Went in to get a snack before our Uber. We were told the bathrooms were closed due to Covid and for the “safety” of there employees. Happily walked across the street, used their restroom and spent $15 in snacks. 😘

Never ever been mistreated this in any place providing customer service. I left in tears with my kids. She most didnt let me purchase my things made me move to the side and wait for everyone else behind me to go first.

Your employees REFUSED to allow me to use the restroom. I advised of the state law allowing me to, they still refused.If I am in the area again, and they do it again, take this as my warning that I will call the police and have them enforce the situation as they are legal to enforce it.Teach your employees about this as I dont think you want the police coming to your station to enforce it with legal action.What if I dont comply?For the first violation, youll get a warning letter. Further violations are treated as a class two civil infraction (RCW 07.80).

The fuel pumps are often out. Often. Management just doesnt do well with maintenance here.

The night staff woman is the rudest gas station attendant I’ve ever spoken too. They have no business being in business. They need to lose their corporate license to do business under the Extra Mile( Chevron) name.

Women behind the counter working today is ill-mannered. Do yourself a favor and choose one of the other two gas stations that are adjacent.

Course, two different gas station access across street, Chevron clean standard & quick basic items. Note: After a fill up on gas; my credit card did a temporary authorization hold $, until the actual amount cleared. Not quite sure? But, took few days for clearence & $ wasnt not available on card.

We spent $41.42 to fill our tank at this Chevron Store 94411 on 7/01/18 at 20:15:01 according to our receipt. I needed to use the ladies restroom badly. I went in to find the restrooms blocked off. I asked the female clerk why they were blocked. She said They are closed at 8:00 pm every night. I said, But, I am a paying customer- I just filled my tank, and I need to empty another! She still refused. I suffered as a result of this. I am very upset. How do you deny paying customers, especially those who can and should expect this service from a service station? I intend to make a formal complaint to corporate, because I know this is not policy, and it is downright wrong of her to have denied a basic tenet of customer care to me.

Worst gas station experience. Stopped to use the restroom because it was an emergency. It required a key. Told the clerk that I would buy something after I used the restroom. She said that I would buy something now. I had to take my groceries into the bathroom with me, which was disgusting. To top it off, no paper towels. Upon returning the keys, the clerk said that they dont supply paper towels for customers. I understand that the Seatac area doesnt have the best locals, but Im obviously a working man. Not some tweaker, like I was treated as.

If I could give - stars it would be 100... This place is horrible. The lady working there is the rudest woman ever... My husband and I just got off a cruise and had a 15 hour drive ahead of us. He was getting gas while I was going to go in and use the restroom and get some snacks for our drive home. I went to the restroom and a lady working there was coming out of the room. She said to me your not a customer you cant use this room.. I told her my husband was getting gas. I had to walk with her to the window and show her. I dont think she believed me... she had to watch him. Then she let me in the restroom. I decided right then, I would not buy any snacks there. My husband then moved his car and came in. I was walking out and said NO snacks... He asked her to for the key to the restroom, she said NO. Paying customers only. He told he he just filled up with gas. She then was rude and said I dont see your receipt and your car.. He showed her our car and she then gave him the key.. Meanwhile there was a line of people there to pay for gas... A man in line said to her Really you just did that.. He doesnt look homeless, give him the key. She was so rude. When he walked out a couple came over to us and told us she is like that to everyone. And they had run in with her before. What a horrible place! This woman shouldnt be working in customer service. We travel to Seattle a few times a year and Never will we get gas at Extra Mile stores.

Very rude employee. Will never come here again. The restrooms are closed at night, however there are no signs informing paying customers of this fact. The woman working the night shift simply yelled across the store at me that the restrooms were blocked off for a reason and that I could not use them. I explained that I was a paying customer but she still refused to provide a key. I left immediately and decided to find a different station to give my business to. I have never had such a poor experience at a service station.

This place doesn’t even deserve a star. I got off the light rail and was waiting on my ride. I figured I would go in, buy something, and just hang out in there considering the fact that it was really cold outside. The lady then says “Ma’am, are you going to buy something? You’ve been in here for a minute now.” So I decided that I wouldn’t buy anything just because of the way she said it. She kept giving me dirty looks from behind the counter and slamming the doors when restocking the drinks. She was completely rude and bitter. I suggest avoiding this place. Lord knows what rude character you will run into.

Probably the slowest pumps in Washington! It took 6 mins to fill up a 14 gallon tank..

I attempted to return a stale, old breakfast sandwich after taking a single bite and realizing it was as hard as a rock. The attendant rudely refused to refund my money and completely disregarded the obviously pre-stone age sandwich. I will be driving out of my way from now on to refuel to avoid this bitter, mean person.

I usually fill up with Chevron gas, I filled up at this station 8 months ago with my old car and noticed it lost some power, and my mpgs went down. Fast forward to last week with a new car, filled up here once and the same thing happened to the new car. I think they have a problem with the storage tanks leaking water into the fuel, or this station isnt really selling Techron fuel and is just for show. After 2x of bad gas in a 8 month period in 2 different cars, Ill never get gas here again. Both cars ran better, and went back to normal mpgs after filling up at the Chevron by home.

RUDE attendant. Was a jerk, refused the use of the restroom. I will never stop there again. How can you refuse to let someone use the bathroom? Theres something seriously wrong with that worker.

Horrible, loud, distracting and obnoxious gas pump TV. An attendant at the store was very helpful. However she said they couldnt turn down the volume on it. I will NEVER go back to that station. If I drive up to a gas pump again that has the totally useless and negative words coming out of it I will promptly drive away.

Always friendly and very clean place. Gas prices are always lower than other Chevrons and gas stations brands in the area.

One of the worst/rudest clerk i have ever met. The store clearly doesnt care about customer service. They have lost my business for life, and i hope whom ever is reading choses another Gas Station as well.

I dont understand the reviews for the very very rude staff. We needed snacks and to use the restroom before our light rail trip into Seattle. The attendant was friendly and cracked jokes about how anxious we were to use the restroom.I suggest stopping here over the others in the area.
