I was looking to buy a 4runner and Daniel here at Toyota of Seattle made the entire buying process easy. As a first-time buyer, I really didnt want to deal with the hassle that seems to come with purchasing a car. The car was built during the process and Daniel kept me updated every step of the way.When came time to actually pick up the vehicle, Daniel and the rest of the staff made the process quick and easy. Dont go here for routine maintenance. This place will try selling you on thousand dollar repairs your car doesnt need. Youre better off going to a reputable mechanic or Toyota of Lake City, where my brother had been bringing this same car for years without a problem. He gifted me his car and I took it here after six months, and they claimed there was a gasket leak and the head needed replacing. Took it to a mechanic and they said that it could become a leak 70k miles down the line but that right now there isnt even a seep.
I came in on 10/21 looking for a paint pen for my 2019 Camry. Taylor at the front counter was so friendly and helpful. They found my color and instructed me on how to use it like a pro. Best dealership experience ever and it looks great! Thanks!

On 9/16/21, I took my Prius in to Toyota of Seattle for its regular maintenance and was cheerfully welcomed by Lindsey, the service coordinator. If you are headed to this dealership for servicing on your car or truck, I highly recommend you ask for Lindsey my name. You will not be disappointed. He is efficient, polite, and extremely helpful. I went into Toyota to have a check engine light that had been on. A computer had been placed on it and was told a couple sensors needed to be replaced..…the sensors were replaced..The light continued to stay on after the computer had been updated..When I stopped by Toyota, Trevor really gave me good advise. He was very knowledgeable and listened well…Many times when I have stopped at Toyota the workers have been quite cold and have not offered any information at all.. The service representative was customer-friendly.I would suggest to the executives to take down the promise of shuttle service from its website. Shuttle service for dropping off vehicles was misleading. I had gone there in the morning with the hope that I could use the shuttle service to drop me off at work (Less than 5miles away) but surprisingly was told the service was stopped last year. I had to go back during my lunch break. Take this down and dont make it an option for customers.Other than this, my experience was awesome.
Thank you Toyota of Seattle! We spent a long day visiting Toyota dealerships in the area. At the other dealerships, the employees were distracted and unhelpful or their inventory was low (for what were were looking for). We had pretty much given up BUT we decided to try one more dealership, Toyota of Seattle! Oh how thankful we are that we didnt give up! I now have my dream car! :) (A used but beautiful Toyota Sienna!) Daniel was so kind, helpful, knowledgeable and informed. He didnt push something we didnt want but listened to our desires. Literally the easiest car-buying experience Ive ever had. Gave me a fair price where other dealers are marking vehicles up due to short inventory. Were willing to haggle on trade-in price. Brought in car for 10,000 mi service and full detail. 10,000 mi service was great, interior detail was great, however there was a row of consistent chips across the hood from exterior detail. I provided all documentation to Toyota with my complaint on the chips. I am still awaiting follow up from Toyota on how they propose to repair chips. (I have received differing input on separate calls and visits from the same person on possible causes, ranging from “same thing happened with another client, we will take care of it” to “looks like this may be chips from rocks on freeway”). Hoping Toyota can do the right thing here.

We brought our vehicle into the service center and were fortunate enough to get Trevor Neal as our tech. He is so passionate about customer service & integrity, and it was such a pleasure to work with someone who so clearly loves their job. You don’t expect to have a great time when you bring your car in early on a Saturday morning, but Trevor’s energy and enthusiasm made our day. He was slammed with customers all day (maybe he needs an assistant or more staff?), but when it was our turn he took all the time we needed to make sure we understood every aspect of the needed repairs, explained in detail, and answered all of our questions. 10/10 great experience.
The catalytic converter on our Prius was stolen while my daughter drove the car to visit a friend and the car was parked overnight in front of their house. We live in the South Sound, so our daughter was stranded and somewhat frantic. Tim Tam and the service team took care of her, did a great job, and got our car repaired that day. We are very grateful, and would get all our service work done there if we didnt live so far away!
You have to do their job for them - be sure to confirm they have what they say they’ll have for your appointment. I specifically scheduled an appointment so that they’d have time to order the tire I needed. When I went to the shop, they told me that not only did they not have the tire they told me on the phone they had ordered, but they weren’t able to order it at all. No apologies or anything to try and make it right. I’ll definitely be going to local places that mean what they say from now on.

