Wanted to purchase 2 sets of Wolf/Subzero packages for new construction for appx 100k. No one on the floor found time to talk to me. How do you do business? Just wondering.
Trinh was so helpful, I am so excited for our new bathroom! I went in with a list of what I needed (everything except the sink faucet) and a million questions, and was pretty clueless in terms of controls for the handheld shower, regular shower head, and faucet in regards to temperature control and volume. Trinh was very patient and explained everything to me, and we had a lot of really detailed toilet talk (which nobody likes) I left with options, photos, and by the end of the next day had made the decisions and placed the orders and immediately build.com was shipping items our way. Ill update with photos after the remodel. Thank you Trinh!
All of the workers here are so kind and helpful. Today I had the pleasure of working with Neil, he was very responsive and pleasant. I look forward to coming again to pick up my order!
The first time I went in there I was not in the least bit impressed. Our saleswoman did not really listen to what I was saying I wanted. We lost our home in a fire and literally have to replace everything. Everything. It was pretty frustrating to not feel heard, and it really felt like she was pushing some of the most advanced (expensive) products on the market. I told her I am a good cook and love being in the kitchen, but dont really feel like I need electronics or gadgets... so she shows me ovens that basically tell you how to cook. Not at all what I was needing. We went in there on a Saturday and I was told she would send me information via email sometime on Tuesday. She had all of my contact info and never once followed up with me.The second time was a vastly different experience. The only reason we ventured in at all was because we found our bathtub there, and Kohler in Bellevue only takes appointments and we are too disorganized to plan that far out. I primarily wanted to browse because it is such a large showroom. It was afternoon and getting somewhat close to their closing time. The salesman, Vincent, asked us if we needed help and I told him what we were doing with our home. He said they dont do consultations on the weekends due to time constraints, and he was nice enough about it. I told him I had a pretty clear idea of what it was that I wanted and he agreed to work with us right then and there. I am sure if it had been busier, we wouldnt have been able to get the care we got right then. He was polite, friendly, and knew what he was doing. He also was able to show us product lines that he thought I would like. Since we were close to the end of their day, he told me he would send the information to me when he returned to work on Tuesday. True to his word, he did.Not only did he email the information when he said he would, but he also called me two days later to see if I had any questions. We worked together over the phone to make the necessary cuts I had to make in order to stay within budget. He had me looking up model numbers with me on the phone to look at more cost effective options, while keeping in mind the style I am looking for. We dialogued for maybe 30 minutes and he stayed on the line to make sure the updated quote came through in my inbox. I needed to verify the selections with my husband, and within an hour after the last quote came through, he was calling me to place a order for our entire home. To say that I am grateful for the personalized care and assistance would be a massive understatement. We now have all plumbing fixtures, valves, components, etc. ordered. Not only that but I asked if they offered any sort of savings for large orders (they do not), and he found a coupon code to use to save on Delta products. Customer service above and beyond. Thank you, Vincent! It was truly a pleasure working with him. Finally, I was concerned they were going to be overpriced being a beautiful showroom and in Seattle, but when I researched pricing, theirs was the same as the big box stores. Having all of the necessary pieces put together for us, saved hours and hours of time we would have spent trying to figure out exactly what we would need.
Hello fellow internet people,We had no appointment, Madison and Vincent helped us when all was lost. We remained in budget and were satisfied, would do again!
Tons to look at. Best to make an appointment for the best experience.
Excellent place with very friendly and warm service. Lots of variety as well. The only reason I gave it four stars rather than five is because I could not find a variety in white or gold for faucets.
There is a ton of stuff in this store, and it definitely helps you get an idea of what youre looking for, but the layout is very haphazard which makes it somewhat difficult to find products that youre looking for. The staff was very friendly, and the broad selection of styles and finishes of various manufacturers products was quite helpful for figuring out what I wanted in my remodel to look like.
Wide selection of high end bathroom and kitchen equipment
Great selection of all kitchen and bath
Trinh is AWESOME. We are remodeling our kitchen and laundry room with Sockeye Homes and our designer Justine recommended we visit Ferguson for plumbing fixtures. When we arrived, Trinh already knew exactly what we were looking for, the sizes and budget. She did her research before our visit and had specific items to show us. She was very knowledgeable about every item and the different finishes that are available. She made great recommendations and never recommended anything outside of our budget. As New Yorkers, we appreciated Trinh’s style. By doing her research and preparing in advance, we felt she was very considerate of our time and of meeting during this Covid Situation. We were able to choose everything on our list in less than an hour and left feeling shocked and amazed by how pleasant and easy our experience was, because it’s an experience we rarely have in retail settings in Seattle.100% recommend Ferguson and Trinh and will never go anywhere else again for future remodel projects. Thank you!!
Beautiful showroom with super helpful and friendly staff
Our designer Brad brought us to Fergusons and Bud helped us choose appliances, fixtures and much more. We were surprised although not inexpensive the cost was a clearly good value. Very high quality and nice. Lifetime guarantee for much of what we bought. Bud was knowledgeable and helpful. Knowing we had a budget to hold to we were able to get exactly what we needed and save money. Thanks Bud!
Great price, great staff! Nice selection of lights (what we were looking for), but also has a variety of other bath and cabinet items on display. We ended up getting three bathroom lights -- not in stock but will get shipped to us between one and four days. Totally satisfied
OMG! I went into Ferguson today to get help with a shower fixture that isnt working right. Even though I was probably the least important person in the showroom they TOTALLY treated me like I was Melinda Gates. Budd at Ferguson is AMAZING! Thank you!!!
Beautiful show room, great selection of plumbing fixtures and staff very helpful and accommodating
Amazing kitchen/bath fixtures! Went on a Saturday afternoon...homemade cookies and pasta snacks!
Erica Walters in kitchen design is brilliant. Her plans for our remodel were everythng we were lookng for and more! The selection at Ferguson was beyond our imagination.
Excellent displays and schedule an appointment to review appliances or fixtures.
Large showroom of brand name standing tubs, refrigerators, gas stoves, gas BBQs, toilets, faucets, sinks, shower heads, etc. Parking garage validated.
Fabulous stuff from tubs to faucets to ovens and bathroom accessories, open Saturday, easy return with receipt, street parking and they have cookies and snacks freshly baked.
Good variety. Helpful staff
Great selection, very helpful staff
Great showroom, great associates, very helpful.
Very disappointed in what they had to offer. They can order what you want. Web site said they had a corner bath at 1st Ave location. They didnt
Buyer Beware. Ferguson Lighting Gallery has become such a rip off. I had the joy of assisting my boss and his wife renovating their home in Capital Hill. Unfortunately, we chose a package deal from Ferguson. Things began to horribly wrong with EXPENSIVE fixes in the following:1. 3rd party incompetent installation crews.-Left vent cover on before hooking it up to the duct. (photo attached of the fix the contractor had to do to remove the plate)-Sent defective power switch and blamed the non-working system on our electric system. Then took responsibility and replaced it after several inspections. (photo attached)-3rd party installers were eventually fired due to their inability to work with the contractors.2. Got to the point where were finally decided to part ways with Ferguson and waited SEVERAL months for our $5K refund. Manager specifically stated he was siting on the refund.Do not make our mistake. Hire another company for installation and save yourself the grief of paying someone else to fix their mistakes. It is not worth aggravation and the added expense.
A bit spendy, but swallow your pride and step up
Great store for the remodel or new home
