Ive been a customer of Albert Lee on multiple occasions and their sales staff have been great. Where they seem to fall flat is customer service post delivery.I recent had a remodel, ordered multiple appliances. The fridge door was damaged during delivery. No big deal, delivery team made note and told me they would file for a replace. A few weeks go by no word from Albert Lee. I contact the customer service department which to my surprise they have no record and could not find my paper work. I had to email a copy of the delivery notes. They acknowledged that they lost the paper work and theyd work on getting a replacement door. I again am happy. I emailed a couple a weeks later to follow up, no response. Emailed again a the following week - a response! I was told since it was 30 after delivery and it was out side the manufacture window to replace it would take some time to get a new door, but since they lost the paper work theyd work the issue. No big deal the fridge is functional. Its now 4 months later no response and Ive emailed a few of times. At this point Ive given up. While Albert Lee Sales staff is great, their post sales support is horrible. If you want to support a smaller appliances company that meets or exceeds on both sales and service quality bar... keep looking :(UPDATE:Month 5. I was contact by support and they have replaced my fridge door. I will raise my review to three stars since they did complete the repair. It okay that it took this long, but I just want email response to my inquire with something as simple as Part on back order delivery date still pending. I just dont like that my emails with consumer service seem to disappear into the ether.

Good sales in store help or service but after purchase it goes down down to no service with usually no call back or help. Besides that they do not carry parts like water filters or referred us to a place that does . We bought 4 major appliances and went through poor install service with less information than helpful. Then cannot get a service person out. It is the way they seem to want to run the business and i am sure they make more if they don’t deal with small problems . Take care checking over everything before you buy and don’t expect help after.

Not recommend!! I was really disappointed on Albert Lees service. My fridge was leaking since January, 2021. I called in for a fix, and waited for several weeks until the handy man came. However, the fridge was still leaking after the repair. I reached out to Albert Lee again (had to make several calls until they sent the repair guy), the handyman came again, but the fridge was still leaking. When I call them in August, they said they r helping me connecting manufacturing/ appliance hospital for a replacement. But nothing heard from them. I called them as follow up recently, they told me my warranty expired in July and they can do nothing for me.They never fix this tiny leaking issue for me even during the warranty period. I was so disappointed for their service (especially Maggie at customer service, really rude, interrupt me lot of times and always saying thats not of their responsibility). I dont know what to do with my leaking fridge (bought last July and leaking since January) - I turned the water valve off and the fridge is frozen inside and cannot be used properly.Albert Lee, if you can see this review, and if you take customer at your first place (instead of just taking money from us), please provide some help.Also, please provide more training on your customer service employees. Appreciate it!

If I could rate the customer service 0 stars I would.We purchased $20k worth of appliances at Albert Lee. Paid 50% upfront.The staff is curt, stressed, over-worked, and not well trained in customer service. They communicate very disrespectfully, at least 2 individuals I worked with did.They cannot guarantee dates, this is understood. But what they do is not communicate AT ALL. I received one email stating ETA dates for 3 appliances initially. The first date there was a delivery. The next date, almost a month later, I had to send multiple emails and when I finally got a hold of them, they basically ignored me, interrupted and disrespectfully said that is the way it works.Really? They are in the business of procurement and delivery, and they cannot send an EMAIL (which takes 1 min) about a backorder as soon as they are aware? Isnt the key part of their business expectations around delivery dates/times? This sets off a domino effect of having to change contractor dates, change installations, etc.Besides not even wanting to hear your concerns, or even attempt to rectify them, they cut you off and put you on hold mid sentence. It is an ugly customer experience.I would never do business with this company again and I would warn anyone who is considering them to RECONSIDER. It is not worth the level of stress that could be avoided. I have had better customer service ordering socks online, that is not an exaggeration.

