Vehicle was ready when I arrived. Process was efficient. I didn’t like that I found out after the purchase there was only one key fob, two seems standard. I also feel like they brushed over structural damage to the car during the purchase process rather than during the test drive.

Awful. Frankly, they lied to me and wasted my time once a deal was reached. I strongly encourage all to do business anywhere else.By the way, I read the response from owner, and its full of more lies so I need to address this:We actually had a deal; we were not negotiating a deal as the owner writes. The salesman I talked with expressly said we had a deal. We discussed the sale price of a car and agreed on it. The salesman actually used the words we have a deal. I told him I would then go to the bank, get the money, and come in that morning to buy the car. He understood, said that would be fine, and agreed hed see me. So I went to the bank, I got the money, and I drove to their lot. But when I was just a few blocks away, the salesman called me. He sheepishly told me he hoped I wasnt close. He said he called to say the deal was off, because he was driving the car to their other lot so show it to someone else. He knew he was breaking our agreement. Those are the actual, real facts, not the weird fantasy written by the owner. The owner response also says it was explained to you that the vehicle is on the market until you come in and buy it -- and this is another lie. Actually, its pretty clear why he writes this lie -- he wants everyone reading this to trust him so he can take your money for whatever hes selling. Of the car I was buying, the owner also writes it sold before you had the opportunity to make it in. And this is ANOTHER lie. In fact, after they broke our agreement, and a day or so after I wrote this review, their car apparently didnt sell to another person, so after they blew off the deal we had, they called me back AGAIN to try to sell it to me again. Wow. These people are liars desperate to hide the truth of their lying, deceptive ways all so they can make money off you. They cannot be trusted.Do you want to take a chance spending your hard-earned money buying an AS IS car that may end up a lemon? Do you want to rely on what these people tell you when their only true interest is their own profit? You can tell these people lie if their lips are moving...stay away.

I purchased a car from “ Carlos “ January of this year & now it’s August & I have a lemon! When I purchased the car I was told everything was fine on it, I test drove it around the corner, even over the speed limit to make sure it would get up & go. He sold me a car with a rusty catalytic converter, it had a cover on it at first where you couldn’t even see it but, it went out as I was going to work & it’s never been the same. We took it to get it welded & about two months after the ABS light comes on & brakes squeak load when you hit the brakes. Also for the past 3 days the battery light has came on & we took the battery to be checked before purchasing a new one & was told the battery was fine. I honestly think the men here take advantage of women that come alone to inquire about a car. & I would not recommend anyone going here ! This would be my last time ever purchasing a car from First National Autos !! Thanks a lot. I just found out this car has a bad alternator!

I would give this dealership less then 1 star. The check engine light came on before we even made it home. I called the dealership and informed them, they said if we would have paid more for the car they could have tried to help us. The dealer also said “it is actually not illegal to clear a check engine light before selling”. This is the worst service I’ve had, got a new family car home that I couldn’t even drive and had to pay more money for to drive. The car only had 36,000 miles on it. I feel cheated.It’s called fraudulent concealment and it is illegal. Many states will allow punitive damages. I really really wanted to give this dealership 5 stars, they get 2 on their customer service alone. Super nice and helpful, but I bought a 2012 Volkswagen tiguan se and the next day there was a huge leak causing transmission oil to pour out heavily, however they did make it right and sent a tow and had it repaired 2 days after. However a day after I picked it up from having that repaired the check engine light came on and now it has a turbo leak and the part alone costs 1500 to replace. It doesnt seem like the used vehicles are checked out very well before selling. I really wish I could have given them a better review