I went to Toyota of Seattle for maintenance on my Lexus GS 350 F Sport and Trevor was my service advisor. It was my first time going to Toyota and Trevor made me feel like family there! He was very thoughtful and honest about my service and definitely knew what he was talking about. I didnt feel like he was trying to up sale me. He made sure I got all of the service I needed and I didnt have any unnecessary charges. I was able to get more maintenance done on my vehicle and still spent a lot less than what I normally do at my regular dealer ship! I will definitely come back for my next service! Had an excellent experience over the weekend buying a 2021 Tacoma TRD OffRoad. I live in Snohomish so its a bit of a haul to get into Seattle. But Patrick was fun to work with, he didnt just tell me the stock levels but actually found me the truck I was looking for that wasnt in stock. Plus with most of the paperwork completed online, getting out the door in less than 90mins was amazing!! Dont get your service here, they straight up lied to me about a fake timing chain oil leak, trying to get me to spend 1400 bucks for a fake repair. I got the vehicle inspected at another Toyota dealership and confirmed there was no leak at all.
Thank you Nate Howie for an amazing and courteous job well done! The windshield wipers on my fit were not wiping correctly and I did not have an appointment. I stopped by Honda of Seattle and they were slammed. Nate was able to quickly identify the problem and adjust my wiper arms so they would clean the correct part of my windshield. He was able to figure out and correct my problem within like 5 minutes! I will definitely be servicing at this dealership for a long time coming.

Our car gave out getting onto Edgar Martinez Dr. We were able to get it to the dealership and Trevor then provided hands down some of the best customer service I have ever received in any industry. They forgot my car for a simple oil change. Waited close to 5 hours from check in to pickup. Only when I asked about my car after 2 and half hours that they started working on it. Which took 2 hours to do and then another 30 mins after signing papers for them to bring the car out front so I can take it away.

I recently bought a SUV at Toyota of Seattle and it was a wonderful experience overall. My salesperson Daniel was the best part of the experience. He was extremely helpful, patient, personable, and upfront/transparent. I started the process online and Daniel was extremely communicative throughout - via text, email, calls, everything. Since my SUV was in transit to the lot, he was transparent and gave me constant status updates and helped with as much paperwork as possible so that when I did finally go in, it would be a relatively painless process. The only knock that I have against the entire experience was towards the end with the pretty hard/aggressive upsell push on the extended warranty. (That part wasnt Daniel, but the finance person. She was great for all the other parts of the financing and doc signing.) That really only deserves a half/quarter star off, but thats not an option on Google reviews. Regardless, Daniel was amazing from the very beginning to the very end, waving at me while I drove off. 5 stars for Daniel. 4.5 for the entire experience.
Customer service is alive and well in Seattle at Toyota!!I had quite A terrible experience with another location and with Toyota Care pertaining to an issue that I needed to be resolved. This experience left me regretting the extended warranty that I had purchased for my vehicle and a heavy doubt that I would be purchasing through Toyota in the future. I was left feeling like another number and undervalued as a customer. Needing the repair to be completed, I moved forward with the professionals at the Seattle location.I called and I was able to reach the service departments representative, Trevor. From the time I spoke with him on the phone as well as in person, he was empathetic and compassionate. He handled me as a valued customer, professionally and compassionately. His professionalism, customer appreciation and courtesy were such a breathe of fresh air in comparison to the communication that I had recently received pertaining to my repairs. His ability to communicate and assist will be the reason I am once again a loyal customer to Toyota! Quite a few professionals today can take examples from Trevor’s genuine and authentic way of handling customers. He is a valuable asset to Toyota and an authentic customer service professional! I cannot recommend Toyota of Seattle enough. From my first phone call to them, to my first visit there, through all the updates I was given, through the final step, they have been incredible. Josh Diaz was wonderful to work with - Very low pressure and mellow (I cant stand high pressure sales - who can?), honest, and updated me regularly with when my vehicle would arrive (it was being shipped here). Next I was helped by Cory who sent me a video of my car when it arrived and helped me through the final steps. They were both awesome and for an experience that can be both wildly stressful and also very exciting, they made it all perfect. Thank you!
Sales was good but the office service was horrible. I was called back to sign a missing document for title. In addition I couldn’t get my plate in about a month. I asked in person to kim the office person when we were there in the office to sign the missing document. She promised to send out the plate to my address and that was 2 weeks ago. After 10days the plate still didnt arrive, so I went to toyota 2 days before it got expired to ask about my plate but they couldn’t find it. and my temporary plate expired yesterday. So I called again and they said they will mail it out TODAY! I couldn’t drive until I receive my plate.What kind service is this? And there was not even an apology.