**Update from original Review**I was contacted by the Seattle store manager for Albert Lee, Eric F after leaving my original review. Eric fully acknowledged that the way things occurred was not acceptable and that he would be working to correct them. And then he stayed in touch with me daily until they were corrected.He managed to find our refrigerator on an earlier shipment so we were able to have our originally specified refrigerator in place when our contractor turned over our kitchen to us. What a relief!!The only issue with delivery was that our dishwasher had damage to the door, but they were able to get a replacement dishwasher out to us later that week with the same delivery for our refrigerator, so we were still fully functional by our Friday kitchen completion date last week.Ive bumped this review up to 3 stars to average the two experiences. The first was definitely a 1 star, but Eric gave me 5 star service and I felt very confident in his ability to deliver on what he committed to.Thanks for your help, Eric!! You definitely saved the day and I greatly appreciate everything you did to make this right for us.**Original Review**We recently purchased an entire kitchen appliance package for our kitchen renovation from Albert Lee.While the shopping experience was great and their sales person (Derrick) was very patient and knowledgable as I explored my options, the fulfillment process has been a nightmare.We specifically went in with an idea of what we wanted to buy, but due to manufacturer delays, decided on a number of pieces that were different from our originally desired appliances. We specifically selected these pieces because they were either in stock or would be available when we needed them. When purchasing, I was very specific and asked about what would happen if we experienced construction delays and was told that it would be no problem to push our delivery date if necessary.Since then, I have been called and lied to about the fact that our hood was damaged. It was not damaged, it was sold to another customer and the replacement for us wouldnt be available in time for our delivery date. I know that it was a lie because our salesman told us the truth, while the original person who called me told me the story about damage.When I asked to push our first delivery date (range and microwave) due to construction delays beyond our control, I was told that they couldnt guarantee that our appliances would not be sold to another customer. Given the conversation that I had at purchase, this was not acceptable. I called my sales person and he told me that this wouldnt be an issue and not to worry.And now, one week before our delivery date for the refrigerator and right before we are about to be occupying our kitchen again, I have been informed that the refrigerator has a crease in the door. It was explained that they had to re-order a new one that wont be in for 6 weeks.When I asked if we could use the damaged refrigerator until the new one comes in, I was told it was catastrophic damage and could not be salvaged. Since when is a crease in the door catastrophic? I was also told that damage in the warehouse happens very rarely...yet it somehow to 2 out of 5 of my products...so far?Because I have been lied to before by this company, I have no doubt that they are lying yet again because they knew I would be angry if they told me that they sold my refrigerator to another customer just to make a buck.When I asked if they had any other option so that we wouldnt be out of a refrigerator for a month+, they said no. When I asked if I would be offered ANY compensation for our inconvenience due to their poor management of their warehouse and inventory, I was told that its not their fault and no, there was nothing they could do.We spent multiple tens of thousands of dollars with your company, you cant do ANYTHING to make it right with your customer? Shame on you, Albert Lee.

Indeed. Same experience. Should have read these reviews. They do indeed take your money. Then sell your appliance to someone they know or like better. I have had FOUR installation dates and they cancelled the fourth one again tonight. They admitted to me that they sold our range to someone else!

Amazing Customer Service!!! My moms new dryer was replaced in less than 30 min! David Wright and Edwin Mckenzie, the delivery drivers, are on point! They went above and beyond to fix her dryer. My wife and I have bought multiple appliances over the last 20+ years from Albert Lee and overall theyre a quality operation. Biggest plus is their knowledge and service over the big box stores. We recently bought a new dishwasher and our Sales Associate, Manrique Leon, was awesome. Friendly, super knowledgeable, patient and absolutely no pressure. He made the buying experience painless and actually fun.

Ive had two great experiences with Albert Lee in the last year. Last summer, Shane Tew sold me a new induction cooktop stove that I love. Then last week, my washer suddenly quit working. I called Shane, and he helped me choose the best washer/dryer combo for my small condo space and arranged for it to be installed within four days. In both cases, Shane was very professional and easy to work with, and the delivery people were on time, knew what they were doing, and were very careful of my unit and the building hallways. I recommend Albert Lee highly!