You told me everything was checked out and ready to go. Furthermore, I even waited for the car because it needed to have one more thing replaced you also let me know the engine light came on so they were going to work on it which I appreciated the honesty. After that you called me and let me know my car is ready to be picked up. I asked if the AC worked as is there anything else I need to know about this car let me know that everything was good to go the AC works fine let me know everything else was checked out and clear. When I drove car home it was like I had no control and I pulled over a couple times. Thought maybe because it’s a big car I’m not use to etc so the following day I still felt like something was off so, I took it into a mechanic to get the Jeep checked so he told me I needed an alignment. I paid him $90 for the alignment and then the engine light came on and had him check car again. After that I was told car needed some parts changed took it in got those parts changed and when I went to use A/C I find out that the A/C doesn’t work but the heat does come on and keeps the car nice n warm. I go to a shop to recharge A/C because I’m thinking that’s what it needs but instead they tell me A/C parts are missing to be able to recharge the A/C and I will need to take Jeep to get those parts fix: these are the parts: ac compressor, ac lines, the pump, the ac radiator not sure of the right name it goes under the dashboard then I have to buy a new part where it has a button for the a/c. I have now made an appointment for that through dodge so they can give me a quote on how much all this is going to cost me. Another thing when I got my oil changed on Jeep they let me know jeep is leaking oil and that steering stabilizer is loose.All this in a matter of weeks from buying this jeep. Do you honestly think this is fair? I haven’t even had the car for a month and already came with so much damage that you and the company you work for didn’t disclose this information which is so wrong and having steering stabilizer loose/no alignment done on car could’ve caused an accident.I know car dealership always seem to hustle their customers or with hold information but it’s not right.I would like to know what First National is going to do about this to make it right?UPDATE 🔽 6/25/21Jun 14 talked to Ahmed Zeghmi went over car problems and since I had a schedule appointment with Dodge in Yakima, Ahmed asked me to call him back after car got checked by Dodge. Appointment at Dodge was Jun 18, 2021. I called and text Ahmed to let him know what dodge said. Ahmed told me since I had file a complaint to Better Business Bureau that he could no longer help me. But that John Young- General Operations Director would be in contact with me if not this weekend at least by Monday I would hear back from him. Well today is Jun 25, 2021 11:12am and still I have not heard back from John Young or anyone else from First National Fleet. I even waited to call John Young and give him extra days to call because I know people can get busy. But, I did call him Jun 24th, 2021 and left him a voicemail and still have not heard back. As I am writing this….my Jeep is at the mechanics again getting checked on.All update as I go see if this company makes it right and see what can be solved.

I was referred by a friend. I submitted my request online and received a call back from Megan. She was pleasant and encouraging, but she did not pressure me. Once I was ready to buy a car, I was greeted by Megan who introduced me to Paul, who brokered my sale I was insecure about my credit, but Paul made me feel comfortable and found me the car I wanted.From there I had the pleasure of meeting Jack who worked out my final financing. I was concerned because my credit score was low. He was honest and forthcoming. We were able to work out a payment plan with options to refinance after I made 6 months on time payments. It’s only been a week, but my score has already increased by 54 points! I highly recommend First National Fleet to all people great or not so great credit.

I was called by fitst national auto saying that the bank approved my loan and to come diwan and select a vehicle. When i arrived i filled out some forms then i was asked if i had a cosigner. Why would i need a cosign when you said the bank approved my loan. Then i was asked if i had a downpayment. If the bank approved my loan then why should i need to put a downpayment? I was dropped off with my brother who is partially disabled they didnt even offer US a ride to the bus stop. We live in tukwila and this place is on aurora its quite a distance. We had to walk to the bus stop get off in downtown seattle walk a few more blocks and get on the lightrail then get a taxi back to our house. All day wasted because of these people. They couldve atleast offer a ride to the bus stop. Bad buisnesd. Im giving a 1star because i cant comment without putting a star. Its no stars for me. Good luck to whoever else trying to get a car from here

I bought a car from First National Fleet and Lease. It cost me $12995, without taxes and fees. They told me that the car had a 125 point check. I have been driving the car for 2 weeks and decided to have it checked out by my mechanic, as i was planning a road trip to California. It is going to cost me $3100 just for me to be able to drive it safely. It has bad rack and pinion and bad struts. How they missed these problems is beyond me.

Bought a nice Ford f150 here through a gentleman named Gokul. He let me test drive it, take it to the inspection and agreed to do minor repairs that my mechanic pointed out and suggested I ask them to fix.They also had a good variety of reasonably priced trucks that I was tempted to look at for comparison, but just went for the Ford since it was exactly what I had expected based on the description and was in great condition.Gokul and his finance guy helped me thoroughly and informatively through the whole process, not hesitating to answer all my questions. I had to call my insurance and bank to sort few things out and they were thoughtful and understanding, working with me through the whole process.

In response to the comment left: I assure you, that was not the case in my situation. Theres no way I buy a car at this price with structrual damage history. I wouldnt at any price! See where Im going with this? I went in almost a month ago to cancel the warranty they made me get stating it was required for the financing. That was May, 19th. It is June 13th and it still hasnt been done. The Attorney Generals office is my next call.I went in looking for a specific car and when I get there, Im told it had been sold. They put me in a car that was horribly overpriced concidering the structural damage they failed to disclose after I had asked for a vehicle history report. Im talking with an attorney. Take your business elsewhere! Heed the warning!

