They just recently had my car for 5 months due to the unavailability of parts and kept me updated on the status of getting the parts, nice service

I was rear-ended and they were very slow to complete repairs, charged the insurance company a boat load, but never fully checked the damage. They at least repaired my bumper (only slightly damaged with a license plate indent and ever so slightly popped out on one side) but I also had issues with my breaks post accident.. they put this on the initial sheet for inspection, then when it came time to pay, they listed nothing on the final sheet about anything regarding brakes.. aka they didnt inspect them.It was Aaron in the office who oversaw everything, took at least 2 weeks to repair, then called me on a Friday afternoon at 4 pm to tell me my car was finally ready. When I got there around 430, they had me pay before showing me my bill details, kept me waiting for 15 minutes, finally pulled my car around, then Aaron showed me my bill and car quickly before rushing out the door before 5 as leaving the office slightly early was more important than providing good service. When I realized on the bill they hadnt inspected the brakes, I had to catch him in his car in the parking lot to ask about this. His answer was that I could bring my car back for inspection. Why wasnt this taken care of in the two weeks you had my car when it was on the initial sheet to inspect?They have a high school kid answering the phone, I believe his name is Zach, and when I called for an update on payment information, he told me I would have to cover any additional costs that the insurance company didnt already pay for. The insurance company willingly covered additional costs. He at least apologized later for misinforming me, but why are they having this kid answer these questions to begin with, or not properly training him if theyre having him do so?I wont be returning.

Collision Center of Seattle Is 100% the best service. I had a Fender Bender with a brand new car and and it looks absolutely gorgeous after they finished the reprepairs and the paint.. I can clearly understand why they are rated so high.

Top notch! I had a small job but found Arron and his staff helpful and courteous. I had safety strips put on my new KIA doors to protect against doors hitting the car and leaving dents or scratches. They were great, professional and a pleasure to deal with —-I highly recommend!!

We worked mainly with Aaron (and a bit with Tim) They are both very professional and competent. Our highlander was totaled due to structural damage to 3 doors and back quarter panels.. since it was still mechanically sound with low mileage, we used the insurance money to get it fixed. Aaron’s team replaced 3 doors and did other cosmetic work. Paint match was excellent and vehicle looks great again, highly recommend.

My insurance had my Honda Element towed here after the catalytic converter was stolen from it. Aaron was very helpful with information, keeping my car safe, performing the work in a timely fashion, and for quoting a reasonable price which my insurance did not hesitate to pay. Aaron also helped me pick out an appropriate shield to protect my replaced cat converter, kept my car safely again and then installed the shield when it was delivered. I have already referred others in the event this theft happens to them. Overall they made a rather disturbing incident very manageable. Thank you, Aaron and Zach.

The Collision Center repaired the passenger side mirror in a timely manner, and they were friendly and helpful throughout the process.

I filled out a whole sheet about what needed checked out, including a very damaged front bumper. Somehow, they completely missed that? Makes me very nervous that other things werent checked that I asked to be checked in regards to driving essentials. The communication was terrible and inconsistent. 1 guy literally told me my vehicle was ready and I called and was told it would still be at least 3 more weeks. Then when I finally pick it up, I drive away and a system warning pops up on the dash screen. How did the guy that brought it around not see that? Anyways, it was an overall very poor experience and now I am just hoping nothing underlying is wrong with my car and that I dont find out in a bad way.

I took my 2003 Jeep Liberty Sport to Collision Center of Seattle because my right front fender was loose, due some fasteners that had worn out after 18 years. I pulled 2 bolts out of the front plastic skid plate on my 2009 Sonata in a parking lot. This caused the skid plate to hang from bottom of vehicle. Because of this I took it to Collision Center and they were extremely helpful in that they had the two bolts in stock and were able to re-attach the skid plate on the spot. Thanks fir helping me out if a pinch!

Initially a year ago I found this place because of my car got rear-ended. The repair was great and its like you got a new car. They cleaned my Outback inside out to make sure a perfect painting job. Great customer service and upfront pricing. Second time I went there for a dent on my Corolla, Trevor helped to smoothed the dent without charging it because it was not up to his standard. To me, its not perfect, but definitely worth the price Trevor estimated.

I had some scratched paint on the bumper which they matched perfectly. The quote was consistent with others I had received, and Collision Center of Seattle was recommended highly. I was nervous for the final bill, but it matched the estimate exactly (and they had been up front with one item that would have added cost and quoted that price in case it became an issue).I am very happy with the service, work, and timeliness of repair. And also very happy that they followed Covid-19 safety guidelines! As someone with a vulnerable family member at home, this was an important aspect of the experience.

I came in for an estimate about a popped out panel in the back of my car and they were able to fix it on the spot. Service was super friendly and they were very quick!

A drunk driver hit my car while it was parked in front of my house, tearing off the front bumper, ruining one of the wheels, and essentially leaving it un-drivable. Collision Center of Seattle was able to tow it to their body shop the same day. It took several weeks for the work to get done because of all the various parts that needed to be ordered and the inevitable waiting for approval from the insurance company, but the job was well done and my car came back way cleaner than it was when I gave it to them! As for customer service, they were consistent about calling me with updates and were always professional and friendly, able to answer all of my questions. I hope I dont need to fix my car again, but if I did, I would absolutely bring it back here. Excellent service.