Mid pandemic, my washer died! Palmer, via phone and with website handy, quickly helped me find what I was looking for, and we did the entire replacement process in about 30 minutes. It was great to not have to visit the store to get what I needed.This was followed by a terrific team of delivery men, who very efficiently and helpfully got the old equipment out, a cupboard moved out of the way, and then the new equipment in, all installed, replaced the cupboard to its usual spot and departed in a little over an hour. What great service and helpful people...thanks.

Nicholas handled everything for the sale and Troy and Simon did a great job delivering the appliances. They informed me throughout about what they were doing during the install, and were very careful not to cause any damage. The 80 tall refrigerator was particularly tricky as it needed to go up a narrow stairwell. They made it look easy in the end. All in all a great experience.

Dont use Albert LeePurchased annual replacement for fleet of Dutch Harbor boats and scheduled delivery to ship on departure day when crew would be available to install. They were paid for prior with the express understanding that if I didnt they might not be on the floor for sale as they only had one dryer.They delivered the washer but no one informed fish company that Albert Lee had sold the already purchased dryer. Never refunded credit card till money was asked for. Left purchasing agent (me) scrambling to find a replacement. I have never used this company again and never will.

I paid $800 for a dishwasher that was sitting in their warehouse and was given an install date 2 months out. They assured me that the install date would happen much sooner if we were flexible. This did not happen. They called me the day before and told me that they sold my dishwasher to someone else and my install date was canceled. They said they had no idea what happened and that they would refund my money in a few weeks. Horrible customer experience. Their inability to even explain what happened is unacceptable after I paid for it upfront and had to wait 2 months for them to bail the day before.

This is by far the worst customer service I have received from any retailer on appliances. I purchased a Dacor Column Fridge and Freezer and I had difficulties on the assembly and on some of the features. Customer service didnt sound like they wanted to help me with the problems and even dropped the call after I told them they need to figure out what needs to be done about it. They told to me reach out to the manufacturer directly myself which is their job as the retailer I purchased it from brand new. To purchase such an expensive item I expect to have the same treatment with customer service, if I knew any other retailers that sold this product I would have gladly gone to them and I recommend others do so as well.

I cant say enough good things about Albert Lee. While Im a big advocate of online purchases, I figured I would utilize a local business for new appliances - this was I could check them out in their showroom and deal with actual people through the process. After a lengthy process I narrowed down my selection to a Fisher and Paykel black stainless steel refrigerator and I was super excited. My sales associate, Mark V at the Ballard store, was awesome. He walked me through all the pros and cons and did not apply an ounce of pressure - just helped me get better informed. The day the refrigerator arrived was the start of some bad luck. The fridge was dented from the factory - bummer - but the delivery guys were amazing and documented it and had me talking to a customer service rep before they left the house. I decided to take a small discount and just keep it... Next up, later that day, the filtered water stopped working... back on the phone with customer service who just said Well replace it for you. Great, I thought - that should solve it. Fast forward a few weeks and the replacement came. If you can believe it - it was dented again, and about 36 hours into having it, the water on this one broke too. Back to customer service I went - they had a service tech to the house in 2 days, who took it apart and called the company. Turns out its a design flaw. I was so bummed out and didnt know what to do so I went back to Mark - my sales rep. He turned me over to one of his managers - Eric M - who stepped up and just asked me what would make me happy. We talked through some options and I selected a similar Bosch refrigerator. Eric worked on the price to help alleviate the blow (it was more expensive) and scheduled as quick a delivery as he could. Now, heres the thing. The new one has not arrived yet - but none of these issues were Albert Lees fault. But, they took ownership and made things right again and again. I will 100% be going back to them for future purchases and hope youll consider using them too.

