or TCS is much better for this area.
