DO NOT GO HERE! They got ahold of my debit card number and have been trickling money from my account for months! Them and the 76 across the street, have been charging me the exact same amount at the exact same time. Occasionally multiple times a day. On an old card I dont use, just found out today 05/29/21 been going on since 06/27/20! Same day they started I also got charged for grub hub in New York, New York and Uber in California. Today it was fake credit assistant companies in Texas and Nevada! Im getting the police involved. I would be weary of these two places. They try to take advantage of the travelers in the Red Lion Hotel (same parking lot) hoping they have to leave town and wont fight them. I moved down the street. They got me for over $1000.

August 2019 Update: I got the refund. I gave two days for the store staff to contact me for this incident. Of course, this didnt happen. So I contacted Shell NA and Customer Service, and WA Weights and Measures Compliance of WSDA. I really appreciated the prompt actions from both Shell and WSDA. The Shell contacted the Regional Shell to investigate this incident and WSDA sent staff to check the pump. The owner also investigated the surveillance video and confirmed that it was not my fault for the breakage of the pump hose. Then the owner contacted me and refund the $100 that his staff charged me the other day. I am grateful to the Shell NA and Shell Canada for their professional actions, WSDA and the owner of this station to resolve this incident smoothly.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------suspicious and be aware of hose breakaway of pump #4 by itself when pump gas to your car!I was at this station yesterday (about 5:26 pm, July 26, 2019) and refuel my rental car before return it. The pump hose disconnect automatically when about 0.74 gal gas pumped into my cars fuel tank. I was standing near the car when the hose fell apart. I then stepped inside the food mart to inform the staff. I was then blamed by the staff that I should have done something such as driving away with hose (how could this happen with only 0.74 gal gas refueled) and threatened me to pay for it. I then called the 911. Unfortunately, 911 said it was not a police issue and asked to work with the staff. I then asked the staff to view the surveillance video. a mid-aged staff said he is new and need to have the owner to view it the next day. They said I should pay for $100 as deposit and then the next day they will check the video to see if it is my responsibility. I then took a few pictures and a video of one staff who stated the $100 is deposit and he will ensure to talk with the owner and contacted me for what they have found. I was travelling with family (they already checked in at the airport) and needed to catch up the flight flying back home. I then paid $100 using my credit card and asked the staff to write down deposit on the receipt. The staff promised me to call back and I have received call from them yet.It sounds very suspicious. I suspected it disconnected already and someone just simply connect the two parts. Also it is weird that all the staff dont want to check the surveillance video. When I inform the staff about what happened, they seems not surprise and just took it to the storage room. when I asked for receipt, they realized that I can be blamed for.Lessons learned: when they asked me to pay for $100, I should tell them big no and then drive away and let them to call the police. However, I dont know how long it may take and dont want to ruin the last part of my vacation. Also for those who will refuel at this gas station, please be cautious.Next, I will write to high level of Shell and WA State for this incident.

Cashier barked at me for trying to use an ebt card. Not my fault you’re too cheap to buy a scanner that isn’t from the 90’s. Why not catch up with the world instead of getting mad at customers for being up to date.

Owner had an of order sign on bathroom and basically picks and chooses who uses it. I made a gas purchase here and was complained to by the cashier that my family needed to use the restroom to change pullups.Seems more interested in not having to clean the bathroom then customer care and needsNo way to treat paying customers!!!

Very clean store with a good selection of snacks and drinks. Just a 5 minute walk from any of the airport hotels like Hilton or Crowne Plaza.

Owner is a racist.Me and my girlfriend walked in to buy food before my flight, and the owner (Indian man) was arguing with another Indian man.The incident had already been taking place when I walked in but, the argument, about business practices, quickly escalated into the owner of the store shouting at the man for being a dirty Hindu and was still shouting i hate you dirty Hindus when me and my girlfriend left without buying anything, disgusted by his behavior.Dont shop at this racists establishment.

Do not do business with this station. There prices are high and then they overcharge you on most of there products. I dont know how many times they overcharged me. Fro example they have a pack of cigs at 7.26 then they would charge me 9.00 for the pack. I really dont care about the price the cigs, it is just bad business.