They have had so many challenges with backordered items and rescheduled service calls since my initial order last spring, and they have been friendly and patient throughout the entire process. UPDATE: After posting the review, the GM reached out, surprised at the comedy of errors below. He offered a discount for the inconvenience, so my wife and I took him up on the offer to have more a more competent installer and manager come on site to complete the installation.No water had to be shut off this time. I guess prior homeowners did indeed damage our in-unit water valve. But it turned out to be irrelevant since no water had to be shut off.Since the installation was completed, and I appreciated the discount and fast follow up, I am increasing this review score. While I dont much like the initial waste of time, and uncooperative salesperson that we dealt with - things mostly worked out in the end.-----Our washer/dryer finally started having issues, so we decided on upgrading and going with a Miele. Albert Lee was one of their vendors, so we figured wed give them a shot.Placed an order for washer/dryer over the phone, for a total of about $4500 and install was scheduled. The salesperson was responsive and communicative over e-mail.Everything went downhill during the install. I wasnt expecting Harry and Lloyd to show up. First they were about 2 hrs late, complaining about how much work they have to do and how Albert Lee doesnt pay them enough.They looked at our old appliances which they had to remove, and said Miele is overrated, and we have a perfectly good old unit. Look - I know washer and dryers and heavy and its not pleasant to move them. Thats why youre being paid for it and not me.Then they said they didnt trust the water shutoff valve since it was rattling. Yeah, the builder may have not torqued them down to your liking, but they function just fine. But then Inspector Clouseau tried to find the water shutoff for the whole house.My wife showed it to him on the street, as were in a townhouse complex. And the installer briefly debated shutting off the water for our whole townhouse complex because reading meter numbers is hard.But eventually he didnt want to touch it since there were spiders. Look, its spider season in Seattle. If you have arachnophobia - find a new line of work. Lord almighty.We followed up with Albert Lee to send a new install team, preferably one not auditioning for Harlem Globetrotters. But then they tried to throw the blame on us saying the water shutoff couldnt be located, was unsafe - even though THEIR OWN INSTALLERS found it, and just were scared of a few creepy crawlies.Jesus Christ, when paying close to $5k, I expect more effort from the installation experience than a Best Buy teenager hooking up up a Sonos system. Instead the clowns they sent make that Best Buy teenager look like Doogie Howser.Fortunately Albert Lee isnt the only Miele dealer in town - well take our business elsewhere.

When I needed to replace a washer/dryer several people recommended Albert Lee, including a repair company and a friend with very high standards. Sales staff were extremely knowledgeable about the products and options and I was able to choose based on my priorities.They asked if Id like to be on a wait list for possible earlier delivery, which worked out great--W/D installed the day before Christmas instead of in January! Installation is included in the price. Installers were prompt, thorough, good communicators, and paid attention to detail.Its a chunk of change but Im happy.

I used to love and recommend Albert Lee. Not anymore. In 2017, I worked with Albert Lee to equip a full kitchen in a backyard cottage; they were great. So when I decided to purchase a $1,000 washer/dryer combo for the cottage, I went back to them. The unit was delivered and installed, but within 48 hours it was clear that it really didn’t work well; laundry cycles take forever and there are features such as a minimum 30-minute drying time during which the machine is locked, that make no sense. According to Albert Lee’s return policy I was out of luck, although why a machine that had only been used for two days should not be returnable is a mystery. Regardless, all I asked was that they pick it up. When I talked to the salesperson I was told that there would be an additional $150 fee. I’m not sure what calculus they’re using that makes sense to lose a loyal customer over $150, but that’s the result.

EDIT: I am giving them an additional star. After we called back an additional time to see if they could do anything about getting a second delivery opportunity in as soon as possible, they were able to get us in only a couple days later. This helped to make up for the issue, but we were still frustrated that at first we were told they don’t ring door bells for large deliveries but then after a later call we were told they should have rang the door bell.Incredibly frustrated with their Seattle delivery service.We had to schedule out a delivery over a month in advance because they are too busy. Once scheduled we did not know the time of delivery until the day before, which we would be given a two hour window. Although inconvenient, this is not too abnormal, so not a big deal.The issue is they gave us little information on the delivery process, which apparently is so time sensitive, you cannot miss a second of being by your phone or you will miss them.I was waiting during the two hour window and missed a phone call for 15 minutes, meanwhile I was expecting them to ring my doorbell, like every other delivery person. Their poor customer service representative gave little explanation and ignored me when explaining there was no direction that they cannot ring a door bell.To add to all this, I requested that they give me a half hour heads up before they arrive for delivery, and I received no call from them until they had arrived on site. Which they then give you a short time frame before they just up and leave. I then called back and they claimed they were too far out of my area to deliver.This process is horribly organized, the customer service did little to explain, and above all they gave no direction ahead of time that this would be so difficult. If you are going to have this intense schedule notify your paying customers of your process.

