Came to this location to buy some moving products. Was greeted from Tasha. Very helpful and knowledgeable about all the products and got me set up for my move. Did not try to sell me anything, she just simply listened to my needs and suggested what I would need. Thank you Tasha . If we do end up needing storage this is where I will come!

I didnt store here for long, but this place was here for me when I needed them. Easy to rent and most helpful manager Tasha was exceptionally wonderful in making us feel welcome and had great communication throughout the stay. We will return to this location !

Absolute best service from Tasha. I drive my this location often and a day ago I found out I needed to get a unit. I stopped by was helped by Tasha and she was polite, had tons of information, answered all my annoying questions without any issues. I needed to talk to my spouse before we could rent and she saved the space for us! Came back today and Boom! Easy check in, great unit, clean property, large aisles, easy for moving trucks to access. Carlos is so great ! we had trouble booking our storage unit and he was there to help over the phone, and in office ! he showed great customer service, and empathy for me and my family moving from a 5 bedroom into a 2 bedroom and needed help with storage options. He had great knowledge of site rules, times of closing, location of storage, and unit and did not hesitate answering any questions we had. Definitely should put him in a management position ! I am updating my previous review below. Sergio and especially Kelly did a great job today. They looked into the issues from the past, and went above and beyond to make everything better. There was miscommunication from both of us, but thanks to Kelly everything is now great. So thankful for both her and Sergio. We are staying at this location and just renewed again.Old post- Our company had a unit for about a year, but needed to adjust the billing credit card after the previous employee left. We tried to manage this remotely for almost 3 MONTHS, but ultimately the local staff insisted the previous employee come in to transfer. My past employee was kind enough to meet us at the unit, and I had to fly from out of state to do this on site. Once there it only took 2 minutes and I am unsure WHY it required time off work for my past employee and a flight purchase for me to make this happen- but oh well. Then once transferred to my name, the staff let me know my NEW rate- which was now $60/month higher. For the record, we did not leave or vacate the unit. We only changed the billing contact and credit card. As I explained to my former employee, why we needed to meet and jump through these hoops, the public storage employee interrupted me to let me know she could hear me. I was not telling secrets and only explaining why we had to meet in person and what communications I had already had with local staff, managers and regionals. The public storage staff was rude and not helpful. At that time, I then gave 30 days notice to terminate. I do not yet have another storage unit, but I prefer not to pay a company with such poor customer service.

I must say that this location is very convenient, to both the south end and the city. TASHA was awesome as she was diligently helping me, find the right size,products, and locations for an upcoming move. All I had were questions, mind you she was alone and had other customers that she gave the same individual attention to. She is so nice,smart and funny. The office smelled great and its obvious she knows her stuff.

Phenomenal service from Tasha. Made my move in process such a breeze. The facility is nice and clean, there were some fees attached to renting a space but combined with the deal for the 1st month rent, it makes it worth it.My unit is in a hallway but its not crazy far in. There is light in the hallway and Tasha assured me that if I needed a cart to load items down the hall she has them at the office and she can also bring to the hallway as well.The gate is pretty accessable, there is an app that you can download with your information so you can open the gates without touching the keypads,how wonderful is that? Very!Overall, I give this place phenomenal stars for above and beyond service that you just dont get anywhere else anymore. Thank you Tasha once again!

I dont recommend this location. They say one month free rent but there are lot of hidden charges, sneaky way they charge you more. In terms of flexibility, I see other storages like U-Haul Storage, Self storage are much better. I personally dont recommend this location. During the snowfall they dont plow the snow, it is difficult to drive the car inside to the unit or even to walk. I had a terrible experience.

WONDERFUL help from Ltasha. Very friendly and very quick. Yes the gate closes at 6pm, but its for a good reason, try asking what that reason is. I made a choice to rent here even with those hours because the facility is great, my stuff will be safe and I know ms Ltasha will be gracious every time I see her. Thank you!

Facility is great, Ms Tasha has always been absolutely wonderful. I would never leave this place but it has just gotten to expensive due to the pandemic but Ms Tasha always had a smile and greeted me by name everytime I came in! Makes such a difference having someone like that with the way the world is. I am sad to be leaving .

Recently picked out a unit at this location to store our household belongings for the remainder of the year. We reserved it online quickly and easily and set up an appointment to come check out the unit in person and get the keys. When we arrived Tony was there to help us and he was SO friendly and helpful! (We’ve never needed storage before.) He made the entire process, start to finish, a breeze! When we went to leave, our car battery had actually died and when I went back in to ask Tony for jumper cables he came hauling outside and happily gave us a jump! We had a great experience here, and I’m glad in a sea of storage facilities we chose this one.

I have to say that my experience at public storage SeaTac location has been one of the most comforting customer service experiences I’ve received in a long time. The property Manager Tasha is spectacular she is warm and friendly. I was concerned about storing and she reassured me I was in good hands and answered all my questions . She even took me out to see where I’d be storing and help me get things set up.. if your looking for storage and want satisfaction I highly recommend the SeaTac. This storage place doesnt have walled off storage units. The ceiling is just flimsy wire fencing that isnt secured to the walls. Anyone could push through the wire fence ceiling and get into your storage unit. There are no climate controlled units either. I wouldnt put anything of mine here unless you just dont care about it.

We’ve been here for about a year now and have been very satisfied. There has been a few instances of either gate being out of service, but that’s pretty rare and if you’ve ever had a storage unit anywhere this happens.That being said I’ve never felt like my belongings have been at risk because of the presence the staff, who has always been helpful, as well as the security monitoring they have at night.I want really emphasize how awesome the staff is, especially Tasha. When we’ve needed help or expressed concerns, Tasha has been on it. She set us up with our unit and really helped us find what we needed without trying to upsell us on anything we didn’t need. I highly recommend this location!

Their process for renting online is actually fully online (unlike other locations that still make you go into the office for paperwork), and Tasha is extremely nice and easy to work with. Only complaint is that their access hours are limited.