Overall great experience buying our new RAV4 with Daniel. I wanted a specific color and Daniel came through and was able to help us reserved the car we wanted. The flexibility through texts the entire buying process was great as well. He took the time explaining all the features of the car, and had great follow ups without coming off too pushy. Cons: pushy/ aggressive extended warranty sell by the finance person in the end really put a damper in the end of the buying experience when we were just ready to take the car home. The 5star is for Daniel, cause it was overall a good experience.

Cory disappointed me. Was trying to reserve a truck last night. Had pre-approval loan through chase that I sent him last night. He never got back to me on the reserve $ for me to put on it. I called and emailed him this morning. I finally got a hold of him and he said he sold it at 10:45am today. Not cool

Patrick listens to you and tries his best to provide you with the exact car your are asking for. I have worked with several Toyota dealerships in the past 10 years. The amount of time I spent at Toyota of Seattle, was half of the time I have spent in the other Toyota dealerships. Strongly recommend this dealership and please ask for Patrick when you go there.
The best, easiest, and most efficient car buying experience Ive ever had! Zywen was amazing and navigated me through the process with ease. When the car I wanted after coming back later in the day had already been sold, Zywen immediately found the same one with the exact colors and specs at a different location and brought it over within an hour. The service here is top notch in both the buying (2021 RAV4 Hybrid XLE in Feb 2021) and the service department (super fast, friendly for the 5k mile service a few months later). Other Toyota dealerships have a lot to live up to!

I had a wonderful experience working with Alex Segura! I came in not knowing what make or model was right for me - I had a list and Alex said “ok, let’s go!”. He was not at all intimidated by my quest. We drove about seven models, sat in a few more, and I finally found one that was right - the Toyota CH-R, which I just happened to see in the parking garage and thought I should try - having had no prior knowledge of it. Alex was so patient and fun to be with! I had hoped to narrow my search that day - did not expect to actually purchase a car! I can honestly say it would never have happened without his help! Trevor is awesome. He patiently heard all the concerns, talked with the mechanic and explained the issue and mechanic suggested to run diagnostic on the vehicle. Initially Trevor mentioned diagnostic charges but later on mechanic didnt find any issue and so Trevor waived of the diagnostic charges. They dont unnecessarily bill you even if they can and thats awesome customer service :).Also they have awesome wifi (faster than my home internet :D) and lots of desks with appropriate physical distancing, so you can work from there when you car is in service without any internet issue or what so ever.I bought my car from here and it was a seamless experience. Been here for car service couple of times and was satisfied from my visit both the time.
I had a weirdly fun time getting my new adventure mobile (RAV4 Hybrid) and that was due to Zach being a legend. The process was super easy, and I absolutely love the car. Took it on its (no name yet, still deciding) first adventure yesterday and it did not disappoint.

I came in for a suspected fuel system issue and a car non start. They only checked the PCM fault codes and deemed the car to be ok. They did not bother to do a fuel pressure test or other. After trying to update me with unnecessary maintenance I came back to pick up my car. For doing no work besides looking at a screen and changing a battery they request $500 assuring me the problem was fixed. Two days later my car would not start. I took it to a 3rd party mechanic. Fuel pump issue. Nothing on the PCM but a simple fuel pressure test proved the problem. Great job Toyota of Seattle for doing nothing besides up-charging your customers. If you want a Toyota dealer to work on your car you should take it to micheals in Bellevue.