We purchase a dishwasher more than 2 years ago. Due to improper installation, the screw came loose, and it was tilting forward. I was doubtful but called the customer service and asked if they can come out. Even though my warranty has expired, their technician came and reinstalled the dishwasher for us. What a great customer service! They earned my business in the future.

First of, the service was good. No complaints there. My issue here is that the building is a horrible moldy, water damaged, collapsing death trap. I feel so sorry for the poor people working there. I was in there for 15 minutes and walked out with a horrible headache, burning eyes and lungs. I didnt want any appliance that was stored in such poor conditions.

I bought a Blomberg fridge/freezer from them, it immediately leaked and caused 6K+ in damage. Blomberg washed their hands of this (never ever ever ever buy anything from that shady company) and Albert Lee has been unable or unwilling to make to make it right. This is after I spent tens of thousands with them.I used to be all about buying locally but you are truly better of with some corp big box. They have deeper pockets and probably demand their vendors don’t sell garbage.

Bought a new Bosch dishwasher that worked for 2 1/2 weeks and then quit. Now waiting two weeks for them to send a repair person out to look at it. was disconnected a half dozen times waiting on hold for a person to speak with. no knowledgeable people to talk to and generally unhelpful. STAY away. go somewhere else unless you have NO expectations for fair service.

Weve been shopping for a fridge off and on for a year, to great frustration. I finally called up Albert Lee with measurements of our refrigerator insert. I spoke with a sales rep named Eric and all he ended up needing was the model number from our existing fridge. He was able to provide me with 3-4 options, so I asked him the best time to come in to see them.My wife and I went to the showroom the next week and asked for him. He came out and showed us a few fridges. We had a clear favorite and purchased it. He apologized because delivery was really far out just then, but was still able to schedule us in under 2-weeks, which was plenty soon for us. Were looking forward to our new fridge.I have also called Albert Lee for repair referrals. The previous owners of our house purchased the appliances there, so when our dishwasher broke down I gave Albert Lee a call and the woman I spoke with was able to refer me to a wonderful repair service.

This is the BEST PLACE to buy appliances, period! I have purchased appliances for several homes and never had a problem. Their sales staff are TOP NOTCH and give you the same quality service weather you are buying high end or low end appliances, it dont matter. The appliances are always delivered on time and work perfectly. EXCELLENT customer service. I had a problem with one of the wolf ranges we bought and they they replaced it the very next day! How can you ask for anything more.

THE FIRST TIME WE TURNED ON THE OVEN IT WAS BROKEN -- sparks flying out from the back (not the element itself, but the control panel in the back of the stove) -- we had to turn it off at the circuit breaker. They are now saying its install related (even though they wouldnt install it properly) and say that they cant anyone to look at it for over a week.DO NOT BUY FROM ALBERT LEEBought a washer, dryer and range. Paid for installation and haul away. Delivery team forgot the steam kit for the dryer. Was told dispatch would send another one out. Took 3 weeks and multiple phone calls (all initiated by me) to get the steam kit installed. Was told multiple times that I would get a call back, no one ever called me back.Additionally the stove was delivered earlier than expected. When I asked sales about it they said they would happily move it upstairs and haul away the old one when the kitchen was ready. They are now telling me there is an additional $100 charge for this (on top of the $100 I already paid) because its a new delivery.On top of this all, no one ever apologized for the issues with the steam kit being late and people not calling me back until Mark from dispatch came out after he left work to install it himself on his own time.Do not buy from Albert Lee