These guys are so sleazy. They sold me an suv with the promise of doing some repairs. They lied and even pretended that the car was fine on the freeway during the test drive. We never did a freeway test drive. This place needs to be investigated. They also put a car battery in the suv and told me that its normal. Also the tires were mismatched

Terrible dealership. They cleared the check engine light before our test drive and knowingly sold us the car without mentioning it. I didnt even make it home before the CEL came back on. My wife called to inform them of the situation and they told her that its not illegal to clear the codes and hung up on her. It is actually very illegal to clear the codes and sell the car without disclosing the information

I just bought my 2016 Dodge Journey barely over a month ago my car has literally kicked out 2 codes 2 separate times first it was the oil pump literally 3days after purchasing and I took it in ASAP was there all day for them to fix it since I live in Longview and now today on my way home from work it jolted and kicked out my check engine light and my RPMS went quick to 5000 doing 60 on the freeway went to O’rielys to get code reader and it says it’s the shift solenoid now I’m sitting waiting fir someone to call me back I paid extra for the warranty but didn’t think I was gonna have to use it so often I have a family and I need to have a vehicle to go to and from work and for mother things as well I feel like I was sold a damn lemon and I’m very upset with these issues!!!!!!!!!!

Pretty unsatisfied with my buying experience, although happy with the car. My AWD Outback had tire treads that didnt match and I later found the SIZE of the tires didnt match either, which could cause serious mechanical issues (transmission failure) and presents a safety concern. 2 of the tires were the wrong size for the car. This is really a basic principle of AWD vehicles. No warranties on purchases and they refused to fix the issue at the dealership because I got a great deal-which is still mostly true, it was a deal, even with 1000 worth of work needed as soon as I bought it. Ended up getting a call back, asking if they could do anything to rectify issue. I advised I already fixed it and bought 4 new tires and paid for an alignment and oil change. No solution was offered but they advised they thought the review wasnt fair and requested it be updated/removed.

We left feeling like we got screwed. The website prices are in cash only not really disclosed. The prices for financing or a different ballgame. They play games with your interest rate. They start out a little high and they say they can lower it if you buy it there warranty. Be educated! stick to your guns!

I had a great experience buying a car for my son at First National Seattle. Thomas was a great help. The cars we looked at were priced below what the new car dealerships were advertising. So much so that it was worth it to drive up from Olympia. We ended up not getting the car we came up for but they had such a good selection we found another car that fit our criteria.

Purchased a 2019 Subaru Crosstrek from this location and the service was exquisite! Staff was very professional and assisted me through the purchasing process and even gave me a better APR than my credit union! Id highly recommend them!

Research on CarFax led me there for a specific car. Thomas was waiting for me and he was great, ***** for him. I dropped it a star for a bunch of little things. How insanely hard it was to get in and out of the jammed packed parking lot with no assigned customer parking, how loud other sales people where while we were talking at his desk and the haggling with the owner. Still better than most used car lots.

My friend came here to buy a car. Gokul, the sales person, had us sitting for 45 minutes running my friends income and credit before we could even look at any of the cars, asking us strange questions and telling my friend to lie about his monthly rent on the credit application. When i asked him how much the first car he showed us cost (i.e. the principal for the loan), he cussed me out, yelled at me i dont know how much the car costs, thats not how it works, we have to run his credit to find out how much it is, we dont talk price here, then told us both to f*** off and leave.

I give 3 stars because they were able to get me a car when I really needed one. WHY they do not have 5 stars is because when I drove away with the vehicle I got home and checked the oil. They oil hadnt been changed at all so I had to call them and I brought it back and made them do it. In my mind when you buy a car simple things like that should be done. The cabin air filter was also disgusting....so when and if you go to this dealership check the brakes and all fluids to make sure its been done. All in all they do have great service and I dont believe they meant to do this because its a busy place.