I had a fairly technical repair to the front suspension and axle on my 2019 Jeep Rubicon after getting t-boned in an accident. I was nervous because the vehicle only had 1.5K miles on it. That said, Aaron at Collision Center of Seattle proactively kept me informed as things progressed including diagnosing everything that needed to be replaced and updating me as to when critical parts would be arriving. Ive had the vehicle back for a week and its running like it was brand new. Great experience overall!

I dropped into this shop spontaneously after a car wash tore off my rear lights and blew some bulbs. There was no body damage but my lights didn’t work and they were taped on! I came to get an estimate to turn into the car wash admin so I could go about the repair process. They ended up taking my car back immediately and fixing it!! They did not even charge me! I would definitely use them in the future. They were kind prompt helpful and generous. I thought I was looking at a month long repair saga and they saved me!! You should take your repairs to these people.

This place had excellent service, definitely recommend if youre ever involved in a collision. My friends and I were travelling in Seattle and got into a car accident. Trevor was very helpful in providing consultation on what the best thing to do given our current situation. After assessing the front bumper damages on our car, they temporarily fixed it up so we could drive it back up to Vancouver safely. He provided the service free of charge given our ordeal and even texted afterwards to ensure we got home safely.

Trevor, the manager of this place was super helpful. I am from Canada and was left very scared after my car accident, but Trevor was there to help and managed to arrange a quick fix for my car so I can drive safely back home in time for New Year. He did not ask for cany ompensation and also did a follow up to see if I made it back home okay. If I were to choose a auto repair shop, I would definitely recommend this place!

I had the misfortune of getting hit in my Dodge Charger on I-5 and took it to Collision Center of Seattle for repairs. Trevor and his team did a great job not only with the repairs, but with dealing with the other gals impossible insurance company (side note: If youre ever in an accident thats the other persons fault, get down on your hands and knees and pray with all your might they dont have American Family Insurance!!!) Im glad I chose a factory authorized Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram body shop, and Im very satisfied with the repairs.

People are nice, but management definitely needs improvement. I was informed that I missed an appointment I never heard of. I got charged twice. And three days after the work was done, I got a call from Patty saying that they need to charge $49.55 for the left mirror they installed because “the parts came in more expensive than they thought”. Details below to show that I am a real customer.The billing is REALLY questionable. I was there two weeks ago and got quoted around $318 for the left mirror, $200+ for the part and $80 for the labor. Trevor asked for deposit and put them on my credit card. I didn’t get a receipt or invoice, but when I checked, the “deposit” was the total $318. I was a little annoyed that they charge labor in the front when they order the part.I waited a little over a week and called them, knowing from Chelsea that I somehow missed an appointment I never heard of the day before. But it was just nuisance before that point. The staff there was easy to reach and talk to.Last Friday I had my mirror replaced, and that’s when things got interesting. After the job is done, they charged me $318 again! I had to call them to void the duplicate transaction. They did that within an hour.Finally, the last straw is that I got a call this morning and was told they need to charge me extra for a part that is already on my car... LOL. I feel like a moron now because I agreed in the moment. But now when I am laying on my bed after one day’s work, I feel that either I am scammed or the operation is REALLY BAD there. Either way, it’s not good.You guys can keep the $49.55 and I will keep this review.

Mark Benson at the Collision Center was very quick to understand my previous frustration with body shops. He was able to get me back into my vehicle without being without my vehicle for a prolonged period of time. My whole family will only go to Marks shop. He cares and makes you feel like you are family.

I can’t say enough about the Manager, Trevor Hickam. I have a 2005 Pacifica Touring that is the best car I have ever had. It drives as well now as it did 250,000 miles ago. The only problem was that the body was drooping in places and it was getting to be embarrassing for my wife to ride with me. I took it to Trevor and he miraculously made it look like new. Now we are a couple on the road again, and it didn’t break the bank like I feared it would. Strongly recommend this company.

I brought my 1986 300zx into this shop kinda worried that they wouldnt be able to fix my car because its a bit old. They assessed the damages and ended up taking it on like any other car! The body work looks like nothing ever happened and i am amazed how well the paint matches to the areas that didnt get painted! Definitely was a good experience and Id recommend getting work done here if you end up in that unfortunate situation!

I came to this place a hot mess because my beloved Mustang, Brynhildr, was damaged. The staff, Patty and Trevor in specific, made me feel like my vehicle was in great hands.I was quite surprised by their speed and quality. After they received the parts and I dropped off my vehicle, they had it done by the end of the second day.When I went to pick it up, it was more beautiful than I could imagine. They didnt return me the vehicle in its previous, pre-collision, condition, it was even better. For example, The car had a hellish squeal when I hit the brakes before, now it doesnt. I dont know what they did to fix that, but I am ever so grateful I trusted Brynhildr to them.Would undoubtedly recommend this shop to a friend.

Took my wrecked car in to have a Geico insurance adjuster look at it. The inspector assessed the damage and cut me a check for a reasonable amount in under half an hour.