I bought a washer and a dryer (top of the line Electrolux pair) from Albert Lee in Bellevue for personal use and had a 2-star experience. If you care for details, read on...First, they sold a unit to us and some other fortunate soul. Thats what we were told!? We had to wait for another shipment to arrive. When we finally took delivery of the W&D, a part was damaged and we had to stay home a second day for them to do repair the new appliance. Like most other people, part of our decision making on the picking the product was the net cost -- purchase price, installation and the rebates being offered. After completing manufacturers rebate form we were informed that we need to go back to Albert Lee to have them correct the invoice and put our name on it as apposed to a company name. Yes, they used our company name which has also made purchases from Albert Lee. We got the run-around and then silence. The salesman is not available, nor is the store manager. Lastly, it took a while for me to figure out why washers door is always open. Could it be because Electrolux designed it to air out? No. Albert Lees installers didnt bother to level the appliances. Pleasant patient and caring guys. But then, here we are!I will update this post if I hear from Albert Lee.

Jenn-Air has been going around and around with us for the last year trying to get our microwave/convection oven to work (had problems since it was installed). One call to Albert Lee and they came right out and replaced it. We are indeed thrilled with the help that Kirk and Jean gave us, from the initial call to the installation of the replacement unit. I got a speed queen stacked laundry center from Albert Lee, Bellevue. The product was located in Seattle. Im leaving this review impressed by the prompt customer service from Albert Lee. During installation, they mistakenly broke some plumbing/e-pvc pipes leading to flooding of my apartment floor and leakage downstairs. They were not supposed to (not licensed to) install on e-pvc pipe, but mistakenly did it leading to the issue. While the event should not have happened in first place, I was impressed by the prompt customer service provided by Shelly Wistar in Seattle office. She was very helpful in sending a contractor/plumber to repair the plumbing and associated damages and also install the product properly within 2 days of the event. I had to call a plumber on emergency to fix the issue after the event happened. They paid for it. The mistake cost them ~1000 dollars, and they took care of these payments promptly. Would definitely purchase from them again simply for the customer experience.

I purchased a high-end refrigerator, gas stove, and microwave from a competent salesperson. However, that is where the customer service ended. Though Albert Lee is a vendor of GE appliances, they do not competently coordinate with GE if there are difficulties. The customer service representative does not take full responsibility to assure detailed problem solving which results in a satisfactory resolution. The refrigerator door was damaged when it in arrived. After waiting approximately one month for part to be ordered and shipped, I was notified by GE that the door would be separately delivered to my home (home from work to receive shipment) and then technician from GE would install (home from work). The wrong door was shipped. I then needed to arrange for door to be picked up by subcontractor to dispose of it. After waiting another month with no contact, I called Seattle- Albert Lee customer service again. I was informed by the customer service rep that the part was in and she scheduled an installation appointment. I mentioned to her that in my limited experience, the door needed to be here for the technician. The rep reassured me that the technician would bring the door. Well, technician arrived without door and could not complete the call. (Another day home from work). Two months out and due for third service call and another morning home from work. In calling Albert Lee customer service rep to report the debacle, she replied that it was not their responsibility that the door was not ordered. True perhaps given the GE interface, but I will not buy from Albert Lee again if they can not guarantee a seamless experience.

I purchased a duet whirlpool washer and dryer end of July.Washing machine makes all sorts of rough noises.After calling the store I received a call from some appliance hospital to schedule a repair visit. Ten days out is the soonest !The seller has no responsibility after you buy the item, it becomes the manufacturer and their repair service responsibilitySame repair outfit will carry hour extended warranty, think about it and purchase it from a more reliable center.I have sent few friends over to purchase appliances there. Will share the experience in the future.Sears use to provide their own service, as soon as needed.