Before I even went in I applied for financing n the site matched me to this place, I get emails saying I have been approved and I would receive a call from Megan hendrickson, when we talk before wanting to start anything a reasonable person usually makes sure if they were approved, then usually ask how much n the terms, from that moment I I should of known it was a sales tatic to just get me there, as she would not tell me the exact terms of amount other then I should look for a car in the teens area 13 to 19k n she tell the apr would be around 11 HOWEVER being that I dont have a car n letting her know that it was hard to plan a trip or getting a ride there difficult as it was in north seattle n I was in south seattle, when I do finally get there I asked the person who came greeted me that I was there to work with Megan, not once did I meet this megan, and this salesman tells me I would have to put down 50% when what me & megan talked about was 0 but with a higher apr and I told her I can put 500 to 1000 and she said thats fine as they can usually get anyone financed ect ect the guy informs me I had one option which was a 2004 C class 300 bwitj 180k n cost 6k n I would put half down ... No other options within 5 mins I was out the door, no I didnt buy it wasted my time clans had to bus it back I had 3k on me that wasnt even in the plans that wasnt even real but just to get me to go there wasted my time n other reviews mentioned her also but not good reviews so.. yeah

I recently purchased my vehicle from First National Auto and I had such a pleasant experience. Paul Jack and Moe took care of me in a really professional level of excellence. Needless to say I will be sending all my friends their as well. I was very pleased with the kindness and care of service they provided.

This place I just a SCAM they steal 5,000 from me. I bought a car that was 13,000 and I put 5,000 down, the next day I had to spent $900 on tires because they aren’t responsible to repair that... then i called them because why if the car cost 13,000 and I put 5,000 down I still owe 15,700? They told me is because the factory warranty cost me 3,000 plus 2,000 in all the paper and the taxes and I got financing for 15,000 but nothing about that is on the bill??? And TODAY 10/21/2020 i got a letter saying that my factory warranty has expired??? This people just stole my money? This is the worse place to get a car! They don’t even help you they just want your money!! Don’t go here! I don’t recommend this place AT ALL!!!! Please be careful!!!!

Sold the car I wanted to test drive before I got there. Did they have the courtesy to give me a call ahead of time? Nope. Did I have the smarts to check the website and call *them* ? Yep.Good thing I didnt waste my time making the drive from Arlington.

I have been waiting for my Warranty Check to be mailed for three months now and no one seemes to be taking my issue seriously. They said to contact TRISH but she never return my call. I have left a memo to one of the workers there but I don’t think she relayed my message to her. I called today March 1, and the guy who answered the phone was rude and lack customer service skills, he immediately transffered me straight to voice mail without any briefing that I would be transferred, was he properly trained? I don’t think this company values their customers and there are so much improvements that needs to be done. The lack of communication and passive aggressiveness of this company is frustrating.

If I could give zero stars I would! The cars at this dealership are decent unfortunately the sales people are quite shady. I emailed back-and-forth with the sales person, Thomas Mulliner, and agreed on a price for a specific vehicle. I drove the 2 1/2 hour drive to Seattle to pay for and pick up the vehicle at which time he tried to increase the price. I said absolutely not I want it for the price we agreed upon. Eventually he said his manager approved it and I paid in full in cash. I asked Thomas specifically if this is going to take care of everything including the plates. He assured me that everything was covered and that this is paid in full like my receipt says and my plates would be mailed to me. Six weeks later, still waiting, I get a postcard in the mail from the dealership saying I owe money...another $35 for my plates. So essentially they’re holding my plates hostage for more money even though everything was paid in full. Don’t trust this dealership. If you can find a car elsewhere I suggest you run in the opposite direction of this company.

High pressure sales tactics. Didnt have thorough knowledge of vehicle that i bought. Did not follow through with requests for service records and other requests.

Thomas really looked out. Found us a clean car for a good price, and made it easy for us to handle. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a no hassle car buying experience!

I got a 2014 Ford Mustang from Gokul at First National. Very Helpful! I highly recommend coming here and asking for Gokul. I sent my Nephew the next day and he got a 2019 Charger RT and Gokul gave me $200 for referring! I’m sending my whole family. Thank you Gokul!

Im not a great negotiator in any arena and immediately after leaving this place I had to sink $1,500 into the used car I purchased. Shop smart: go to a certified used car dealer, a place thats clean and doesnt give the impression its your uncle peddling his auction acquisitions. Respect yourself.

My experience was bitter sweet, I got approved for a car. I also got somewhat shamed for my credit score and told that the type of vehicle I wanted wasnt happening. I left feeling like I was forced into a high interest loan when i could have went somewhere else and probably got what I wanted or close to it. I was only given one option. I appreciate the gentlemen who helped me with the paperwork and his great advice but as for the salesman they are only there for the sale.

I got a 2019 Dodge Charger R/T. Gokul and First National Autos is verh helpful. Theh got me thr exact car i wanted and even hooked me up with free tint! Thank you guys so much! My aunty and uncle got a mustang 4 days before i got my charger. Im going tk send my whole family! Ask for Gokul. He is very helpful and made the whole process easy!