I bought a used truck from these guys. They have a non-negotiable best price guarantee which they claim helps them provide better customer service, so I ended up overpaying by a few grand. I knew this when buying, but I figured it was worth the premium since the cars are inspected by their mechanics at the dealership.On my drive home the truck started showing mechanical problems (engine revved up in RPM). Though I made it home, within 3 days the truck was dead and sitting inside my mechanics shop. Now I know these things happen and to some degree are outside their control, but still I think the mechanical checkup they do on their used cars must be of very poor quality - as the car showed immediate issues, day to day until it broke down 3 days after purchase.The worst part was the customer service. When I contacted the sales man who had previously told me how customer oriented they were, and told him about the car troubles he ignored my calls and texts. I reached out to one sales manager via the website info left a voicemail and he never got back to me either. I had to keep calling and eventually I was connected with a manager, and I practically had to beg them to cover the $800 repair that was needed less than 3 days after buying the car from them.They did end up covering it. But the process was not pretty. The customer service claims are exaggerated and the quality of inspections of the used cars are very low. I wouldnt do business here again.
I called into Toyota of Seattle to inquire about a 2020 Toyota Highlander that I was interested in. I was helped by a nice lady name Jazmine. She explained to me the different type of trims there are to a car and different specs and was very patient with me and my list of questions. She made my experience talking to a rep very pleasant. Would highly recommend her if anyone is thinking of calling in if they are either unsure of what kind of car they are looking for or have questions in regards to the car they are interested in.

Wow! this place is so impressive. a beautiful new facility. everyone is friendly, no stress, no pressure, and respectful of my time. xavier lossi was my sales guy, what a sweet person, also very professional. he was able to answer every question that i had. hes the man to see at toyota of seattle, plus he speaks spanish. the manager chris williams was very friendly and helpful, always available but not pushy. we didnt have to squabble over the price, cuz it was obvious that it was a fair price. overall, i really loved the casual, laid back, seattle vibe. They suppose to do tire rotation, and alignment check.But they ignored. Also the other dealers recommend full service again they didnt mention it.

So I was minding my own business driving down the road in the early Saturday morning hours with my son, when suddenly I saw a line of metallic car bits scattered across the road in front of me. I couldnt avoid it entirely, and my front passenger side wheel was punctured and began to lose pressure.I was just coming off I-90 in Seattle, and remembered seeing a big red Toyota sign in the area. I drove the remaining quarter mile there, and sheepishly entered asking if there was any chance they could help me out without an appointment.Thats when I met Lindsey, the awesome guy who was manning the reception desk in the service department. He was so nice and so helpful. He said that they were full, but would do everything they could to set me up. He came out to my car, took a look, and tried to squeeze me in that morning. Unfortunately my specific tire was not in stock, but he helped me order a replacement and offered to have his guys pop on the spare. He then went above and beyond, and gave me a tour of the dealership, showing me the bathrooms, the self-service coffee area, and the lounge.I didnt even buy my car at this dealership. Id never been there before. It was so nice to be treated this well on a morning thatd already had a bit of a rocky start.Thank you Toyota of Seattle, and especially Lindsey. This may have been my first visit, but it will definitely not be my last. Stay safe!

This was our first dealership so as a first time car buyer and someone who does their research I was aware and ready for all the predatory tactics that come with car salesmen 🤢But I can safely say that this dealership is not one of these places.Daniel is the man, he was there our first day in and made sure he listened and figured out what we needed. We spent time cruising and jamming in the car! We will always remember the times singing Sublime as we drove around. What an absolutely phenomenal experience it was coming to Toyota of Seattle! I came in here with zero experience and without much knowledge about the leasing process in general. I made an appointment with Dwayne and not only did he give me hours of his time but at no point did I feel any pressure whatsoever. It was the exact opposite. Dwayne was extremely clear and concise at every turn, from checking out my frankly terrible credit (for which I experienced zero feelings of shame from the staff) to going over not just my options but WHY they were my options. He explained every aspect of the breakdown, from monthly payments to the importance of gap insurance. We even went over some enticing financing options. This crew WANTS to help you get a car that fits what you can comfortably afford, not what you can just barely achieve. For an industry with so much terrible stigma regarding sales pressure I felt the need to come and review this place because they seriously defy the standard in the best way possible. Additionally and very importantly these folks are queer friendly, they were respectful of my name and my pronouns and I could tell it honestly did matter to them to get these things right. 100/100 for this place, if youre like me and totally turned around when it comes to getting a car please give this place a call (and ask for Dwayne)!.
Liars! I was told they would bid my trade out to other dealers. Went back on their word! I sent them an email from another dealer and they would not honor it! Plus no deal on the new vehicle. Don’t bother with these people.