VERNON WHITE helped us professionally and in a very knowledgeable manner. i was impressed with his integrity and ( lack of THE sales pitch.)...just answering my questions in a way i appreciated as someone who genuinely cares that the customer is happy with their product. i did call a few times to make sure that all aspects would go smoothly especially the delivery.i want to commend BRANDON and CORY who delivered our washer with some tight challenges in flooring and space..everything went perfectly and they were as conscientious on the delivery end as VERNON was in answering our questions regarding product...also i appreciated them giving me tips on how to extend the life of our washer..we did some prior research but we know that albert lee has a solid reputation..this experience did not disappoint. i frankly was amazed at the disparity of customer service and prices at other unnamed locations...having in former careers worked in human resources, inside and outside sales in key accounts..i do like to observe how an org operates..this team works well.these three men are people i would want on my team again for future purchases and if they are typical of this store location..run dont walk to this ALBERT LEE store!

I bought all new appliances for my kitchen. When the range was installed, an error code was displayed and the oven did not heat. Never before had this range been used, it was new out of the box and not functioning. When I asked Albert Lee to exchange it for a functioning model, they advised that I had to go through the manufacturer warranty.I think if you buy an expensive major appliance and it is not working out of the box, it should be exchanged for a new like kind product. This is what happens when I buy a lamp, cellphone or any other electrical product. Same should go for larger kitchen appliances.On a positive note, Albert Lee was quick to schedule a warranty repair and followed up with my concerns. I can appreciate that.

I ordered a range, fridge, and dishwasher. All were in stock and delivery was scheduled. The day before they were scheduled to be delivered we were contacted with a confirmation of our 2 hour window. Later in the day we were called and told that the range was suddenly on back order and that they didnt want to come out and deliver the other 2 units because they only deliver for free once. How in the world can you confirm a delivery appointment when you dont have the merchandise? How do you not know something is back ordered until less than 24 hours beforehand? The service rep didnt apologize or even act like they had done anything wrong.

My wife and I bought at Albert Lee several appliances for a vacation cabin we are building, working with Sales Associate Ryan Conger, and the experience was fantastic. Ryan helped us select the appliances that best suited our needs and busget; he got the delivery scheduled for us across Snoqualmie Pass just before they stopped doing that for the season; we needed the serial numbers to get a rebate, but the appliances were being delivered to a remote constructions site, so he figured out how to have the serial numbers emailed to us after delivery; in passing I mentioned that we had a defective knob on our Bosch range at home, which we had purchased from Albert Lee two years before, and Ryan arranged to have a replacement mailed to us free of charge...top service! And of course, great selection.

I would not buy from Albert Lee. Customer service is at the very low end. I bought a GE Profile gas range and had problems with the touch panel control immediately. Im on my 4th call to them to resolve the issue and they never call me back after looking into the matter. Theres now another issue with one of the burners so things continue. Obviously the problems are with the appliance but Albert Lees handling of it is terrible. The customer service people are in no way friendly and clearly convey an attitude of annoyance instead of a sincere desire to help. That not good business. I wont be back thats for sure.

Worst Experience!! We loaded a refrigerator up so we had a refrigerator for our company visiting for the holiday weekend. We get it home and it doesnt even get cool, really? Then we call and they cant pick-up until next week sometime due to our delivery area and offer a replacement of a different refrigerator not even the one bought. If we want the one we bought we have to wait a whole week, could you they live without a refrigerator for over a week in their home?

I purchased a large appliance package from Albert lee for a home we are building: sub zero, 48” steam oven, dishwasher and a floor model 48” range.Unfortunately construction always takes longer than expected so ...our oven was delivered and stored to be installed at a later time because the home was not ready. When the oven was delivered I noticed that the burner grates were not in place. I asked the delivery man and he assured me the grates were in the oven and I took his word for it since the oven was wrapped For storage.When we went to install the range there were no grates inside the oven. Because it has been longer than the 3 day period they give you to report damage Albert lee is unwilling to replace the grates.I am disappointed after spending that much money with this company that they are not willing to replace my missing burner grates.Next time I need appliances I will be shopping with a company who takes care of their customers.
